Loved it. Beautiful hotel, nice clean place. Good food and friendly staff. Be careful in the dining area the floor can be slippy. And don't leave your dinner unattended. The sparrows will be on it in a flash. Overall a lovely hotel and a beautiful place to stay. Los Gigantes is only 5 minutes in a taxi. Another lovely place to go. Plenty of places to eat and drink.

Love the Hotel. Have been many times and it is always good. The quality and variety of the food is amazing. We had another great holiday there. Yes we know there is building work going on and it is noisy but improvements are. It will not be going on for much longer. The end result of the work makes it all worth while.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. Food is excellent and plenty. The front of house staff are very helpful. A new restaurant is opening today and currently it is part of the all inclusive package. The pools are nice. One is more lively, the other more quiet. And for a hotel of about 1000 rooms it is surprising that the pool is that quiet and there's always a sunbed available. The hotel does provide beach towels against a refundable deposit. The beach is accessible via a side entrance and is literally across the road. Currently a new pool is being built at the bottom/beach end of the hotel. It does create some noise but it's not too intrusive and does not detract from any activity. There are some concessions the hotel offers. I would recommend that it you do not switch locations because of the building work — you will miss out.

What can I say about this hotel its amazing staff are lovely and welcoming. As you walk into the hotel it's stunning and spotless the rooms are very nice and clean the cleaners are lovely and work really hard. Me and my family loved the food with lots to choose from and the staff in the dining room again were friendly and helpful. Now I would like to say a very big thank you to the animation team Raphael, Adam, Mario, David, Simon and Victoria you guy's are amazing the shows at night are brilliant you all work so hard from morning till midnight don't no how you do it but I'd like to say a very big thank you to you all for making our holiday brilliant. Me and my family will definitely be back again next year.

Wonderful accommodation, delicious and exquisite cuisine, the most friendly and happy staff and many, many more. I would have to write a book to compliment everything about this hotel. I recommend it to anyone from younger people who want to have fun and to older families who likes to spend time with each other. You just have to try it out for yourself. It truly deserves the five stars note!

This is the second time that I am in this hotel and I love it, I would repeat a third time, the animation, the restaurant, the facilities, the staff in general is great.

The hotel is very well located and well maintained. The staff are very friendly. The clientele is international. I removed a star because the room maps (we were 3 adults) demagnetized every 2 days. Rather than give us a new map systematically the reception remagnetisait the cards. It's boring in the long run to line up to ask the same thing again. In addition the water is not drinkable it is necessary to go to buy its bottles to the first merchant at the exit of the hotel. For the price of one bottle a day is vexing. It's these little gestures that annoy.

Nice hotel, beautiful swimming pool with sea view. Very easy access to the beach and the village. Food rather good for the size of the hotel. Small non-potable water in the rooms but no bottled water provided. We were just told that we had to go to the village to buy it. Not so good! Otherwise very nice stay.

Great hotel. Luxurious and beautiful. Services at an excellent level. Nice environment. Numerous activities for children and adults. A full deck chair with umbrellas at the pools. Close to the hotel beach and center with shopping opportunities. The room has ocean views and swimming pools. Wonderful view. We definitely recommend it.

Absolutely loved this hotel, it was one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in during trips across Europe. The staff were always so friendly and helpful, they would always help you. We were all inclusive and they catered for every one even fussy eaters. We are fussy eaters yet we never ever went hungry. The food was delicious! We are returning next year for a family holiday we enjoyed it that much. We travelled as a family of 4. The rooms were spotless with plenty of room for all 4 of us.

We spent a weekend very pleasant, miss. Macarena and Alexander guest service extremely attentive and efficient. The lovely rooms and the food in the restaurant is super rich and varied, there we were attended by Mr. Jorge who was very helpful and friendly.

Very modern, clean and relaxing experience. A few areas (entertainment theatre) are a bit tired and dated, The rest, clean, white and very pleasing to the eye. Food is about what you would expect from a 4* buffet style eatery. Good but not stunning. Evening entertainment again if a standard you would expect. The "Movies" show put on by the entertainment team was surprisingly slick and professional, tick and a gold star. We have now stayed at three Be Live hotels, the other two being on Lanzarote. Of all three, this has been the best experience.

To the top. Nice very large rooms, nice pool and varied food. The beach is next.

Only negative is the soundproofing which is very bad otherwise it is a paradise.

We had an excellent holiday in this hotel between February 10 and 17, 2018. The room is spacious, clean and neat with a splendid sea view (surcharge €) and off the island of La Gomera.
The restaurant is good quality with a wide choice.
Restaurants, shops and beach are close to the hotel.
There are two animation teams one French (club Lookéa) and another international.
Possibility to make excursions through Lookéa and in particular the discovery of Teide National Park. It's wonderful.

Good hotel. Nice beach close to the hotel. French guest have little more priority than the other, this is the only thing that I can criticize.

This hotel can be recommended to anyone. Very spacious. All-inclusive very good. 2 pools 20 and 28 degrees warm.

A great hotel, very clean, very friendly, attentive staff. There is a music programme every evening at the bar, where you can sit indoors and outdoors very comfortably. Dinner is organized every evening according to a different motto (Oriental, Mexican, Italian, etc. ). The pool area is clean. There is a children's pool, a heated pool with 27 ° and a pool with 20 °. A small snack is also provided in this area. Fruit, salads, various kinds of meat and bread. Of course there are also vending machines and service for alcoholic drinks.
The rooms are very nicely decorated… The only drawback is the bed, with each movement the partner jumps with (a common mattress) and it rocks.

The hotel pretty well, it's very big so people don't bother you. The large pool space, CM on all sides at first hour are already foreigners booking hammocks even if there is a prohibiendolo sign but there are plenty of hammocks. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you would have to put a paste would be the floor maids or the guy who replenishes the minibar, touch and enter at the same time do not expect anything even if you're inside and the same bathroom is next to the door. And the sign of not disturbing as but existed for them. It is the third time Q I go and would repeat it certainly.

I had a great day! The only thing I see wrong is not being entitled to parking if it is not paying! But everything else… especially the animation and food… of 10!

The location is great: everything is close by! Brilliant is absent practically, not a large choice of dishes, but everything is cooked on 5-Y, the territory is well-groomed, the staff without Narikanij!

The experience is great and it has everything and if I say everything is everything, it has up slides is amazing.

A renovated hotel of more than 400 rooms, including a quarter reserved for Look, with common areas very well maintained. Its gradient disposition does not mass, its location well, quiet place even "cushy" the rooms on the sea view floor, overlooking the pools and the island of La Gomera, are superb.
Restaurant rather good in the evening at the level of the dishes and varied for the all inclusive, the entrance buffet is satisfying but the buffet of desserts mediocre especially the creamy cakes that are for the clientele that greedy, there are some fruits. Red wine to avoid.
Good breakfast, lots of choices and proper pastries.
A heated swimming pool at around 25 ° (announced 27! ), one of the criteria of our hotel selection in winter.

A bar area that offers every evening an animation, with piano which provides noise until 11pm by resonance in the rooms overlooking this immense space reception hall/bar.

All Inclusive 4 stars not justified.
Only 3 stars. Pool mostly crowded. Lunch in the pool restaurant leaves to be desired. Hotel has come in the years. Need some renovation again. Staff in the pool restaurant has little idea of hygiene. Fries on the ground are ignored for a long time. Dishes fallen out of the container with the same gloves, where it was previously handled with rubbish.

Decent hotel with no special service. International, generous, clean. Heated pool.

Good facility there is everything in the hotel. Good housekeeping rooms, if there was more foresight it would be a 5 star hotel. Beautiful Panorama. And it's all near X the rest.

Great view especially from the sea facing rooms and outside the piano bar area. The cleaning could be better, they have a lot of rooms so perhaps staff is overwhelmed. Dirty pillowcase and waiting almost 2 hours for toilet paper is a bit much though. Lots of variety with the food but everything seemed to close early. The hotel is not on the beach though it's a short walk. If you have mobility concerns it might be especially difficult, there are lots of steps or a very steep path leading to the shore. The beach area is rather short and no swimming because it's very rocky. The staff however were very polite and overall it's okay.

Very good hotel, I loved my stay! Just lacking in the snack of waffles or pancakes for the taste if not magnificent stay!

The hotel was great with a lovely man made waterfall on the descent to the beach just minutes away. The staff were generally friendly and helped arrange a fabulous free speed boat excursion. There was a wide range of food catering to different tastes including freshly cooked meats. Whilst there were activities for the kids there wasn't a lot for toddlers to get involved with.

The hotel fabulous, the best the attention of all the staff, local employment, the desire to help everyone and the involvement of all the employees from the cleaning staff, dining room, to the repairs. A luxury to be here. As the only drawback, it would improve the food, but there is variety and theme every night. A hotel to go back to. Thank you, everyone.

Great hotel. Well designed and spacious. Lovely food. All-inclusive drinks could be better — but that's normal. Not many things included in the price — no indoor pool, most facilities are pay extra. Nice little beach 5 minutes walk.

The animations are superb and the setting splendid by cons a little disappointed by the restaurant a la carte despite the restaurant at will is excellent and the cocktails just as much.

Just returned from 11 night at this very French hotel. I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've had in any of the canary islands. Pictures in the brochure are very inaccurate they show a bridge over the pool but this bridge hasn't been there for quite a while now. Also advertised a children's playground with pirate ship. But my 3 year old couldn't use the pirate ship as it's only for the mini club but she's to young for this. So we was pointed to the playground around the corner from the hotel. If it was in the UK it would be deemed a health and safety risk and probably condemned. Food was typical buffet style all inclusive but well below standard and never hot to be fair I'd say usually cold. Drinks are usual for what you'd expect but smaller sizes. Entertainment may be good if your French as all the animation team speak mainly French first English usually cones 4th. One nigh in particular the was a part going on around 7.30pm as we went to go in we was told we couldn't go in as this was for the French customers only. The hotel itself is very nice on the inside could really use some new cleaners though. My opinion is avoid unless your French.

Good room space, bathroom with a bath and a shower. Buffet restaurant could be much better. All inclusive is far from all.

The Hotel looks wonderful, Our room was good but the beds are uncomfortable, they are hard and by the end of two week stay my back is sore, the food was good, the staff were friendly and everywhere was spotless ☺☺☺

Start with the staff. All very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Reception, barstaff, buffet and cleaner. Paid Wi-Fi, rubbish. Don't bother. Pools, great for kids and mucking about, but not much more. Buffet restaurant-really good selection of food. Tried something new everyday, didn't like it all buts that's just taste. Posh restaurant was very nice, only 1 visit per 7 days with all-inclusive, but was nice. Supplement on steaks and wine. Big problem for me was the all inclusive drinks. I could have drunk all day and still been sober. Not one to get wrecked, but still. Had to go to local shop for some decent cans. I would like to recommend the excursion ladies at the desk near the entrance. Very helpful. We rented a car, 3 days for the price of 2, and the hotel have underground parking at €4 a day. Also, we wanted to book the cable cars up the volcano, and the lady at the desk was willing to let us have car for an extra few hours if we couldn't book early enough. As it was, there was no availability at all, so we missed out. Book early. Also, if you go souvenir shopping down to the nearby shops, try Gloria's {The first one you come too, on the left, avoid the shop on right. This is if you exit the hotel grounds via the gate past the pools}. We wanted to buy waterproof phone covers for the water park, but the guy there told us they wouldn't let us wear them on the slides, at the cost of a sale. Honesty needs rewarding.

Beautiful hotel, beautiful surroundings and is a very clean hotel. The bedroom floors haven't been cleaned since I arrived 2 days ago however. The entertainment is extremely mediocre and is very french orientated. All presenting from the staff is in French. There is a laughable about of add-ons. Safe in the room (€3 per day), beach towels, iron, kettle, Sports Bar drinks, Wi-Fi and a lot of other things so ensure that you bring extra money with you; even if you are all-inclusive. The pools are very clean and there is a good amount of sunloungers. The bar staff are not very pleasant and I think that does ruin an aspect to an all around good hotel.

Superb place! We loved it and for once I really believe we will go back. Staff friendly, food very good amenities superb. Best 4* hotel we have ever stopped in! I can't believe you would be disappointed…

Lovely hotel! Staff are really nice and welcoming room was very clean and tidy great room service and house keeping. Lots of choice of food, drink and entertainment. Great place only one thing I could fault. The beds are way too hard! I asked for a topper or different mattress all they did was add a hard blanket under the sheet which didn't help.

The food is great. I am sometimes early on. Then I got thirsty and fetch me something from the Restaurant, that for early birds like me already has open. About 6:00 PM local time After Breakfast, omelettes, and everything what one wants caviar and Avocado I got for Breakfast is not seen — there is, in a small house by the Pool all day for hot and cold food (Pizza, steak, burgers, sausages, pasta, etc For Breakfast, there are in addition to the other drinks alternately, Honigmelonensaft, Wassermelonensaft and Waldfrüchtesaft. Vanillesaft and Schokosaft there are alternately. Tomato juice, orange juice, milk, tea, coffee, etc there is always. Last week I was in the hotel Be live Playa la arena, and it would repeat. I went with my children thanks to Noel and all the team of mini club enjoyed more than me. The room fantastic, the restaurant is good, the snack bar could be improved, the swimming pools and the piece slide amazing. Thanks to the animators not missing the fun for big and small. The beach next to the hotel. I recommend it to all who go to Tenerife and if you are going with kids better.

Great hotel, very new and clean. Two pool and slide. The city is great, much better than on the playa americana. (Sublime) black sand beach is very nice.
I put 3 stars because I hated the food.

Playa arena c was superb.

Hotel is too quiet, you do not have ambient music in the pool, the little fun ends at 12 animation scarce but good best thing about the hotel are RAYCO AND BYBI.

What do you need.? Good room, great food, nice people/staff, great pool and the weather. We are staying a little while.

The hotel is fine, the only thing that shocks me a little is that the musical bar closed at 12 o'clock and have no disco. Besides that all good.

The hotel is quite normal, although a little old. They had saved if not for the poor quality of food and the bad treatment of its staff. The "all-inclusive" really is a hoax. Not what I recommend at all.

The Hotel is located away from the main tourist areas. In front of the Hotel there are only a few Restaurants and a few shops. The beach is reached through the garden. It is an extremely narrow black strip of sand. Sadly disappointed the Hotel on the whole line. In our hotel room we had upon entering the room, a huge dead cockroach in the middle of the bathroom. Apparently, the Hotel has great Kakerlakenprobleme, because everywhere in the Hotel, you see them running around. We had the cleaning lady a tip, in the run down, so you have a little better saubermacht. In the evening there was a tip off, the cockroach, however, is still there. The food is buffet style with different theme nights. It tasted, however, almost always the same and was of low Quality. The highlight, however, was the duck in orange sauce. CAUTION is advised with this Hotel! I was my Portmonait with all the cards/documents stolen from the LOCKED room! It could only be the cleaning lady or someone with a key. Instead of a compensation/understanding came only Spot and accusations against us. My girlfriend was crying and the Director (! ) did not even want the cleaning lady to ask, or an allegation to accept.

The Hotel is super quiet and only 50m from a small clean sandy beach. The Service is OK, but anyone who has charm and courtesy are expected Bay vacation better in Oestereich. The food is good. The Shows in the evening are mediocre. The rooms are rather frail furnished, the mattresses are hard and the beds Creaking. The bathroom is clean and in good order. Small Tip: if you do not poolside want to book (+Euro10. — per day) for a room on floor 5 or higher. (below is there problems with mold). The 2 Pools are small but ok, the temperatures are, however, every day is very different, sometimes pleasantly and sometimes cold. All in all, a good Mittelkalsse Hotel is ideal for all inclussive guests and people from the mass tourism does not disturb.

This hotel has down. Always and every year by the summer, came to spend a few days. Since the summer of 2009 we are coming.
