Great hotel and good service, we like to have a swim early doors your not allowed in the pool area in until 8 45 am, apart from that had a excellent stay.

Lovely hotel; really quiet and beautiful. Not for you if you want nightlife though! Staying on half board basis and breakfast and dinner have an amazing choice and food is really nice. Something for everyone. Get your entertainment elsewhere though; evenings are like the Derby and Joan club! 🙀

Just retuned from a week's stay at Don Pancho. Was very impressed by the professionalism and courtesty paid by staff ranging from reception, restaurant, bars, entertainment and cleaning staff. The hotel is spotless. They all work extremely hard, providing and excellent service to make a great holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Just got back from a weekend at Don Pancho, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, fantastic selection of food great location, only slight downfall is no coffee making facilities in standard rooms, which for calibre of hotel I think should be supplied.

We stayed in this hotel from the 20th to 27th Nov 2021 and what can I say… fantastic, the hotel is spotlessly clean, all the staff are so friendly, I wish we had stayed longer but will be definitely back.

I fell in love with the fabulous hotel — it is the best hotel I have stayed in the past fortnight. The staff are enormously helpful as myself and my partner are deaf especially the reception, the restaurant and the housekeeping. Now I’m back in UK today and I miss the hotel very much. I would like to say a big thank you to them to ensure us a very happy and pleasant stay. We are looking forward to return there next year!

We have been here since Saturday honestly the best hotel we have stayed at in Benidorm. Rooms, staff, pool area and food are all fantastic. All rooms have sea view or side sea view. We have a superior room which us definitely worth paying a bit extra for.

Absolutely amazing hotel. Definitely the best in Benidorm by far. Beautiful building inside and out and the staff were perfect couldn’t do enough for us.

This is the best hotel we have stayed in so far in Benidorm. The staff seem to take pride in all they do and work very hard to please guests. Everything is very clean and the rooms are a decent size. We chose a high floor and we're rewarded with a good view of Levante beach. The food is buffet style but the quality and choice was excellent with very good quality ingredients. Breakfast is particularly good. I can't comment on the entertainment as tributes aren't my cup of tea but judging by the attendance it went down well. The pool is quite small but doesn't seem to be as cold as some pools and thanks to the hotels excellent policy of removing towels from sunbeds if not occupied for a length of time in the morning there wasn't the shortage you get in some hotels. Will definitely stay again, we loved it.

A beautiful hotel so calm and relaxing, decor throughout is very elegant. Service from the staff is outstanding… excellent. Lovely beach veiw from the rooms. Excellent choice of foods… all catered for. Evening entertainment good, if its not to your choice then your on the doorstep to loads of other places to go to. Pool area good. A sun bed will always be found for you by the pool staff. Had a lovely afternoon tea in the pool bar overlooking pool. Benidorm… this is you at your best.

A truly well deserved 5 stars! This is a beautifully presented hotel, warm welcoming staff who can't do enough for you; also this hotel is immaculately clean. The food is superb, not forgetting their excellent selection of drinks. The position of the hotel is also excellent, close to the beach & nightlife also, but not too close, which means there's not too much noise at night. I liked it so much, I am planning to come back to this hotel! I cannot reccomend this hotel highly enough! Many thanks to all at the Hotel Don Pancho!

Good adults only hotel in a good location, very close to the beach. Very attentive and helpful staff. All rooms have a sea view, from the tenth floor we could have spent hours on the balcony watching the world go by. We opted for the superior room as it was a special occasion. Bed was super king size, comfy and had a good night's sleep. Food is good for a buffet style service, only downside is it can be a little bit on the cool side. Would definitely visit again.

A good Spanish hotel for families and the elderly, young people are boring.

This hotel truly amazing. Just spent 11 days there… All staff work so hard… friendly… go out there way to make your holiday amazing… Hotel and rooms spotless. Been a picky eater food was fantastic loads of choices good quality fresh food… Entertainment brilliant… Nice pool area. Best hotel we stayed in… Booking again for next year… *****from me…

We only visited this hotel as my parents were staying there but it is a very modern hotel and the standard rooms are excellent.

We loved it. Luxury Attention of all the staff. Great Buffet breakfast and lunch. The only bad thing Is the situation between all the tourist bars.

Booked after noon tea for my wife's 50th birthday for eight friends and must say they were horrified at the service and cleanliness of the whole service provided… dirty plates knives. Forks and spoons and little provided. Do not book this thinking a good provision from a good hotel. Not worth 2 eurns. Should be ashamed of them selves.

The Don Pancho made our first holiday in Benidorm very enjoyable. One of the best holiday hotels we have stayed in anywhere.

Been here 5 times very quite, helpful staff, clean. For those who like to follow their TV programmes lots of English channels. All bedrooms face the front most with sea views. We always ask for a high floor and get great view. Have been coming to Benidorm for over 40 years and this is the best hotel we have stated in.

Love this hotel. Food very good … room was clean. Spacous & very nice … lovely bar lounges. Staff all very friendly & efficient… if I could pick the hotel up & move it I would… as Benidorm wasnt for me.

Excellent hotel service rooms and food. The only downside is the lighting. I think they have forgotten the majority of clients are aged and have poor eyesight and can't see in the dark. If it brightened up the hotel would be perfect. A great hotel always worth a visit. The balconies are absolutely great. We always prefer the DON pancho. Thanks DON nicolson.

At the hotel Don Pancho the head chef and staff are lovely people, I have not encountered a person as such a wonderful boss… The family treats them at the time of putting the food as the customers, is a hotel that works very comfortable and I felt very wrapped by everyone. And all the pastry is homemade and it's, Riquisima. I recommend it to work and to spend a wonderful holiday…

Hotel is clean and good quality food served. Superior Rooms are of great quality and comfort. The only draw back is that there are no iron or iron boards to use.

Excellent hotel recently renovated in its common areas and rooms. Terrace overlooking the sea and the Levante beach. Good breakfast and good service from the employees. Good location 15 minutes walk from downtown and less than 5 minutes from the beach. We were in December and there was no hassle around the area, but it is surrounded by British restaurants and bars.

Clean modern and comfortable hotel with good service. While not on the sea front it was only a block away. The clubs and nightlife were 1 street away which made it a little quieter at night. Everything was in easy reach. I really liked Don Pancho.

Many years ago we were married in Altea and we celebrated in this hotel and we used a beautiful upstairs suite and we have the house opposite, so Q I always see it and it continues great. Always come friends Q we Advise.

I have been going to this hotel all my life and I couldn't think of anywhere better to stay. The staff are amazing and we always feel relaxed. The staff are like a big family and the facilities are amazing. We are very exciting for going again the year. The Warrens love this hotel.

It is located in the avenida del Mediterraneo, Benidorm. It is a prestigious name within the city and especially in the tourism field, your service is excellent and provides security, say more… personally I will return to go.

Just been back to this lovely hotel. Been closed from last november and reopened on 29th april. What a change!. Major refurbishment. New restaurant upgrade, light and airy. Pool area and bar cafe now really posh. Dancing lounge upstairs new and light-everything altered. Entrance and Front desk now ultra modern, no clutter. Staff as always pleasant and heplful. Was 4 star Thomson rating now 5 star. Non residents now cannot enter hotel till 2130hrs for the Dancing lounge-ensuring that paying guests get first chance for tables. Wifi free inmost areas. conclusion-looking good. There are a few minor adjustments work in progress such as the new Gym. Highly reccommended.

It is a great hotel in the seafront. My relatives stay at least once a year. The rooms are modern and good breakfast service. Very neat.

I loved everything I was with my husband in April of last year (2015) and we've had super well, good food very clean Nice staff, just as for the nightlife might be better in terms of young people because music is very old… but in general perfect throughout.

Best hotel I ever stayed in.

Absolutely fabulous food and room was serviced every day. Staff were very friendly always smiling. The pools attendant made sure you had a sun-lounger, if a towel was on and nobody using it after an hour she removed it for you to use, just excellent, could not find any fault at all. Definitely going again.

Lovely hoiday good food nice clean room verrry friendly staff can, t wait to see the refurb next year we were on the fourth floor last year seventh this year so hope to go a little higher next year.

It is a very good hotel. Spacious rooms with terrace. Air conditioning. Wi-Fi. Good cleaning. Magnificent attention. The restaurant very good and full. In short is a very good 4 star hotel next to the beach of Levante, totally recommended.

Great place to go, good food good rooms, situated in the middle of the new town so it great for both young and young at heart, been going back a few years now and going again this year and booked for next too.

Thank you for a lovely stay once again, the standards are kept to the highest quality. Rather disappointed that the Wi-Fi is still payable as its available free in several bars and cafes nearby, its time for the management to review the situation.

The hotel is very nice on the outside and on the inside, although the my view rooms are very ugly. The service is very good and close and excellent breakfasts. The price per night is affordable.

Been to don pancho for last 10 years recomend it to anyone food very good service very good and hotel is situated near plenty of pubs and 2 minute walk from beech.
