I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness is impeccable, the service is beyond excellent, and the staff truly make you feel cared for. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food and drinks are outstanding (try Ten Spritz, thank me later) breakfast and lunch were delicious. Everything is fresh, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to quality.
It is one of those places where you feel relaxed the moment you arrive, and every little detail is thought through. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back.

An absolutely stunning hotel in the heart of the island. Gorgeous village, not too busy and not too many tourists! The hotel staff were so friendly and attentive. Pool is gorgeous with comfortable loungers and perfect background music. Food is delicious and very generously portioned. Our room was incredible with a HUGE bathroom and a small balcony overlooking the pool. Will DEFINITELY be back.

We spent 8 wonderful days at the Ten in Mallorca. A small boutique hotel that leaves nothing to be desired! It was one of the best hotel experiences we've had so far. The staff are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They are very accommodating and respond to individual needs. The food (breakfast and lunch) was very good! We can definitely recommend the hotel!

I have never stayed in a hotel as nice as Ten Mallorca. John, Jo, Hannah, Steffan are amazing hosts and welcome you like family. The staff are also amazing so helpful and friendly thank you Anika and Nora for making me feel so welcome. The rooms are super comfortable with luxury bed and bedding. The little personal touches are heartwarming. If I could give this hotel ‘ten’ stars I would — becs.

We stayed at Ten Mallorca in April 2025 and I couldn’t recommend it more! The hotel is tastefully decorated and clean and in a prime location for exploring the entire island. We stayed for a long weekend of rock climbing and were within a 45-minute drive of most climbing locations. The breakfasts were a highlight for us— the homemade granola by Hannah is amazing! Don’t hesitate and book it now!

Our experience staying at Ten Mallorca far surpassed our expectations on every level. Jo, John and their staff are amazing hosts who knew each of us by first name on day one and made us feel right at home. Their attentiveness and attention to detail is top notch in both their room accomodations as well as their very creative and food offerings. After an amazing two course breakfast each morning there were unique homeade cycling snacks prepared for us and individually wrapped so we could eat healthy snacks on our enduring rides. They REALLY know how to cater to cyclists and being located in the cool Town of Sineu truly allows for tackling any route on the island very convenient, its is so centrally located! I have been to Mallorca before for cycling but the experience at Ten Mallorca is hands down where I will be staying at my next visit.

Ten Mallorca is a gem! It is more than a hotel…it is a treasured experience for its fortunate guests. Ten offers the perfect blend of luxury accommodation and welcoming, relaxing atmosphere. Jo and John are ideal hosts who made our group of cyclists—several of whom didn’t know each other—feel immediately at home. The family style meals —as delicious as they were beautifully presented— facilitated our quickly becoming a chatty and cohesive group of friends. The lobby layout and pool deck are equally conducive to gathering and socializing after a long day in the saddle. The entire staff is accustomed to hosting cyclists and knows exactly how much & how frequently we needed to eat. Jo seamlessly accommodated all dietary restrictions. It was hard to say good bye.

Jo, John, and the whole team were absolutely amazing. It truly felt like a home away from home. Our group was treated with so much care, and we never felt like a burden. Each room is uniquely styled, super clean, and full of character (… and there's definitely a cake story to be told here). The food was outstanding! If you're a cyclist heading to Mallorca and want to be in the heart of it all, this is the place to be! Looking forward to coming back next year!

I had the pleasure of staying at Ten Mallorca for 4 days, and it was truly an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the charm and elegance of the place. The rooms were impeccably clean and beautifully designed, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home.
The food? Absolutely incredible! Every meal was a delight, with fresh and flavorful dishes that exceeded my expectations. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care goes into every detail.
What truly made this stay unforgettable, though, were the people running the place. They were warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure every guest felt welcome and cared for. Their passion for hospitality shines through in everything they do.

Beautifully renovated courtyard house in Sineu. A truly family run hotel with all the touches of luxury establishment. It’s amazing how they have fitted in so much including a good size swimming pool. Everyone was so friendly and obliging. A very comfy bed, we slept very well, and in the room we had a massive bathroom too.
Sadly we could only stay one night so didn’t get chance to try the lunch but breakfast was very good and the night of arrival we ate at the Hotel’s sister establishment ‘Bar Ten’ and the food was great.
We would be keen to return one day.

My husband and I have just spent four nights at Ten Mallorca Hotel. We stayed last year and really enjoyed it.
The owners, John and Jo are great, as are all the staff. Everyone is so friendly and attentive — liked another Ta review said — it feels like home. Anneka was like a breath of fresh air. Buzzing around the place always asking if you needed a drink, or anything, so happy and smiley.
We stayed in room 1, as we did last year. Quite spacious and we like the spacious bathroom. Everywhere is spotless and Helen does an amazing job at housekeeping.
Breakfast is good, with a varied interesting choice. Jo has the habit of knowing/noticing or even remembering what you like and goes out of her way to give you what you like. She is Amazing and a great personality.
We used the gym every day. It’s small but compact.
We had a really enjoyable few days and look forward to returning in the future. Xx.

We had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Ten Mallorca last summer. This place exudes luxury and authenticity, offering a truly relaxing atmosphere where the passion of the owners, Joanna and John, is evident in every detail. Their support and arrangements were exceptional, making our stay truly memorable.
Sineu is a fantastic starting point for cycling enthusiasts, and the hotel's location adds to its charm. This hotel is highly recommended for anyone seeking a luxurious, unique and relaxing retreat.

Ten Mallorca is located in the lovely town of Sineu which is centrally located on the island. This location will allow you to get to many beaches and Palma in a reasonable length of time. I can’t say enough good things about our 12 day stay at Ten Mallorca. John & Jo and their team are top notch. We felt at home from start to finish. It was sad to say goodbye after getting to know the team. There are so many lovely things to do on the island but I could have been totally content staying at the hotel and hanging by the pool daily. Each day began with a wonderful breakfast. On our 12 day stay there were plenty of delicious options for each and every day. Lunch by the pool was also enjoyed on several occasions. The hotel is decorated so lovely and Jo has put a great deal of thought into the design. We stayed in room 1 which was a very spacious room right off the lobby. While being that close to the front door, we were never bothered by staff or other guests. Our son and his wife stayed in room 9 which has a bathtub and beautiful view of the pool. If you are looking for a stay with a personalized experience and friendly staff, look no further. You cannot go wrong with Ten Mallorca.
