We spent a week at the hotel in a family room with our three children. We have been treated phenomenally, attentive, very helpful, understanding our needs… Great breakfast, my children of 8, 5 and 1 year, have been at home, have played with the nice turtles and have even let them feed them. Recommended 100% by an exceptional staff, especially Pilar, who has recommended great places and has been lovely with all of us during the stay. Thank you, if we return for Denia, we will repeat. Best vermouth and jazz bar I know … anywhere in the world. Where else do you see two world class jazz acts for 6 Euro and regular price drinks with free tapas in a small, old boutique hotel. With table service.

Very nice hotel. Very retro style, arrived in the room we were obliged to point out that the floor is original from 1840. Not luxury structure but very particular and charming. A good place in the center a bit intricate of Déden. In the car you move badly (the hotel is in a pedestrian street) but the parking is 100 meters from the hotel.

Wonderful and welcoming staff. The guy at the front desk is extremely helpful and attentive. A 19th century building that kept its charm and hides details in every corner.

A very special hotel, with charming and the staff super friendly. The location is perfect. The room is wide, large and the beds super comfortable, the only negative is the shower "recessed" that is very uncomfortable and small.

What a lovely place. We only stayed one night but wish it were longer. The place is so old but it had all the amenities you need. We had a twin room on the 2nd floor looking out over the tiny street… it felt like you could almost touch the house opposite. They had live jazz last night in the bar which was really good and this morning we had our continental breakfast in front of a roaring log fire. The staff were so friendly and all in all we found the experience magical.

Renovated manor house with charm without luxuries, comfortable with very friendly staff, the furniture (upholstery for example) could be renewed although in general very acceptable the family rooms the best, very spacious and with some privacy the patio with cats, Lovely fish and turtles have a huge bowl with rich oranges from the area to be served great having a drink at the bar we will be back safe.

This is something incredible! Light Jazz, incredible interior, which attracts with its velvet hospitality! Pictures, strange furniture, breakfast near a real fireplace. If you want to plunge into other times, you are here!

Great but very noisy at night. No double bed despite booking a double room. Nice stay though.

Really nice hotel. Love the art deco style and athmosphere. Our room was lovely. Hotel located in old town. Friendly staff. They help you with anything you ask. Nice cats who live in a hotel. I recommend this place if you are in to oldfashioned style and hate modern buildibgs.

What I liked the least were the cats.

No hot water errors consistent with billing book garage does not assures you that when you arrive you have garage totally unsafe, worse to leave it in the street if something happens it is exempt from all responsibility without air conditioning in the common areas, unbearable heat air conditioning of the room broken, put excuses but the day that I went they gave the room to another not suitable for young children and older people, in addition to the lack of elevator (which at the price they could have put it) the stairs (size of the steps varied and some too high) with insufficient lighting (flashlight) crappy trouble with the bills, they gave me another one and happened the same thing to other customers, unpleasant treatment, we generated a big waste of time without the capacity for resolution before any type of problem and laziness, tansolo excuses as if it was your fault you do not have access by car but also where to leave it near or loading and unloading, under your responsibility, I suggest that you leave the car to one side of the lane.

We've gone to spend a weekend with your family and we found a magical place. Children enjoyed a lot, have turtles and fish in a beautiful pond, and the staff is very nice. We will return.

I have stayed at hotel Chamarel in Denia and has been an amazing experience. I was with my wife and two teenagers. We had a wonderful time with the fallas festivities. Denia is a perfect place to spend few relaxing days, all walking distance, great food, seaside and pleasant atmosphere. Concerning hotel, we had room 208 which was perfect for a family. Nice breakfast in the patio. Hotel is very charming and personnel was caring and gave us many recommendations where to have great food. Would strongly recommend.
