There is everything and for everyone. Good weather all year round and fun.

We had to pick keys up miles away. No balcony as was promised. Charged 50 euros for cleaning. No cleaning service no change of towels or bedding during stay. We were told when we enquired, that the 50 euros was to pay for the apartment to be cleaned when we left. The apartment has seen better days — someone has cared about it some time in the past. The staff in the office were arrogant, dismissive and disrespectful — like they want as much money as they can out of you but they hate you.

Stayed at marriscal 5. There was no iron or kettle provided. Keys were miles away to collect from office. Stayed 7 nights and towels were nvr changed or bins emptied. Wont deal with this office again.

I put on a star because we can't put cero. A horrible welcome, nobody speaks French, very dirty apartments.

Messed up the request for rooms, ended up with rooms 9 floors apart.

The customer service has a lot to improve, the worker who attended us very proudly. In my opinion they should show in the rental contract all the details of the reservation. The weekend forced us to pay the rest d the reserve in cash, we did not let us pay on card (because the weekend do not have Datafono). Which we had to sacarcar money at the cashier, which charged US commission. Two days before, we called to be charged for the account and to inform us.
