We had amazing experience at this hotel. We stayed here for a week. They had excellent costumer service from receptionist, domestic staff and kitchen staff. Also the activities are superb. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing and delicious credit to the Chef and his amazing team. Very clean and highly recommended to friends and family. We had amazing experience and relaxing stay here.

Amazing hotel loved the food the rooms all is fantastic the best cleaner from those who cleaned our room is Diana the other need training or lack time.

What can I say… we are currently waiting in the lobby to go home. My family really dont want to leave! The staff here have been amazing. So welcoming and friendly and try really hard to ensure your stay is perfect. Andrea is the entertainment staff (appears to be a one man band! ) and he made the holiday for us. So friendly and great with the children. He had us up dancing and playing games around the pool every single day! Food was… well… spanish! Rabbit paella isnt my thing, but there was plenty of other options to choose from for us fussy English people! 😅 Perfect location, 8 minute drive to bowling and a beautiful shopping mall and the beach walks right on the doorstep! Kids loved the splash park in the hotel too. Pools are lovely. Rooms immaculate also. Overall a fantastic stay and will be booking again 100%. ❤

A great base for getting around. Staff are friendly and professional. Rooms are basic and dated furnishings but clean and uncomfortable. Food is a buffet style with a good choice of dishes. Sea views from balcony are amazing and proximity to local transport for venturing out is very good. Pool area good and well maintained. A budget friendly basic hotel for all.

I recommend it to be in luxury, all of 10, employees, super waiters and animation staff of the best. We will repeat many times for sure, see you soon.

This hotel is truly amazing! Been at hundreds hotels in my life but this is by far the best! Amazing pool area (so amazing that I never went to the beach). The entertainment at the hotel is just awesome. A lot of funny activities and the people in charge of the entertainment is just awesome! the hotel is close to La Mata beach and a lot of shopping! It takes about 15 minutes to La Zenia Boulevard. If you are going to torrevieja you have to go to La Zenia Boulevard!
The receptionist are so helpful. They can help you with anything. I will be coming back next year. Thank you for everything ❤ ♥ 💛

Very good family hotel with a quality buffet, although it has little variety but the hotel is not very large. That yes what is big is the pool and with a slide that we all had a great time. Great rooms and cleanliness and attention from the staff as well as the family.

We loved it!, the excellent facilities and the entertainers, waiters, reception staff, lifeguard very nice.
Fran, the head chef, could not be more friendly and very competent, it was all delicious, he has helped us a lot with the food of the little ones.
We had half board booked and have expanded to full board after the first meal how comfortable we have felt.

We have only been 5 days but great, the food very good, the rooms great, the cleanliness well, the staff great, but above all highlight Amparo the lifeguard who is charming, and Sergio and Hector, who have had a great time with them, we will try to come back another year. Thank you so much for everything.

We've had two great weeks of family vacations. They have a very varied buffet and designed for all tastes, swimming pools with the ideal water, it is close to the beach and several coves, it is a very quiet area, the rooms spacious and comfortable. Thank you very much for the kindness of the reception people, the director Yolanda, the animated girls and, in particular, the lifeguard Amparo. Hopefully and we can come back another year.

It is great, the staff gives phenomenal treatment, the food is ok, the room and bathroom large and clean. I really liked it.

A family epertacular hotel and staff and in the excellent recession very well located.

Every room has a sea view, friendly staff, great room layout and a decent fridge (for 25 € one could get a mini bar pack with drinks of your choice), but the corridor at the back of the room can be a bit noisy when teenagers are staying on the same floor.

Rooms were clean & spacious. But could do with tea & coffee making facilities in the rooms. Other than that breakfast was plentiful. Full English plus continental.

The entertainment is none existant, and what entertainment there is it doesnt cater for all languages… the pool this late in the season is a no go area, freezing compared to the sea (10min walk) … food is very bleugh, basic, bland, repetitive…
cockroach in our bathroom, shower that constantly leaked we had maintence out everyday! asked to be moved as the Spanish children would be running up our corridor screaming and making too much noise til 3am and took them 48hrs to do anything about it… wont be back.

Having just stayed half board at this hotel, with my family, we would definitely recommend it. The hotel is very family friendly, clean and bedrooms overlook the beautiful Mediterranean. Hotel is in walking distance of the matu beach and a bus/taxi takes you to the town centre/harbour. Rooms are cleaned and beds made up everyday. Staff are fantastic and very friendly and restaurant meals are delicious. Muchos Gracias!

Well worth the money. Friendly staff, good food. Maybe rooms are a little old looking. 5min walk to the beach. Little bus ride to the town centre where there is plenty of bars and restaurants. Would happily return.

The food is alright here. It isn't really the best. Some of the food they had to offer was cold and a few of them were expired. Also the room I'm staying at, the TV control doesn't work. But the rest is great. It's got a nice view, Big rooms. Friendly staff. I would come to this hotel of the food was better.

Nice hotel to stay at, sometimes there were lines in front of the restaurant, so one had to wait to have a meal, the staff was friendly and helpful, the view from the room was spectacular, all rooms there face the sea. The animators were great, provided lots of fun activities.

It’s a pleasant hotel. It has everything you need to accommodate you. The food is ok, I stayed full board and there was plenty to eat, with plenty of choice. Nice and clean rooms, my room was high up and had an amazing view of the sea.

First my family had problem with bad smelling room that was offered. But it was solved within 30 minutes despite the staff claimed the hotel is totally full… Then whole their stay was great. I can recommend the hotel to all…

We are at the hotel now and have been for 4 days. Be aware that this hotel has 2 buildings. The annex faces north and at this time of year at least, is in the dark and cold. We're on the top floor and haven't had one minute of sun on our balcony. The Spanish, who have sun all year, are put in the south facing rooms. We sit with cardigans on watching them enjoy the sun. We were refused a move. The food is OK but always cold, not even lukewarm usually. The entertainment is almost non existent. The hotel is advertised as across from the beach, no beach, just rocks and unsafe, you need to catch a bus to a decent beach. We asked reception to call a taxi one evening, after 30 mins he said he would " call them again". If we didn't have good weather this holiday would be a disaster.

A magnificent hotel located in a quiet area of Torrevieja, spacious rooms and impeccable cleanliness, the common areas are very good and are spacious, the gardens and pools very well kept. The restaurant is buffet free, with a great choice of food, Bar — cafeteria with waiters very friendly.

We passed the hotel on the 13th to the 20th of March, it was a very pleasant stay, spacious, clean room; Perfect the dining room, food varied and well cooked, and extraordinary attention from all the staff of the hotel, thank you.

Excellent staff treatment, place to spend a few days with family, rest and enjoy the views of the room to say of its extraordinary buffet restaurant. Show coocking, with preparation at the moment, great variety of dishes, with great quality, execution and excellent service in table.
If by the views, the treatment and the stomach to one is won, in this place we have won.

The Hotel Playas de Torrevieja is located in front of the Mediterranean Sea at about 500 meters from the beach of La Mata and 5 kilometers from the center of Torrevieja.
The Hotel has almost 190 rooms with sea views spread over two nine-storey towers. Its rooms stand out for its spaciousness, capacity of up to 6 people, and comfort.
The property is fully adapted and has six rooms with all the comforts for people with reduced mobility.

It is a perfect hotel if you want sun, beach and pool. It is next to all the beaches and coves with beach bars and some local walking, but it is quite far from the centre of Torrevieja. The staff were friendly and helpful. As for the meals, the buffet is small but quite varied.

In a very nice area. The rooms are very spacious to go with great kids. All very clean and newly refurbished.

Used to be named "Hotel Cabo Cervera", recently renamed. This hotel is the largest in Torrevieja. I never stayed here, just visited to check out their restaurants. Two of them were closed at 7pm. There could be more of them in another building.

Needs updating. Staff are great. Food in the restaurant has label of ingredients and percentage of content. It's awesome.

Recommended hotel when you visit Torrevieja. Nice rooms, headed to the east. Good panorama, witness sunrise every morning, bus stop right in the front of hotel. Little shop next to it. Good swimming pool, good resto and cafe, good drink, good food.

One or two Staff members were not particularly helpful. Food was very below par. But. Comfortable stay.

Bad experience: cleanliness of rooms deficient, never cleaned the terrace, always with sand. One day they didn't clean my room until I filed a written complaint at 16 hours, I'm still waiting for the Director's response. There is no offer of excursions, even with external tour as in other hotels. The Hotel is very friendly and helpful. Abundant, but little varied food.

Good value for its price. Every room has a balcon with seaview. Could have been modernized.

The people of the hotel very well, both the treatment of the reception as in the dining room, the animators good entertainers without more, the hotel itself is well the large pool have gym which is not bad at all, the little meals where to choose, but this acceptable, its breathtaking views, the truth that I recommend it.

We found reception and other staff very friendly. Rooms were cleaned regular so can't fault the hotel. Food is OK but I guess it must be hard to try and cater for everyone. Travel to and from local towns by bus is very easy as there is a stop right outside the hotel. Pools are great which is just as well as the beach is very rocky.

4 stars Let's talk! The eating I would say of poor imagination and quality. I realize more and more that in Italy in many respects is still a happy island, this is my personal opinion.

The rooms were quite well, the restaurant a little excaso, very little variety of food, the hotel Beach though uns rather rocky beach. Estubieron pool and activities well. The fair value for money.

It is a good hotel to stay, as it is close to the beach there is excessive noise and you can rest well. The food in General is good. The rooms are spacious, and the bed is comfortable. The staff is attentive to the needs of the client in every moment of your stay. Good communication with the Centre, and close is the beach.

The hotel not is wrong, but the attention was terrible. Is were without water in all the hotel and not knew how much were going to take. As had hurry had to ask for a refund. They charged us the meal more expensive than the initial price. And they not apologized. In the end we went to another hotel. The pool runs out of Sun at 17 h, among other details…

Hotel ideal for families with children and pensioners, but not recommended for couples or those who seek some quiet. The staff was friendly, helping us with our enquiries and changing us the room when we saw that it did not coincide with what we expected. It has pleasant views over the sea and at night you can hear waves if you open windows. Although it is located beachfront, is 10 minutes from the beach walk and take the car or the bus to go to the Centre of Torrevieja. Not there is almost shops beside the hotel, so there is that walking a little to get to them shops and restaurants. The worst thing was the noise; listened as the room of the side they came early in the morning and began to speak, and how in another room of the Hall began to shout and argue toward 6 o'clock in the morning.

Only stayed here as it was only place we could find that was disabled friendly. Was wheelchair friendly but only for my manual, electric 1 had to go in luggage store. Very basic and not so cheap.

We just finished our stay in Cabo Cervera, and no doubt we recommend you pleasantly holidays with them. We have been very comfortable, with children it is phenomenal as there is animation and special areas for them; Save for a point to improve: theme of cleanliness in rooms, the rest very well. How positive note, attention. Thanks especially welcome Lucy and Ginés de restaurant. It is a place where no us mind repeating.

It is worth without a doubt! Great hotel, good service of the staff, large rooms and comfortable! Terrace of the large rooms and the buffet ennel this luxury Restaurant, type q work make you grilled fish and such, breakfast is more for giris q for Spaniards, but okay.
