I have been here for the 3rd time and will definitely stay here again when I come back to Logroo. The rooms are quite large, quiet, very clean and we slept well in the beds. We didn't have breakfast here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. In the underground car park you can get to the underground car park via an elevator with a maximum height of 2, 19 meters, we had to ask exactly what we needed.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed deserves a 10. There is a large assortment in the bath kit, toothbrush, pasta, razor blade, shaving cream, gel, shampoo, moisturizer, sponge… it's pretty operative. We also include another thread and needle kit along with a shoe cleaning sponge! The price of the breakfast is €11. The location of the hotel can not be better, near the Laurel Street excellent to go out to take some good pintxos and accompany them with a glass of wine! I recommend this hotel at 100%.

Good location and good breakfast. The only downside is the parking, with elevator, only suitable for medium cars… and it is difficult to park on the street in Logroño.

Central Hotel, very close to most of the places to visit in Logroño. Reasonable price, with paid parking in the basement (not included in the price of the room and something expensive). It exists in front of a free parking, being difficult to park the car. Cosy and spacious rooms. It has a buffet, justito for my taste. I would put more peeled and cut fruit, for example.

All very well for the stars that the hotel has. The only downside is breakfast. Poor and cold. But altogether I would return. And had breakfast outside the hotel.

Spacious and very clean rooms, centrally located near Laurel Street, to go to tapas, quiet area, next door there is free outdoor parking, ideal to spend a few days in Logroño and have a good time, recommended. Good price, good service.

It is a hotel in a privileged location, next to the center the breakfast is a bit pricey but the products are of quality the rooms are spacious and clean. The only thing you hear is the noise from both the inside and the street. Even and everything. I recommend it.

Comfortable hotel located in the city center, next to the main streets to eat pintxos. It has all kind of commodities and the personal is very friendly.

Nice hotel directly in the center of Logrono. Modern style.

Even though the hotel is conveniently located near the famous Calle del Laurel and the Tourist Office of La Rioja is just in front of the hotel, the hotel is around 30 minutes' walk from the Logrono train station and there is no direct bus linking the train station and the hotel. The only transport option is taxi. If the hotel can offer free shuttle bus for customers who arrive at Logrono by train, it would be a more attractive hotel. Though it claims itself to be a 4-star hotel, there is no electric water kettle in the hotel room for making tea and coffee. I have not tried the breakfast of the hotel so I can't comment on its quality. Given the availability of numerous bars, eateries and restaurants around the hotel, the price of its breakfast seems to be high and not attractive.

No:301 — Bed is moving, Bath door is stucking, there is no complimentary water and water boiler + cafe/tea. Breakfast is too ordinary and too less variety. Bath water equipments are not sufficient. Only positive way is the location.

The hotel itself was very nice and have a very good location. The staff was very helpful. The fact that there were no coffee/tea facilities in the room or alternatively the option to buy coffee/tea from the hotel, put us off. We would've like to spend more time at the hotel to relax and to read but ended up sitting in cafe's because we couldn't drink coffee or anything else (apart from the mini bar) at the hotel. I appreciate you don't have a bar, but you do have coffee making facilities for breakfast and surely this could be used during the day as well. Or at least give facilities in the rooms then. Overall good experience.

It has been a long weekend. Intense, warm, pleasant, to repeat more often. Surely, I will choose the same Hotel if available. Total soundproofing. Beds very comfortable. Situation Super, in the footballer Camino of Santiago! And the street the Laurel to the back of the corner!

Our stay at the hotel has been a pleasant experience. Despite being located in full Center historic of Logroño, the tranquility by them nights was absolute. Room clean, comfortable and well equipped with a spacious bathroom. I must emphasize the excellent treatment and the kindness of all the staff of the hotel especially the reception staff, for their kindness and their availability to orient ourselves in the most varied issues.

Perfect location, very comfortable room, very spacious and the bed super comfortable.

After a few days by the Rioja and specifically 3 at your hotel, I have to say the feeling of well-being and comfort, as well as the good do staff, is what we've brought in the suitcase.
Many adjectives can be placed, but I think the best thing to do is to convey the desire to travel and visit them again. Thank you.

Very good location, clean, friendly.

Check in was seamless, staff friendly, room comfortable with all modern complements. They also had sponges for bath which was a nice and unexpected touch.

Us to really enjoyed this hotel. Its location, large room with a large bed with bathroom, very friendly staff. If we go back to Logroño undoubtedly we will stay in this hotel. Super recommended!

A great experience. The hotel is superbly located. I think they should put a sign at the entrance to the parking lot to indicate better that it is the parking of the hotel.

Fairly new hotel and very well located close to the Centre of Logroño. Good value for money is ideal to go to tapas to the famous Laurel Street, because it is less than 5 minutes walk. In addition, it has opposite 2 fairly large car parks, where you can park free at night.

Located enun excellent place to meet and a ride in Logroño. The hotel is surrounded by pedestrian streets and restaurants. Rooms are spacious, although entry may seem a hotel more charming.

Supremely located just at the start of the old town, the bed big and comfortable, sew thankful when they're travel doing kilometers every day and you need to relax. The staff was very nice and helped us in everything we need. Opposite there is a point of tourist information on the Town Hall, but the receptionist told us perfectly so that we do not need to go. Room was fine, clean and with a huge bed, this perhaps limits the free space but is sufficient and the bed was super comfortable. We have breakfast at the hotel that offered us by almost half when we arrived but it would not be necessary since the area there are coffee shops that have breakfast which is not bad and the of the hotel continues to be "typical breakfast buffet at hotel".

Impossible to sleep, a lot of noise. Saturday until 4 in the morning listening to as they sing in the stag.

We had two rooms reserved since September and when we arrived they tell us that they have tried us to call but they had poorly annotated the phone number and who had had to close down rooms that we moved to a hotel near NH heritage Rioja, a 4 * but that they would respect us the price, in return they offered us their parking.
We accept and we went to heritage Rioja where continuous review it.

One of the best hotels in which we have stayed, very good price/quality ratio, fantastic breakfasts, rooms big and clean, "huge" bed, made less a bar to take Cup night last. I forgot, the parking is impressive.
