➜ We only dine at the restaurant this Monday, August 24, 2020 and 2 years ago we really enjoyed the environment, the calm, the very nice staff, we don't stay there as we have an apartment near The Cala Santandria, my husband has been coming to Menorca since the age of 4…

Charming rural hotel lost in the countryside. Access through a narrow road but easy enough. Pros : — Hotel staff super helpful and friendly and reception open from 8am — 12am to help with all requests. — quiet and peaceful setting with terrace and well cured gardens — delicious and varied breakfast with fruits, hams, cheeses, eggs, fresh juice, and a range of homemade cakes all buffet self service — nice ensuite rooms with blackout blinds and silent air con. Clean and well decorated. The superior rooms also have a small terrace. — lovely large swimming pool with views of the valley and sea from far away. Cons — we ate at the restaurant on our first night as there is nowhere else in walking distance. The town is a 5 minute drive but not many restaurants we fancied eating at there. The food was not as good as we would have expected. Fish was over cooked and squid overly salty. It’s a nice setting but there are definitely better places to eat on the island. — the location is nice if you want total peace and quiet. The only drawback was that it is quite far from the main towns of Ciutadella and Mahon at opposite ends of the island. I think best to be based outside one of the towns which are also close to many of the beaches, unless you don’t mind a 30’ drive each time. — the superior rooms (at least 1-5) where we stayed didn’t have any view which was a shame. Perhaps the others do at least of the pool and gardens.
