What a fabulous hotel this is — a hidden gem in S'illot! Our summer holiday spent here in June '24 was thoroughly enjoyable. Location is superb, immediately outside the hotel is a lovely bar overlooking the natural part of the beach, pebbly sand with windblown trees, was the perfect scene to enjoy a sundowner, looking out over the sea glistening with sunshine! Lovely promenade for pedestrians and a special lane for the tricycles, a good number of bars/ restaurants and easy walk over the bridge to the far side of S'illot. In the other direction you can easily amble through Sa Coma, more lively, and onto Cala Millor which took us about an hour or so, depending on how many watering stops we visited — alternatively you may take the bus!
A much bigger place, but well worth a visit. S'illot is a relatively quiet resort,
With rustic charm, which suited us, but.
Still plenty of amenities.
This lovely hotel is small and compact, modern design, comfortable bedroom, very clean. Was a bonus having two sunbathing areas — we spent many days on the roof terrace, fantastic views. We loved the buffet breakfasts, plenty choices, hot & cold. Staff were really friendly and attentive, and the receptionists were especially helpful when I needed help with my broken mobile!
We loved S'illot, some good restaurants — recommend Maritimo — superb, Ses Ones, and Plan B, good tapas.
Impressed with this Lionel Messi hotel — fab food and service — a really.
Enjoyable holiday — would definitely.

First the good …
The staff — were helpful and worked very hard to look after guests.
A problem with the shower leaking in our room was immediately attended to and fixed.
The breakfast buffet had lots of choice.
Plenty of sunbeds (although the hotel was not at capacity and so maybe in July/August it could be different)
The hotel is very clean.
Our room was a good size (superior street view)
And the not so good …
On arrival we asked about paying to upgrade to a sea view room & were told the hotel was at near capacity so it was unlikely a room would be available. The hotel was clearly not near capacity and other staff throughout our stay confirmed that.
Our room was directly opposite a bar and was pretty noisy as a result.
The shower was in need of refurbishment — stained grout and stained door seals (one seal was entirely missing which caused the bathroom floor to completely flood — not sure how this was missed before we arrived as must have affected previous guests too)
The bed frame was unstable (comfortable mattress though)
The coffee at breakfast — terrible, flavourless, disappointing for anyone who loves their morning coffee.
Evening buffet — we intended eating in the hotel a few evenings but the food and atmosphere were not very good on the first evening we tried it so we ate out for the rest of our 2 week stay. Plenty of side dishes but meat/fish not so. The seafood paella had no seafood at all — just rice — flavoursome rice, but just rice!

Everything was outstanding: the hotel was very nice, clean and well cared for. The staff were incredible, pleasant and willing to help with any enquiry. The hotel itself is located a few metres from the sea — during breakfast or dinner you can enjoy the noise of the sea, it is literally a couple of minutes to walk to any of the beaches.
I would like to emphasise the cuisine — everything was always super delicious, the cook who was on the distribution cooked meat perfectly, and the master chef cooked very tasty ribs!
Another cool thing about the hotel is that they offer you free towels for the pool or beach. Perhaps this is the norm, but I have never experienced such a thing.
I wouldn't say it was a big disadvantage, but the rooftop discos were a bit annoying as we are not really party people (but we appreciated the evening with saxophone! ). The second disadvantage for me personally was that I had allergic reaction to the substance the hotel used to clean the pool. I had a terrible rash (trust me, we checked everything and as soon as I stopped swimming in it, it went away). I wouldn't classify this as a disadvantage of the hotel, more of a personal preference.

This is the best hotel experience I’ve had so far. Hotel was super clean, room was always smelling nice and even hallways after breakfast you can smell that they have been cleaned.
Food is on another level, for breakfast you have so many things and wide variety of baked goods and for dinner you have so many things to try and everything looks too good not to try :)
If ever back to Mallorca I know where I want to stay.

An elegantly understated hotel where all staff were friendly and accommodating. Great location for the beach and all that S'Illot and Sa Coma have to offer. Lovely pool and bar areas. All hotel areas felt spacious and well-maintained. Food and drink was all great quality.

Pros: Brand New Facilities.
Cons: Roach in the shower day 1 with no apologies.
Entire hotel feels like an exercise in how to extract every penny out of you it can by charging for everything that normally comes included in a hotel room. Sun beds cost. Coffee in the room costs. This would be fine if they didn't charge 4 star prices. By the time you leave, you spend more than if you'd booked 5 star. Definitely will just book Melia or a proper five star since I will end up paying the same that would be run by a decent company and not some fly by night company that tries to rip you off.
Half Board doesn't include water. Every hotel in the world except Mim includes water. I wouldn't book half board if it weren't half board. Alcohol or special drinks are okay to cost but not water. Cheap management strikes again. Food is also basement quality. Should've known better. 3 stars would be a much more accurate rating here.
Breakfast was slightly better but the coffee sucked and they didn't give us oat milk or non dairy options when we asked despite it saying they are offered. Really a bummer.
Long story short don't waste your money and pay a tiny bit extra to not get ripped off. Looking forward to continuing our honeymoon somewhere better after our last night.

We booked this hotel last minute and had no real expectations other than wanting a short break in the sun.
This is easily one of the best hotels I have stayed in.
We were upgraded to a sea view room which was extremely spacious, the hotel has a boutique vibe to it and has no downsides whatsoever.
Highlights;
Excellent staff from reception to bar staff.
Extremely clean.
Great options for food, breakfast and dinner.
Small but well equipped gym.
If you have any doubts put them to the back of your mind and book this hotel!

This was are first time with MiM Majorca and it won’t be our last.
The hotel is immaculate with a willing team of cleaners throughout the day and evening. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, from reception to bar staff and waitress service at meal times.
We stayed bed and breakfast and it was the usual fare you would expect in a Spanish hotel, but look out for the pastries and doughnuts they are home made and taste delicious.
We managed to get a sun bed every morning, but by 9:30 most were taken but during the day many became available as people moved between the rooftop pool and the ground floor pool.
The evening meals looked very Mediterranean plenty of fish and pasta dishes. We eat out and can recommend many bars located directly outside the hotel. And especially in S’illot.
If I were to be critical it would be towards the TV stations in our beautiful room, all the channels are either Spanish (obviously) but then the others are all German. I even overheard a Spanish lady complaining to reception that there were too many German channels. I would have liked at least one English speaking news channel.
Also beware as this is a heavily populated region for Germans and the hotel is 50% German and the rest Spanish English, French.
Our room was cleaned daily and towels swapped every other.
In all an excellent holiday.

Loving this hotel. Great location, spotlessly clean, staff friendly and very helpful. Enjoying the entertainment deep house dj last night so much better than the usual! Sky bar is chilled out and great views.
