It really is a hostel that, not like, have given 4 stars and call hotel. The rooms are very clean and the staff are very comfortable and the room is very good… It's a utopia. The buffet of preheated and cold food (that if you put microwave to heat it). The only positive thing is the front desk staff.

The room is spacious. Not bad though to be a 4 star there are many things upgradable. You will hear everything from the outside, the bathroom is a bit deteriorated for the years this hotel has. At the entrance, for all you have to queue, any query is an hour waiting. We really liked the terrace and the beds are quite comfortable. The buffet is fine, there are several dishes and the food is good, not very industrial as in other buffets, there are always meats and grilled fish, made at the moment. Overall we liked our stay at the hotel.

The room is OK, we have been with a one year baby and they have provided us with a crib. The bathroom was good. The regular buffet, to go to eat a couple of days well, to spend a week it becomes repetitive. Being so big the hotel there are queues for everything. All in all it's a family hotel which is fine.

We have gone on a special education school's end of course trip. We have not included entrance to the spa being that last year we also went and was included, having paid much less to be staying in the apartments of the same hotel. Apparently the fault is ours for not having contacted the group department… I find it curious that management being the whole complex a company, we have to worry about contacting a particular department when the second year we go (the third if we have another visit in 2011) and also making more spending are offered less Services. To be a 4 star, I've seen it a little sloppy.

My husband and I stayed for three nights at this hotel. The room was fine. However, it is not allowed to have glasses, kettles etc. Expect. As a toothbrush mug you get disposable plastic cups, which are not renewed by room service. At the bar there are new requests. The breakfast buffet is a disaster. The sliced fruit looks old, the chopped cucumber slices were already dry, there is only toast and sliced white bread, a lot of sweets, a bit of sausage — and cheese selection, the coffee — underground — comes from a vending machine through which the Service force with Wipes a cleaning cloth to clean other surfaces afterwards. Fresh juice is missing altogether. The staff, while you are at the food, takes over one to clean up. The tables are unlovingly covered — saucers — false display. A fantastic place where you can enjoy the most, children, adults and older people. Everything for everyone! I hope to return soon! Varied food according to the season! An ideal place for families with children! Very friendly and efficient staff! I'm recommending it! I had all inclusive and I can't complain about anything!

Very nice hotel with very clean pool and spacious room, excellent buffet.

It is a very nice hotel with great shows and an amazing spa. The only glitch we've found is the little variety of food. There are many activities a day and it is very nice to visit with family. I recommend it! We had a great weekend.

A disaster. We had booked into the gran duque 3* and we were referred to this by availability. It was supposed to be superior and the experience was horrific. We were 3 couples (my mother and her boyfriend, my little sister and her boyfriend, my guy and I) we went ahead to give a surprise to my sister and the surprise was ours when we were not allowed to climb the room until it was all paid for (by phone assured us several times that we could access). On the other hand, reserve DOUBLE beds and we were put single beds together. We teach the booking at reception while we swore that we had not specified anything, and still not fixed the problem. To make matters worse, my guy sat on the bed, one leg broke, leaving take the bed. All this after a 4 hour trip and wanting to sleep. Bad attention, would not repeat ever.

I went on a tour, just to eat, the buffet has a lot of choice, it's hard not to find something appetizing, they renew the food trays promptly. And those of desserts… mmmm, a feast for the sweet tooth. The staff is very attentive. It's the second year we're going, and frankly they've improved a lot.

The service in this hotel is really good. They have amusement characters to entertain the kids during dinner, the food quality is wonderful. Way better than other hotels. The mattress are comfortable, you will sleep well. The rooms are not properly sound isolated tough. Also the "spa" consist in just a pool, 4 jacuzzi and a dry sauna, wich is ok. Overall: very nice, I would recommend it. Marina d'or is a nice place to go on a relax trip for vacation.

I've been to many hotels and I can only say q q disappointment we have carried us my family and I have been monumental.
Cleaning in general is conspicuous by his absence, but q has really us pissed off has been the very bad quality of the buffet. Food poorly cooked, repetitive and very bad quality d. The cleaning was very low, dirty rooms, furniture with dust, etc…

I've spent the weekend from V to D, and the truth that I am very happy.
