Briefly my vacation. The seller has committed fraud of the buyer in the sale of accommodation services. At initial placement (19.12.2014 – 09.01.2015) was provided by poorly cleaned old and without repair of the apartments near the pool (which was demolished in January 2016) with a musty unventilated air (as in the poor retirement home), with old furniture, dirty curtains, lots of hair (shaved from intimate seats) in the tub, etc. My request to change room was granted, but the apartments are not consistent with the level of demonstration apartments upon the sale of the hotel. During his second visit, 19.12.2015 – 09.01.2016 I was given the apartment without repair, with old furniture, old plumbing and other severely worn parts of the equipment of the apartment and furnishings. On the third application for the January 2017 (paid off in January 2014) I received the denial and notification of completion of the program (which ends only 28.01.2017 years). Then lied to me that placing no, no, after I provided information about the proposals booking. Com (30 bids) Olga Mikheeva said that they have a different marketing plan sales and all the limits of accommodation have been exhausted long ago. Ie sold (I previously purchased this apartment) again in the direct sales channel and stole my money!
