Lovely hotel, very pleasant.

Lovely Hotel with nice rooms, Balcony was great with a view of the Castle. Fab location just off a street from the front harbour area.
We arrived late on Thursday night and was greeted by a nice, helpful friendly receptionist unfortunately never got her name.
Would definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed the historic architecture. The breakfast every morning was quite good for a small hotel. The price was very reasonable.

Central location. Free tea and coffee, but no hotel bar.

A great hotel, so close to all the amenities Alicante has to offer. Nice rooms, we had a view of the castle. Plenty of choice for breakfast and coffee available for free all day. Underground parking and very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

With a wonderful and privileged view to the port and the beaches, this hotel provides you with a great experience, good service and pleasant attention, it is advisable to travel in couple, with family or with friends. Very well located hotel, less than 100 meters from the beach, with numerous restaurants and places to buy. Very nice area, especially if you are traveling with children and elderly people.

Hotel not bad for a four star whatever a bit expensive but very close to the beach. What undermines nothing is not negligible when you know that the showers on the beach are paying and that the sea is very salty!

Perfect location, just 100 meters from the beach. Good breakfast buffet and good service. Air conditioning good, but the water pressure of the shower leaves much to be desired, and the cold water, is also not very cold, and at this time, because an icy shower is a pleasure.

Hotel has a poor service, not renovated hotel and little courtesy of the reception. Breakfast and location of the top hotel! So much to improve!

Excellent value for money. It is modern and the rooms spacious. Very good location. Good pay buffet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. That is very narrow parking and pay.

The service is getting worse, they reform it and it looks old, the breakfast is the worst and expensive. The rooms have bottles of gel, shampoo and hand soap empty always and save so much on staff who leave you the room are do.
Located in a very noisy area with bad smells.
A shame and an embarrassment that this hotel belongs to Sol-Meliá.
Not recommended.

The Hotel is very comfortable for the beach and the main areas of Alicante. Comfortable and quiet rooms with respect to the exterior, instead as far as the interior soundproofing leaves a lot to be desired. You hear all the conversations. Very small parking spaces. The better the situation.

What gem of hotel small but very clean and modern our room was par witj exspensive ones.

Cramped room, I can't understand like in a hotel so there can be a room without a window outside only with a window to an inner courtyard, after seeing the room plan I see that I have given the worst of the whole floor, which by size should not be offered to a C The bathroom, the same size, the TV tucked in a side cupboard because it was not in front and that is small size. The hotel does not have a restaurant. The receptionist who has attended me on arrival warns me in almost threatening tone that you have to pay in advance the room until I tell you that I go with bonus and is already paid, you are forced to leave credit card in advance. Other than this the hotel does not have any service, just the breakfast which is right, with nothing to highlight but normal, I would add more natural products, time fruit and natural juice, the receptionist in the morning very correct, friendly and functional treatment.
Mention apart the parking, small is little, to introduce the car you have to do 20 maneuvers and leave you cars in front you have to be warning to remove them when you leave.
I said, I am totally unhappy with my stay, I have not felt comfortable at any time, good thing it was short-lived.

Parking estrechisimo to 15 euros a day, an abuse, to access the floors are there to put the card of the hotel in the elevator and fails more than a gun fair, in the elevator only fits one person and a suitcase. Good price / quality. Right down near the place where all the action in Alicante is.

Rooms are ok, lockers are a bit narrow, they have free coffee in reception, very good located.

Expensive. The location is excellent but everything else responds to a hotel from the heap. The rooms on the first floor receive all the reception noise at any time of the night.

Worst hotel I’ve been to in a long time. Refuse to put aircon in rooms, the heat and the smell was awful.

Location is good as a block from the beach and a few from Las Ramblas. There is renovation going on at the hotel and this may affect the room depending on booking. If booking a twin a refurbished room was available opposed to a double. Rooms are on the smaller side.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and well-lit; the bathroom was very comfortable; the bed was nice and the room was very good. And now more functional because it is newly remodeled.

Great location. Very welcome the possibility of complimentary drinks at all times. Our room with no view on the first floor, but very comfortable, new TT, without carpeting. Nice bath. I would go back and recommend it.

Pretty normal. The double room has two beds of 80 not comfortable. In the bathroom they left no soap, neither hands nor shower… An oversight has it either. What if it was a bad surprise is that the room service that advertises really is a deal with pizza… So far not so bad… The really bad thing is that you charge 1 ' 22 € for transferring the call… Amazing. I hope at least at that time they read the tarot…
Finally the parking costs €12. There are not many more options in the area. But the downside is that the squares are minimal and limited.

Nice hotel close to the front, handy for all the bus routes including the airport, would recommend but probably not for young families.

The worse hotel I ve ever been. Room too small. No choice of heating or cooling ur room. During summer all the room has air conditioning. During winter (WARM WEATHER) you have heating only no airconditioning. I will rate the hotel minus 5 stars. With the price u are paying u can have better and relax place.

Very small room for 60€ a night, no natural light, the walls are paper thin, no luxury at all-normal bed, flat pillows etc. We booked an extra night using a caja regalo from la vida es Bella, but it was not as described-the package was worth 99€ with a superior room and terrace but got the same room as the 60€ a night! The staff blamed la vida es Bella and did not offer anything to compensate. No customer service at all. Oh and the welcome gift we were promised was 2 apples and 2 bottles of water! What a joke.

Better appointed than others in the area, room 512 has the best veiws.

Ok price, close to the beach and everything else. The room was surprisingly modern and nice! The window on the inside of a 3sq. M cube with three floors to the roof was a downside, as the "internal" rooms get no daylight.

Horrible. Expensive without exaggerating a box of matches 76 have paid by 3meters square bathroom included without breakfast without food. Nor does not have restaurant… a full deception. The street despite being behind the town hall not the cone ce nor God. Full of garbage and 0/10 holores.

The wiper has been "cast" in our room while we were sleeping. You should have more care and respect.

They treated me well, but you can not Park and parking €12. Eat breakfast there and €15 the same thing elsewhere is €8… I do not return.

The hotel is small and old. I guess that suitable for you go to beach plan but little else. The normal room with low light. I had to work and was nearly impossible. It is a tad loud. The bathroom very mediocre even though as I had to change room because not working heating improved in the second. Maybe that the rooms are better or worse according to which touch you. Many elements that didn't work: heating, tv, dryer, breakfast coffee and one of the elevators. The breakfast, with little fresh fruit and announced orange juice which is not such but all rico. The staff that if helpful and charming. Price with breakfast 64e.

I was… and the truth were nice the factory but the direction was to believe what the oil quė pedi to take in fasting not the VAT to pay… so is quė sorry but was very ugly detail no gonna returning or although me darian free 1 year hotel… ok…

Coming back next year for the June festival…

It is a rather old hotel but with the reforms needed to adapt, in the Center and next to the beach, parking is rather narrow. The staff is pretty good. I recommend it.

Super hotel near Postiguet Beach and in the middle of the neighborhood. Facilities are very modern, and the front desk people very nice. The best thing is, is that you fall off the hotel and are at the beach and nightlife three-quarters of it, when you're tired of much progress that abound in the neighbourhood, you just give some pasiitos to go back to sleep, in addition with the advantages that gives you be melia point program You can leave really good price.
