We loved staying here! We changed places during our time in mallorca but this one was the absolute best. The staff and everyone were very kind and available. Having breakfast here was blissful because you’re surrounded by nature and it’s very peaceful. Also has the best view and you can enjoy the sunset. 🌅
This hotel is unfortunately NOT a recommend.
The surroundings at the hotel is absolutely beautiful though.
We arrived and found out that the room we bought was not the same as in the pictures provided.
We asked the hotel manager about this. He openly told us that ALL of the rooms had been photoshopped.
When we told the manger that photoshopping the rooms is not okay he said:
I dont have time to take pictures of all of the rooms.
He was very condescending and did nothing to accommodate us.
If you are planing on working from the hotel please note that the internet is so slow. It's difficult to even open an email.
We asked if we could get a refund, but that was not possible. So we had to stay, and got a new room eventually.
Our biggest problem though was the service we got afterwards. During our stay we got the feeling that we where not welcome at all.
I bought a cop of coffee and asked if I could sit in the dining room like the others. I was told yes by the staff. But after the manger came and told her something I couldn't understand it was suddenly not possible.
Again, the surroundings and views are very nice, however the treatment from the staff was not okay.
Booking. Com, has afterwards told os that they will look into the case of photoshopping and that they are taking such a matter very seriously.

Staying at Santuari de Cura was an unforgettable experience. The location is absolutely perfect – set high up on a mountain, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the island. You can see so far and so clearly, and the scenery is simply stunning. Having breakfast with such a view, enjoying a cup of coffee while looking out over the island, was truly magical and something I will never forget. I would also like to express my deepest gratitude to Julia, the administrator. She was incredibly kind, warm, and responsive, always answering my emails within an hour with great politeness and care. Thanks to her genuine attention and kindness, she arranged for us a fantastic room with two windows and an absolutely spectacular view of the island. It felt like a wonderful gift, and I am endlessly thankful for this thoughtful gesture. Julia’s warm personality and her willingness to help made our stay even more special. Because of her and the beautiful atmosphere of Santuari de Cura, our time there was simply perfect. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a truly unique and unforgettable stay on Mallorca!
