Such an excellent place! The first thing to say about Iberostar Grand Hotel Portals Nous is how friendly all the staff were, specifically Marina and the reception staff. Always smiling and always happy to help you. The rooms are amazing! spacious and always clean. Food was also incredible! We had such a lovely holiday, perfect weather and the hotel was beautiful – especially the little beach in front of the hotel and the wonderful views. All the staff were very polite, location was amazing and definitely the holidays we needed. Would definitely recommend!

Incredible staff, relaxing bay and wonderul gastronomy! Dont miss to taste some of the specially made champagne cocktails!

Lovely hotel. Staff very helpful. Food excellent, but rooms small.

The stay has been short but we have been treated very well. The breakfast very varied and the option of dining in the open buffet, a success.

I have not stayed in the Hotel, for what my opinion is about its location. Does not have a beach to walk to the hotel (it is type rocks breaking abruptly the waves, difficult to swim) but close by, even walking just 10 there are a number of beaches. The views are very beautiful to the different coves that are in the area. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and solarium, in addition to Wellness area/Spa. The hotel is for adults only (does not accept children) and therefore offers a more tranquil setting for a relaxing holiday if hustle and bustle of children.

Nice place, nice buffet, great view but weird rooms. One room for the toilet, another for the shower and the sink was in the main room!

Hotel very recommendable, the room bufette and services very good. The only downside, that the water of the heated pool is cold, impossible to use it.

The hotel is not very nice from the outside. The entrance area, the lobby and the rear outdoor area are, however, the absolute hammer. The room was a mean disaster. The bathroom is not separate but is integrated into the room. There is only one shower cubicle and one toilet. When we used the shower stand both the toilet and parts of the living room under water, no-go! A wall was totally bruised and filthy. The breakfast and the staff are however top. On arrival there was a cava and we were provided with all important information. If it were only for the staff and the food, this House deserves a full 5 stars!

Nice hotel. And great design. But you need to be aware that you don´t have a nice and sandy beach at your hands.

Superb location in an older hotel which could be reformed and refreshed. Food quality needs improvement. Staff is very courteous and helpful.

Quiet, nicely decorated hotel with great pool area and small bay. Our room on the 4th floor with direct Sea view was wonderful. There is everything available and the waiters, Poolladys etc. Were in a good mood. We were able to park the car in the hotel's parking lot, right next to the hotel (charge).

The rooms are complete no lack of anything, the location is very good, and the service is excellent.
