Been before excellent food! Went tonight told friends how good?
Absolutely terrible food poor selection hot food pretty well cold, all food quality poor such a shame.

Disappointed with limited choices for buffet at 18 Euro pp. None of it hot on main meals, very salty.

Went in to try the Buffett and choice was very limited and cold — staff very good but value for money very poor.

The hotel is in a beautiful place, on the seaside. The front desk staff very well. But the attention offered at the bar by a waiter named Rafael, lousy. With its unprofessionality and disrespect it makes you take a bad taste from the mouth of the hotel.

Always a great buffet and dancing Fridays and Saturday … good value … the bar manager is tops.

Excellent location set high on the cliffs overlooking the mediteranean sea. The staff are very friendly and our room was very well equipped and had a mini fridge which we stocked with bottled water from the local supermarket only 2 minutes from the hotel. The housekeepers left our room very clean and we had fresh towels daily. We stayed for 7 nights half board and the food and view in the restaurant was amazing with a buffet service on the a Friday and Saturday evenings and live music and dancing till midnight. Overall we have had a great stay. Thank you Hotel Masa.

Good hotel with a rich history, great staff.

Lovely hotel and excellent service with friendly staff. Breakfast is superb with lovely views from the dining room. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The view over the sea and cliffs is beautiful. Bus stops outside into Torrevieja or La Mata. 10 minutes walk to Mercadona and shopping complex with very good Chinese restaurant. Beach at La Mata is very good and about 15/20 minutes walk.

Really enjoy the buffet nights here Friday/Saturday. Good selection of food and reasonable price at €17 per head. Music good with a small dance floor. Views looking right out to sea. Always recommend it to friends. Clean and comfortable.

Place located in a nice enclave, having the sea at your feet, loses glamour for lack of staff to attend you, now that there is trying to do it with the utmost speed and well make possible.

Lovely place, good food. Had my boyfriends bday there, good place to celebrate, have a nice dinner in a quite atmosphere.

Hotel Masa offers some extraordinary views of the Mediterranean. The kitchen is good — not least the ad libitum breakfast that is included for free when having a room in the hotel. Service is good with friendly receptionists, bartenders and waiters. The outdoor areas offer magnificent views and a nice pool area.

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Nice pool area. For late arrivals it would be nice if a complimentary drink (water) was available in room.

Room didn't have a balcony and was noisy. The bath was dirty. I had to ask twice to be moved. Poor, unfriendly service in the restaurant. Electricity went off constantly so wi fi and TV were interrupted. The next room was above the entertainment area so I left at 10pm. Overall, a poor experience.

Incredible views of the coast! The rooms and most important the beds are very comfortable. Service has been great and excited to spend some time relaxing in the lovely pool after working. Internet is good as that is a must for me while working and traveling. I'm not a fan of the coffee machine they have but other than that I am very pleased to be here!

The best hotel in Torrevieja. I admit I didn't stay here (living close) but friends did and everyone was really satisfied. I visited their restaurant several times — nice. If you're looking for a hotel in Torrevieja, choose this one. Downside: there's no direct access to a beach, you will have to walk or drive (just minutes), but they have an outdoor pool. Views to the sea are incredible!

Is a unique hotel for these views to the sea, I liked the service and prices, I love to enjoy the sunrise on the balcony of my room I have a great memory, very grateful, thank you again!

Treatment generally fatal, decor quite old and not very clean rooms, workers are edges, the hotel bar closes at 12:00 and minimum consumption are € 3 very strong, the hotel is away from everything, buffet breakfast has very little, the only 2 good things of the hotel were the view of the sea and the swimming pool in the terrace, even the price I seemed expensive by what us find, quite disappointed with the attention and the resolution of complaints, you give a star because less not is you can give.

Hotel Masa International is also a head quarter of Masa International Real Estate. Masa Int. Invites their clients to stay at the hotel. But tourists can stay there as well. A bad choice. Their salesmen are constantly looking for a business opportunity. At the same time they act like they are paranoid. Rooms were horrible and dirty. Staff was rude and very poor at english. A guy in blue overalls entering my room without knocking. What was his purpose? Cleaning staff leaving my room with open door to balcony. Easy to enter from neighbour. Food was ok but not fabuless. Hotel Manager acting like an ass. Will never stay there again.

Only a day hosted, but the food. Excellent. The attention of the waiters were very attentive and professional, the meat. Still remember that fantastic. A dining room looking out to the sea and best of all is the high quality in details and at a price nothing expensive. Really recommend it.

The best views of torrevieja Hotel q has not been revised since the first issuance of blue summer. The dining room with an air of old-fashioned Wedding Hall needs more q a retouching to take advantage of its views and make a qualitative leap in the Torrevieja restoration. The service although attentive and pleasant also needs to adapt to a new kind of customer, if we treat people as retired vip, we give them to eat as retired vip, and charge them as retired vip, visit us only retired vip. The food without being bad is an I want to and I can not fashion past, q like that kind of retired q beyond the dish of tortilla in the beach leaves from time to time to eat there and don't pay more than 10 euros covered in what continues to be a menu of the day.
