Review of Apartamentos Pirámides 3*

Have given it 1 Star as I have to give it a Star Rating Anyway where to start, Booked Direct for a short stay, direct from their Website based on Location, and their Photos! Paid by American Express, no problem, Wrong! arrived on checking in was told I still had to pay as they don't take American Express, (Even Though got a confirmation of booking) this is where I should have walked away, as could see by now Photos do lie!, luckily we were able to make the payment on Debit Card, But! So to the Room, Shocking, Dirty, Tired, and Basic, was there 5 Nights 1/2 Board, as could book B&B, went to Evening Meal & Breakfast Once, the place was like a Truck Stop, in an underground Carpark painted Canary Yellow, absolute disgrace. Basically the Hotel is meant to be reprehensive of a Pyramid I suppose, basically a concrete and breeze block, dump, which based on its construction the noise just resonates through out, kids running up and down corridors, people obviously coming and going with suitcases, which is not an issue, but on tiled hard floors and the wheels rumbling down hitting every grout line, sounded like a Train Station. Out of the 5 nights we got the room serviced 3 times, and even this was only a ruffle of the bed sheets, and change the Thin Towels, no sink cleaned, no brush, no mop, not even empty bin. OK its cheap, but so it should be!, I would say avoid at all costs, the area if full of Hotels and Apartments, which could and do offer better. Finally, on check out, no Thank You, no did you enjoy your stay, nothing.
