Excellent food, beautiful rooms, absolutely amazing staff. Great location.

I do not recommend it since the hotel internally does not seem to be a four star, we have paid an all inclusive service and we have had to pay one euro for each glass in the pool bar service then at lunchtime you can only drink water or soft drinks and at breakfast only coffee or juices.
The meals are repetitive there are always meatballs for lunch or dinner the same pasta they put without sauce at lunch they put tomato and cheese and for dinner the salads are always the same carrot beetroot pepper onion and lettuce.
They force you to use a shift that they assign to you when later no one respects that.
The toaster you have to pass the bread five times on each side if you want it to take on some color. (The waiters and cooks are very friendly and attentive)
The room is another.

The food 😡 always the same thing no typical cold cuts no cheese no dairy no fruit and no specialties

Just arrived, was a bit worried about some of the reviews. All I can say is if you want to eat at the ritz, pay ritz prices!. We had amazing deal the food is ok and I wouldn't quite say it's 4 star. It's great value in a great location. We got more than we paid for in my opinion. We booked everything through Blue sea hotels, Spain and paid Spanish prices.

Me and my family have just returned from a fantastic week in your hotel. Definitely value for money. Rooms are a good size with a nice size terrace. All staff always willing to help. The animation guy is fantastic. Thanks again and hopefully see you all soon.

Honestly dont understand why so many people are moaning. The staff are so friendly and will try to help wherever they can. Food options are a little limited for me but thats only because im a fussy vegetarian, the meat options look amazing and there are always options for the kids. At mealtimes you can help yourself to soft drinks, wine or beer. Despite my limit with choices, I havent gone hungry once. Meal times are split into 2 groups due to covid restrictions and dining space etc. Lots of drinks options on the all inclusive. Took a bit of navigating around the hotel but that's because I came alone and felt a little nervous to ask at first. Dining staff are great, entertainment staff are lovely. The area itself is quite quiet at the moment but not a lot of tourists are coming. I would definitely recommend a private taxi from the airport as the shuttle stopped in many places prior to this hotel but this is no reflection on the hotel itself. Literally had the whole rooftop to myself all day not a single other person up there. Pool bar open, so its very easy to get an elevator to get drinks to bring upto the rooftop. Reusable plastic cup given with €1 deposit… Hotel are very proactive in their use of plastic and helping the enviromment. Great for some much needed r&r. Will be coming back very soon 💕💕💕💕

Small pool, no possibility of space to enjoy. Very bad food service. Little quantity, little variety.

Near to everything bars restaurants quiet place no and bar staff hard working rooms get cleaned every daybx.

The food is cold all of the time. Have to wait while fresh eggs are cooked in a morning! Tea/coffee machine cold! Deffo not a 4 star

Although the hotel is very clean and staff very friendly, it is very tired, it's in need of a complete refurbishment. The food is very basic and we had to ask for trays to be refurbished. We also had to ask for extra toilet roll and not always enough towel left.
entertainment was ok, basics of all inclusive holiday I. E sun towels, safe etc were all at an extra cost!

This is meant to be a 5 star hotel… are you kidding me!? there is nothing here which would make me think it's any higher than a 2 star! The food is so horrible, not much choice at all. I have came here, all inclusive and I am having to eat out most of the time now because the food is absolutely horrible. The entertainment is very low and poor. The staff dont seem to care very much and arent bothered about anything. Also all inclusive…? you cant even take your drinks or any snacks upstairs at all. This is one of the worst hotels I have been to. I am definitely not coming back here again! The area outside the hotel however is very nice. I love Tenerife, but this hotel definitely puts a downer on the stay. It won't surprise me if it gets shut down! definitely not 4 star! and definitely would not recommend staying here. Also most of the hotel guests are very rude and horrible too. Food was also very cold for lunch/pool bar food. The photos of the place online is nothing what it looks like now. False advertisement!

A nice hotel with an aged population in November, friendly staff. Stayed all inclusive and arrived first night at 22:00 to be informed by reception. When we were ready food had been plated for us in the restaurant Nice selection at breakfast and lunch however evening meal not to our liking There is a nice Indian round the corner.

Such an amazing place to be on a holiday! I have spent really nice time with my friends in this hotel! The food was delicious! Almost everyday we had the chance to try something new: local dish, spanish treats! The cleaners took care of our rooms every single day! That’s a huge plus! But the best thing is: people! Me and my friends have met an incredible people in this hotel! The staff is very friendly, helpful and really open to guests! After one week of being there I have missed lots of people! Piano bar is one of my favourite places in the hotel! We spent there really nice time playing the games, dancing, drinking fancy coctails! I am gonna miss this place! It was a BINGO to me! Honestly recommend this hotel!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I cbisria the variety of meals and performances at night, by the time I took the same and the other is by misjo on the edges of the pool ☺️☺️rest all spectacular thanks for making us spend a spectacular few days.

Great food, great staff family friendly. The hotel is spotless. Their is a wee shop downstairs very pricey 1.60 euro for a twix two euro 25 cent for a Fanta I stayed in the blue sea Hawaii in Lloret de mar, and I wasn’t happy with the food I ended up eating out, but this one here is lovely and it is owned by the same company. At the other hotel the pool was rubbish the pool here is massive as the other one was very small and too cold to go into. This hotel is disabled friendly as it has two lifts and a wheelchair entrance, the hotel is on 3 floors.

It's a good place. Great food. Good location. The staff are friendly. The furniture is old, it can be unpleasant to surprise. The children's room is closed. The flight was in the evening, the receptionist tried to explain that there are no rooms, but she can help and only she. Another administrator easily solved the problem. But the cost of a few hours was more expensive than if extended for a day. As our neighbors did, they extended it for a day. It was unpleasant. 4 stars for excellent value for quality and excellent attitude to the child. If you think about whether we're going or not again, we'd rather go. I will not post photos of furniture, so as not to frighten ;)

Good place to stay for a few days, but not to eat — almost the same meals and most of them fried. The hotel should have 3 not 4 stars, especially if you look at the quality of the bathroom, beds and food.

Rooms: 4/5 — Overall a great value for the money. Though, they're not thé most comfortable beds I've every slept on, but far from the worst. Also, the AC made this annoying ticking sound for a couple minutes whenever I turned it on. Service: 4/5 — very helpful and the speak english which is always a good thing! They aren't always very quick though. Food: 4/5 — very diverse. In the week I've stayed here, we only had 3 repeating dishes. Which may sound bad, but keep in mind that they serve 3 meals a day. The food was always well cooked and really nice. Swimming pool: 3/5 — just way too small for so many people to enjoy. Location: 5/5 — Lots of things to do out here with everything being at a walking distance. Alternatively you can all a taxi with a reduced fare, to go out of town for a day. Conclusion: I would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a budget hotel. Don't go for the more expensive rooms, though. That might not be worth the money.

What a great place to stay, nice rooms, staff are very helpful and friendly. Great restaurant with a fantastic selection of food choices, will definitely be back.

I am really pleased to be able to say that this hotel is clean, friendly and I think it's evening buffet is really good. Only downside is that the breakfast is quite tasteless and location for day okay but a little romote for the evening.

We're staying here now until Saturday 7th April. I advise anybody not to save a few pounds coming here. The food is terrible and cold. They put no entertainment on purposely to make you go out so you don't use there alcohol. Rooms are dirty and id give this hotel 1 start. Please don't read this review thinking I'm just moaning as im serious it's appalling here. This hotel should never be all inclusive.

I loved the hotel, I'll be back in summer. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food very well also and the facilities upgradable but I can't complain either.

It has a good location, it is close to the beach and leisure sites The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, the service is unbeatable, the waiters are very attentive especially the bar staff at night.

We stayed my husband and I a weekend, the room we found amazing… super spacious and amazing views, the buffet service quite good with lots of variety and very professional staff… we were delighted… we will be back.

A very quiet place, just 100 meters from the beach. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Not 4 stars, 2, 5 with a stretch. The kitchen is scarce, the rooms are old, half of the furniture is not, but on the tracks on the walls you can determine what was. Booked 3 rooms through booking for six months, requested rooms next to the ocean view. Nothing like that, changed numbers three times. We only have one question on which basis the hotel was given 4 stars, it is a horror. The room was very nice and the bed was very nice. Hotel Burn!

Hotel staff could go out of their way to help more. Also after waiting to speak to the manager who only comes in once a week, I was told after falling from a chair in the restaurant, (which was already broken & the wooden seat part just resting on the frame), which was witnessed by a member of the restaurant staff and I was told to report it to the manager and ask for an accident report, I told the manager whose only response was to tell me I could have fallen anywhere?

Hotel is advertised as 4 stars but in reality I would give maximum 3 stars. Room was clean but need urgent refurbishment. We had issues with hot water lasting maximum 5 min, when we reported the issue at the reception they informed us that every room is equipped with a small 50l boiler what wasn't exactly correct as we found later. Food wasn't great as well, same as amusements.

Hotel rooms in need of a revamp but nice and clean food not to that clever says 4 star but no way location is a bit dead won't be going again.

Nice stay. Rooms a bit dated need upgrading and more fresh salad on the menu will be welcome. Apart of that rooms clean well looked after. Staff friendly. Good red wine. Thank you.

4-Star Beach Hotel. We've been on half board. If I have to put a but the dinner schedule is until 9.30 and there is no juice. Natural at breakfast, although few beach hotels have it. Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Great staff, all are very friendly. There is no free Wi-Fi, but we didn't need it either, too many things to do. The hotel facilities are very nice and the area is very beautiful. It is an area to be quiet and do excursions like the gorge of Munch (impressive) or the cliffs of the Giants. There are also several natural pools in the area. In summary the value for money, unbeatable. If we go back to Tenerife, it is a good option.

What a shitty HOTEL… We spent a week there and we had to spend money eating out when we had paid an all inclusive… The food is painful, the rooms very deteriorated, the pool or we have stepped, only see 2 TV channels, others Tien is to pay, the Wi-Fi is also paid, the staff treatment leaves much to be desired also, except for Jesus, the metre of the restaurant that was luxury with us… Considering that it is a 4 star hotel supposedly, we have returned very but very angry … we do not recommend it to anyone…

Just had a great week here, the staff were really friendly, all the areas in the hotel were clean and tidy. Breakfast choice was good, full English or continental, cereals, yoghurt, fruits. And for Lunch and Evening meals there was always a good selection of foods on savoury and deserts.
The bar staff were great at there jobs and really friendly and helpful as were the maids and reception staff.
The rooms could do with a re vamp, but they were comfortable and fit for purpose (you don't come on holiday to sit in a hotel room)
The pool and pool area was always clean and tidy with plenty of sun loungers.
Overall had a great holiday here and would come again!
The surrounding areas are beautiful and the weather was phenomenal. Worth every penny.

I stayed here over Christmas and it was superb! The staff were fanatic and put us all to shame speaking so many languages. The food was excellent and plenty of it. Yes there were some dishes that were re-hashed from left overs but that's exactly what I'd expect. I'd hate to see food wasted. This was my first all inclusive holiday and I wasn't disappointed. I did tip because I was getting great service and as a result it got even better! The hotel is obviously eco conscious and as a result the hot water in the room is not in a massively plentiful supply. No Hollywood showers guys! I'd hurry back.

Cheap, provided, with US staff was kind! Obviously it is not a 4 star as in Italy, but not even pay it as a 4 star!

Reasonably priced hotel in very quiet area. Very helpful reception where there is free Wi-Fi but it's is terribly slow. Most clients have all inclusive packages. Non inclusive clients have to buy water at dining tables which is expensive. Beds were a bit uncomfortable. Wheelchair access throughout the hotel with two lifts from reception. Highly recommended for anyone with mobility problems. Great location as very close to seafront. There are lots of varied restaurants along the seafront. Very close to bus stops on seafront.

Really friendly staff … this Hotel is tidy and well run … the food is fair and have definitely had a lot worse from higher star hotels… there's not much to do in the area with a small beach about a mile down the hill. My only gripes on an all inclusive break here are no tea making gear and you have pay for the telly and the view from our room at the back looked at a pile of rubble but not to fussed about that I couldn't see it asleep.

We just came back from spending there 10 days — all inclusive. Hotel rates as 4 star, but would say it's more like 3. It's not a bad place — fair variety of food and drinks — good entertainment — bingo, karaoke, parrot show, snake show, flamenko etc. Hotel staff doesn't speak great deal of English, but they are able to understand what you want. Martin who worked at piano bar was doing amazing job making cocktails and other drinks. Rooms are a bit outdated and needs some fresh up, but they were always clean and tidy. I believe no hotel can ruin your holiday — it's what you make of it — we had a great time and would return there.

Had a rest in this hotel in may 2014 years. Wonderful, very helpful and friendly staff! Cleaning our rooms on 5-Ku, clean pool, excellent pastries. The beach is 5-7 minutes. Walk.

The bar man was very nice, funny-he would always bring drinks over once you have finished them and he was very polite. There's no Badminton or a very big gym, but because of the main bar man I would consider going back again.

Very lovely hotel, good staff, excellent, though we have ants small yet where Telly standing ran. And so all rules)
