Great for budget travel. Rooms are a bit noisy, very thin walls but but fine to sleep if you are not a light sleeper! Basic but good breakfast, lots of plastic consumption. : (but not at all bad for a basic hotel! You get what you pay for!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! The male receptionist is rude, facilities are poor and the noise you hear at night disrupts your sleep. You won’t be able to get an iron here so have to waste time and money going to the laundrette to get them to iron your clothes, complete joke! You will also be lucky to get your room cleaned on a daily basis. There are much better places to stay and give your money to, this place isn’t one of them!

WARNING! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL! The room I booked seemed very clean, however I then discovered hairs on my sheets and a stain on my pillow. I also foud mould in the bathroom which was disgusting. The staff were extremely rude and told me that the room had been cleaned and they couldn’t get cleaners in till the next day! During the night the air con made really loud buzzing noises which ruined my sleep, and didnt stop even after I turned it off. The breakfast inclusive is a joke. All you get is some cakes and cereal. Do not fall for this trick when booking! Awful experience never booking again, definately avoid.

Very good warm and professional welcome. Very clean and spacious enough, the rooms are nice. Only downside, on the view (which overlooks a well of light)

Nice Hotel only 5 minutes from the port and all the restuarants and bars. Very convenient location and reasonably priced.

Very good hotel. Great and varied breakfast in a spacious room. The staff is very friendly. The facilities are new and clean. Everything smells great. A great option in Denia.

This hotel is cheap and basically in a few words, you get what you pay for! We only had one window to the dark inner courtyard. The walls seem like they are made of paper because you can even hear when your neighbors are showering. The smell in the room was not very pleasant. It's was supposed to be a non-smoking room but it stank like cigarettes.

Simple and correct. You hear everything. Fortunately, there were only respectful adults.

It is a bed and Breakfast more than acceptable for what you pay for. Breakfast is included and they put fresh fruit, little usual thing. The receptionist was very helpful. Central location and a short walk to the beach.

Excellent little hotel that punches well above it's weight. Rooms are clean, staff are very friendly. Its not in the very centre of Denia but it is a short 10 minute walk to the port, 3 to supermarket, 15 to the centre, 15 to the beaches. Good quality breakfast although there is no cooked breakfast. Very good value for money hotel. Only downside is that the walls are thin but otherwise I would recommend this hotel.

A two-star hotel that's worth at least 3. Clean really well, in 10 minutes from porto and the Centre on foot.

Perfect for work or a getaway for two or three days, for more days is long and boring by their lack of services such as a terrace and a swimming pool.
It is not near the beach or calle Loreto, although neither need to go by car and the walk is not long. Overall the service is very friendly and attentive. This clean, and not there is much noise, except in the rooms outside.
The best price, the worst by far responsible for the breakfast and its null orientation customer, treats guests as if you were in a school, with bad ways and a great quantity of absurd rules, will be family of the owner.

I just be a few days and nothing to do with what someone else commented. Brand new TVs, with the possibility of watching movies via USB or HDMI, which came to us phenomenal evenings. Very nice and attentive staff. Hotel is centrally located with a Mercadona to the side and 5 minutes from the beach. Walls a little thin but otherwise perfect, the best quality/price.

The location is good, close to beach, restaurants and supermarket, Wi-Fi works fine, friendly staff. Arriving at the hotel, there was a sign that warned that there was a problem with televisions in all rooms of the hotel, were housed four days in the hotel and remained the same poster and TV not working, not offered us any compensation for this major problem. From time to time a strange noise was heard (I think that it came from the air conditioning). Hard mattress.

Very good quality/price. Clean, centrally located and close to the beach. Easy to park. Internet and free breakfast.
