We have had an absolutely wonderful 7 days here, the staff are fabulous always smiling and friendly always happy to help. The food is incredible so much choice for breakfast and dinner and always beautifully displayed. The hotel is immaculate and very clean throughout. Our rooms were lovely and it is definitely worth paying for a sea view. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard daily with fresh towels every day. You have cards to get as many swimming towels as you need returning them daily to get fresh if needed. We will definitely be back to this gorgeous hotel …

Just returned from a week spent at this fab hotel! We opted for all inclusive and we were very impressed. 5 star food and drinks, buffet was superb, loved the Valentines dessert selection, our 10 year old made a bee line for the chocolate fountain each evening. The seafood evening was wonderful. As much lobster as you could eat! We stayed in a duplex suite, spacious for the 3 of us with lovely bathrooms, comfy beds and great views. Staff were all so courteous and helpful, shows entertaining, Elvis even made an appearance! Also a perfect location… we would highly recommend and will be back!

Great location in the center of Costa Adeje. We had a wonderful holiday here. I recommend it especially to families with young children.

Had a great time with the absolutely amazing staff at Anthelia. People were amazing, food was incredible, and the planned activities were the highlight of our trip — shout out to the activities personnel! (I think his name was Andrew/Andrzej). They also have amazing photographers working with the resort, and excellent COVID precautions.

The treatment received at the reception by Isidro and his team is unbeatable.
The restaurant staff is exquisitely friendly. Mr. Vargas leads an exquisite team of people. Paula and her peers make you feel comfortable at all times.
The animation for the little ones is great. Gara and Andrew earn their trust right from the start.
We will definitely repeat.

I should be there tomorrow for the 10th time. I am so sad I am missing out. This is my favourite place in the whole world. It is so relaxing, so clean, amazing food and fantastic staff. I can’t wait for this lockdown to end so that I can return.

Excellent buffet in Zeus restaurant. My daughter loved the children’s club. They made her feel welcome and worked long hours. The kids animation team was definitely the best bit at the property.

So far the hotel is beyond expectations food is excellent rooms pool garden all clean & immaculate, most importantly have not yet met a member of staff who has not smiled & said hello.

Great hotel! The staff is very nice en fluent in English. Bedrooms are clean and the hotel, courtyard, the restaurants and swimmings pools are also clean and good looking. Not too crowdy. Best food in a hotel. Animation is good for the kids and you can do a lot of activities through the day. Coming back next summer for sure!

Stayed here with my 10 and 6 year olds. What an amazing resort. I won't call it a hotel as it is much more than that. The rooms were spacious, nice and clean. Best thing was the pools, at least according to the kids as they spent a lot of time swimming. There are a lot of activities to do for kids as they run kids clubs, movies etc. Staff was exceptionally nice and helpful. Received a very nice welcome with welcome drinks. There is a lady at the reception called Marina (or Maria) and she deserves a special mention. We had a little trouble on our trip to Mount Teide when the little one fell ill and we had to cancel the trip midway. The taxi we had booked through the hotel disappeared but Marina made sure to continously follow up with the taxi company until the driver was with us. She is such a sweet and nice lady. My kids really liked her and left some handwritten messages for her before leaving. The location of the resort couldn't be any better. You've got the beach right next to it. Shops are very close and there is a whole cluster of restaurants at a 2 minutes walking distance. I can hardly find a fault but if I really had to, the food perhaps could be slightly better with more options especially for vegetarians. Everything else was the best. This is where we will be staying for our next trip too.

Spending my vacation at the Iberostar Anthelia was a great experience. The resort was absolutely beautiful, the cuisine was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful at any time. Special thanks to Marina Ubach who took good care of me and made this lovely birthday surprise. It's just the little things in life who makes you feel happy. :)

Fabulous hotel. Great staff. Great food. All inclusive was amazing value. All spirit and wines top shelf. Only slight disappointment was the quality of the towels. Need to be big and fluffy although housekeeping was always amazing at refreshing them as often as required.

The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The private, segregated pool is very quiet and everything is very clean. It has enough loungers, free sunscreen and cool towels. The food is excellent, there really is everything your heart desires! My wife is just excited about the hotel and the gardens are very well maintained. From the room we had a great view of the pool and the sea, simply gorgeous and beautiful.

The IBEROSTAR is a great place to stay in the south of Tenerife.
Large complex.
Located on the rise, thanks to which many of the rooms, the grounds and the pools offer magnificent views of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets…
Very large area. Lots of pools and sunbeds, greenery, lawns, bars…
Nice promenade where you can walk in the evening, with a lot of cafes and restaurants, different cuisines and for every taste and purse.
Through the promenade the magnificent Playa Fanabe Beach is a tranquil entrance to the water, calm water without big waves, highly recommend to families with small children, invalids and people with crutches.
Near the modern shopping center-clothes, cafes.
Nearby El Duke Castle and the magnificent beach of El Duke are calm, but at times the big waves are punished.
It makes a vivid impression in your life.

We were now the 3rd Time in The Anthelia. Unfortunately, Suite A 502 was not clean. A big dead Beetle was on the ground From the Day of arrival to The Departure! The Pillows have smelled uncomfortably, apparently they are rarely washed. The Sink had a long Crack, in a 5 Star hotel the Sink should be replaced immediately! Unfortunately, even the Towels did not smell fresh and clean.
However, The Staff are very friendly and accommodating. The Buffet in the Morning and in the Evening is very rich. We have found that Cleanliness has generally waned. We will no longer spend the next Holiday at Anthelia. The Hotel no longer deserves 5 Stars.

Top Hotel, great Service. All very well maintained. Top Location overlooking the Sea. Very nice Beach Promenade for walking very good. Lots of Shops and Restaurants. Heated Pool Complex and very nice Gym. Beach ok.

Bad Restaurants. Rooms only with shower. Sinks in the room. The rooms are very poor. Environment, kindness of staff and cleanliness are very good level.

Remains a 5 star for the infrastructure and kindness of all the staff but more for the rooms despite the recent renovation (all rooms have a shower there is no more room with bath! ) and the level of the 3 restaurants Poseidon, Portofino and ' Sea Soul ' dropped sharply compared to last year. Beware also of the rooms communicating by a central door, they are little soundproof and we take advantage of the various noises of the neighbors! The shows are the same every year. Overall negative balance.

Great hotel, the workers very attentive at all times. The bed very comfortable, the shower one passed, and the food of the restaurants very good.

Fabulous place, everything is luxury, quiet, beauty and voluptuousness, we will return next year without hesitation.

Wonderful hotel, all the staff are caring. The rooms, the gardens, the swimming pools, its location, everything exudes comfort and well-being. The spa is perfect for relaxing after a walk along the beaches. The animation team available and intentional. Finally you understood that for me, this is the perfect place for my vacation. Besides it must be 7 times that I go back with my daughters and their boyfriend and spouse. They don't want to go anywhere else!

Great location, very comfortable, very nice facility, phenomenal Frühsstücksbuffet, very friendly service, always small attentions from the staff. But extremely location, you hear the guests from the neighboring room so snoring and coughing as if they were in their own room.

Really wonderful structure! Beautiful holiday September with sea Blue sky, excursions and a lot of sport you can practice! I will come back with joy!

The best thing about this hotel is probably the location by the sea. From the dining room au you can even hear the sea. The food was allgeimeinisiert and there is something for everyone. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Letztenenses There is nothing worse in this place to expose to the slightly higher price, however, the price/performance ratio is right.

Great service, great facilities, super childcare, here all wishes are fulfilled, for big and small.

High quality hotel in a great location. Rooms are refurbed to a high standard. Very clean and high level of maintenance. I reported a problem with hot water and they had the tech guy working on it before I got back to my room. Excellent.

Wonderful, huge hotel. Many pools, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast. Nits: only one not-great beer on tap (Mahou), some long waits for food at the restaurant during the lunch rush, have to pay for coffee in the room if not on the all inclusive package. No shorts allowed (for men only) at dinner. Maybe that's a plus for some people but decidedly not for me since I brought no pants with me.

BAD BAD PLACE iberostar owes me $1500.00 refund for selling me a FAKE UPGRADE 6 months ago. I still want the refund. Where is my money for selling me FAKE SPA UPGRADE?

White, clean and newly renovated rooms with good hard beds. Beautiful view and pool. Excellent breakfast with very wide assortment of food. Very friendly staff wherever you are. Everything is just like a 5 star hotel should be.

The resort is immaculate — really well maintained. Breakfast is fantastic with lots of variety. Our room however, was quite dated and could have done with a refurb.

Very nice facility, nice rooms (sea view book! ), the staff is great! Dinner is served in the large dining room is good, expensive and uncomfortable — small restaurants on the promenade are not far away.

With an impressive entrance welcomes you to this hotel in the South of the Island, as you get off of the vehicle you will be greeted by a bellhop who will help you with the luggage, when you arrive at reception very kindly will assist your staff with always a smile on their face and will explain everything you need, very important to pay attention to the explanations as it is a hotel very large, divided into several buildings, so if you are not paying attention you will miss for sure. Spacious room with a terrace that you can play towards different views, a bathroom full of amenities and of missing any please do not hesitate to ask for it at reception, the cleanliness is very good. The breakfast of this hotel is great, great variety of products of very good quality and the wait staff is attentive and quick. Large swimming Pools and in the case of traveling with children a playground for them, in which you'll be able to leave only with the animation team or stay your while they play.

Recently returned from a holiday on the acting Tenerife. Were a week in iberostar grand hotel anthelia 5*. Tour of VKO Travel bought in a travel Agency, VKO Club Turgenevskaya. Everything was great, only one week vacation in this heavenly place for us was not enough. You had to buy a tour for 2 weeks. The hotel is just a miracle! It is located on the picturesque Bank. Big with many interesting plants. Where there is a walk and enjoy the sea breeze. Three magnificent pools (2 of them with heating). Even in the showers by the pool there is hot and cold water. Although our room was simple, but he was amazing, very cosy, spacious and bright. In the room had a balcony with a table and two chairs. Kitchen qualitative and diverse. Buffet table has a plethora of different dishes that for a week I tried and half of them. Much feared for their figure  Very pleased with the variety of fresh fruits and fresh juices. Above all praise SPA center in the hotel. It is called the Thai Zen and work there authentic Thai therapists and masseurs. In addition to various massage travelers out there offer «active pool with its numerous streams and waterfalls, the dead sea, a swimming pool with water is 40 degrees and cold well, contrast shower, Hammam, Finnish sauna, zone for relaxation, and much more. Want to in the future there again return to relax body and soul.
