Relatively clean place, not quiet, personnel does not speak english.
Excellent spacious rooms (large windows with lots of light, for some at least). Just 50 meters from the artistic Ayuntamiento Plaza, surrounded by theaters, caffes, restaurants with 'terrazas' in city center. Walking distance of the main historical attractions of Valencia. There are subway entrances and the Hostal is a few blocks from the main train Station. The owners, Mario and Marisa, provide much personal attention and take their time to explain things. There is hot water dispenser and tea and snacks 24hrs/day in the lobby. Don't be deterred, however, by the particular aspect of the entrance of the building.
