It was so good we are going back again later on in the year. Love the hotel, nothing is too much trouble and a warm friendly staff. Perfect location too, not too far to walk to the beach and amenities. Ideal holiday.

Second visit there in 2 years. It's still a perfect hotel. The food was varied and very good. The hotel was really peaceful and relaxing. Lovely friendly staff and great location for the town, beach and old town. Free parking over the road from hotel too!

Loved the hotel staff. Very helpful, friendly. If you are late for dinner on the day of arrival, don't worry, the hotel staff will arrange it for you.

The hotel was located directly on a busy road.
The next minus point there were a lot of noisy Englishmen in the hotel who were really so loud at breakfast as well as at night that you couldn't keep an eye on it because the rooms were so bright you could listen to every conversation from the neighboring room.
Money was stolen from the room opposite as we could hear.
The cleanliness of the rooms also left much to be desired.
The star really only goes to the breakfast staff and to the breakfast itself. That was fantastic, but everything else was a flop.

Stayed on cycling holiday, good location with shops, restaurant, chemist nearby. They have a garage for bikes and provide locks which was very handy. Breakfast is top notch, absolutely perfect for filling up in the morning. They had a tremendous selection of both hot and cold breakfast items, also wide range of teas and coffees, a super breakfast. Nice bar area with TV, dartboard and pool table, some board games and books too. Large outdoor swimming pool. They also have a sauna and jacuzzi which were clean. There is a spa were u can get massages but didn't get one think u would need to book in advance. Only complaint is the beds not terrible but not great, kinda like a camp bed. Room was a decent size, normal enough with telly. Had a nice balcony, which was handy for drying clothes. Overall a good spot.

I stayed at this hotel for a week with my partner.
All in all the hotel wasn't bad, but it has some shortcomings such as the room was very small, from the photos of expedia they looked bigger and from the bathroom pipes often salivated smell of sewage or a smell similar to stagnant water but this I do not know if depends on the hotel because I noticed that even around the various cities you often could smell that smell even on the street.
As for eating well. We especially enjoyed the cooking tip which offered eggs, pancakes and omelettes cooked at the time.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The only flaw is that for the money we spent honestly we expected better from the room. Honestly does not deserve the money we spent even though it offers pool and all that.

Wonderful child free hotel, no bangs or crashes, no screams or moaning and groaning. (yes I do like children) Lovely staff and great food. We'll definitely come back here. We had splendid weather too.

Short stay (3 nights/half board). We spent a lovely three nights here. The room was very comfortable and we had a poolside balcony. I think when booking here you need to try and get a poolside balcony as the external ones overlook the streets, which I suspect could be quite noisy. However, we were very lucky and our room also had the last of the day's sun. The room had a mini fridge but no kettle, however, when we asked for one it was immediately brought to the room, so can't fault them there. The food was excellent with an amazing choice. I've never seen such a vast choices, and the restaurant staff are very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel.

Adults only, great location for both the Port and beach. 25 min walk to old Alcúdia. Excellent breakfast and very polite staff. Rooms are clean but a little tired now. Walls between rooms seem a little thin. Happy hour 5-6 pm two drinks for the price of one.

Just relax, that succeeds. … Very friendly staff and that eating is rich, versatile and there is always great dessert which makes you happy. Just from watching. … Rooms always very clean. … We think it's very good … Just Topp.

Had a lovely little break with my daughter for my birthday. The hotel was perfect. The room was very comfortable. We were lucky enough to have a room overlooking the pool. These rooms are definitely preferable to the rooms overlooking the neighbouring streets. The pool areas are very clean with plenty of sunbeds. We had half board and the food was amazing with LOTS of choice. They also cater for a gluten-free diet. There wasn't a kettle in the room but they provided on on the ask. There was a fridge.

A lovely adults only hotel. Friendly staff, fabulous breakfasts, two good sized pools and a great location. Within 150 meters of the marina and beach, and about a kilometer to the old town of Alcudia. I'd highly recommend it.

Nice and simple Hotel, breakfast plentiful although not great.

Room and breakfast quite nice, but bed very uncomfortable.

Eating average acoustics is a disaster. I wear earplugs every night well: lockable bike cellar, bad: is not cleaned gym is integrated in the warm spa area.

We stayed one night in Eix Alcudia Hotel so we didnt use everything the hotel had to offer. The breakfast had everything you could ask for, even a chef that cooked pancakes, eggs and omelettes on demand. We found some hair on the pillows and on the bed when we arrived, but other than that, everything was great.

Great hotel to spend a summer holiday with family.

Stayed on cycling holiday, good location with shops, restaurant, chemist nearby. They have a garage for bikes and provide locks. Breakfast is top notch. Only complaint is the beds not terrible but not great.

The breakfast is excellent… The location with 4 streets around the hotel is mega noisy. You are fast everywhere… but the noise is nothing for people who are looking for peace and relaxation…
Air conditioning makes only warm… Cleaning women define cleaning definitely different from me… our neighbors were stolen 1.100 euro… if not in the safe but how can this happen? Beds hard as steel and really uncomfortable… For cyclists and Englishmen OK… who wants to rest in any case somewhere else!

A very popular hotel for cyclists, short distance to the beach (approx. 250m). The hotel is located on the main street, so there is no room for the pool.
Bombastic was the rich breakfast, there was a lot of choice and also freshly prepared dishes. The staff was always friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is fine in general but we don't think it deserves a four star for the following reasons: — the mattress is a bed and has left our back made ash.
— The shower water changes from one temperature to another so you either burn or freeze.
— Sodas cost 2, 10 and is Pepsi Max; The less you serve a coca cola in conditions.
— The maximum opening hours for dinner is at 21.00 and at 21.10 were picking up the trays from the buffet. I understand that they adapt to foreign schedules but we know that the Spanish dinner time is extended.
— On the other hand, the staff are very friendly but this does not make up for all the previous flaws and therefore it does not deserve to be a four star.

Always, I repeat, excellent condition, without frills or artifice. Adults only and very well located. My choice in Alcudia port.

Amazing natural caves and structures. If you've not been an essential and worthwhile visit. Just a shame they do more (background, history, guides etc. ) and music could be much more spectacular without detracting from natural beauty.

Negative: — Rooms are noisy — WLAN only works conditionally (e. G. Noon or low at night) — the double beds are two single beds pushed together, which move apart when you sleep on the crack — with us, the flushing on the first night did not Works — we didn't get a new room and had to use the guest toilet at night, which was 2 floors down. The next day, the balcony door did not go. The hotel has an in-house technician who fixes problems quickly. However, when looking at the receptionist's list, repairs seem to be more of a rule than an exception.
— Drinking glasses in the room are rinsed with vinegar cleaner positive: cheap rooms are nice and clean large selection at breakfast spa Area.

Nice staff It changes, Pti lunch and evening meal with a huge choice. Especially take the rooms in floor and pool side. Car side street, lots of noises, busy road, nice port area. And the beach also, not too concrete, by concrete unlike other places.

I have not been too happy with previous stays at all-inclusive hotels, but I have no complaints about this one. Spotlessly clean rooms, staff with a sense of humour and a great selection of food for breakfast and dinner (have not yet tried the lunch here).

Everything really great! Everything clean and well maintained. Breakfast is really delicious and plentiful! The rooms are quite noisy and the elevator is old. But this is normal in Spain. Am happy about this hotel.

Good location, not far from the stand. The rooms are small but adequate. Breakfast offers a wide range of international food.

Value for money top! Great location near the beach, lots of shopping, great parking opposite. Staff speaks good German and is very accommodating. Interior modern and well maintained, food varied and tasty. We felt very comfortable there.

Modern hotel, with well equipped rooms. Breakfast was amazing, with full range of foods in the mornings. Beds were comfortable. Wifi did not work at all.

Good value — performance ratio. Very friendly staff. Thanks to Rafael and his team, we felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time. Very good location to the beach and the surrounding shops and gastronomic offerings. The rooms are functional, but not upscale. The bathroom is ok, but hardly offers storage space. The balcony is seated and covered with clothesline, but most are located in the shade. The beds and the clairvoyance as a whole receive criticism, you just live in the middle of the centre. The service is very great on the day of departure. Those who leave later can still enjoy the day on the beach, because there is the opportunity to park the suitcases, take a shower and dress around. Super service, tip-top.

The hotel offers a good value/for money (I paid €30th for ÜF on direct booking). The rooms are modern and well equipped. The breakfast buffet is very good to choose from.
Only the Wi-Fi worked very unreliably. However, this may also be due to the fact that I had a corner room at the end of a wing, which was an advantage in terms of volume.

Clean and tidy. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location. Nice pool and spa. Close to the beach. Breakfast is unreal, everything you can imagine.

Clean hotel nice breakfast, cool entertainment, but nice and quiet. This hotel is a good place for couples to get away. Hotel is also about 8 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants. Just make sure you are clear with your check out time.

Nice rooms with air conditioning. Really clean pool with a chilling atmosphere. Based right in the middle of the port near to all the pubs and restaurants. Would definitely recommend!

It is comfortable, quiet and well located.

Hotel very well located for the port. The rooms are normalitas but they have a good terrace and sink. The beaches are fantastic for photos. Nearby there is a bridge that is worthy to admire and photograph.

A very nice modern contemporary Adults only hotel. Rooms well appointed although could do with the obligatory kettle, tea, coffee and milk. Pool area lovely with astro turf but sunbeds a little uncomfortable. We were B n B and the breakfast to suit all with a chef if you fancied something not on the buffet. Only, and I timed it, 2 mins from the port/beach. Highly recommended x.

A relaxing and friendly hotel. It is a modern hotel with a nod to the traditional Spanish style. Most guests seem to take the bed and breakfast option as there are numerous bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast menu is plentiful and varied with something for everyone, the rooms are modern, clean and well presented There are 2 main pool areas with sunbed and parasols, but the best located one's can get taken quickly each day This hotel is recommended for couples of all ages as it is an adults only hotel.

Me and my partner stayed here for 7 night's, bed and breakfast basis. The rooms were lovely, air conditioned which helped us get a great night's sleep, quite comfotable too. The rooms were very clean and had enough space for our luggage. The breakfast was buffet style and was very nice. The only downside was that our balcony was facing a road, it didn't really bother us as we were always out. We had a day using the spa facilities, the massage was great, we got a free cocktail afterwards and used the steam room and Jacuzzi to help wind down. The massage last was lovely. Very thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

No children allowed in the hotel and baked bananas for breakfast — what more do you want? :) Didn't use their dinner buffet, as it was 15 EUR/pp and closing by the time we got to the hotel (21:00). The breakfast was very good with a very wide selection and good quality. It seems every room has a nice balcony, facing either the pool or the street. There are some chairs as well. There is a huge free parking lot opposite the hotel.

Great hotel, air con in the rooms isn't spectacular but the staff and the breakfast and dinners are lovely.

Hope you and your staff enjoyed to ruin our holiday… Overbookings might be common in your property, but all our 3 rooms? And then moving us to hostel-like sister hotel? Wish you the worst season ever, hope you'll get bankrupt soon!

Pretty basic hotel. Thursday night music kept all rooms facing the pool awake. Very annoying and staff very dismissive of complaint. Food not good but as all inclusive to be expected. Location very good.

Perfect hotel for a weekend getaway. Good service and good facilities. Reformed. Only for adults.

We continue even hosted, for the time being both treatment and food as the room are excellent; also location is great for visiting the northern part of the island. Indicate that side has a huge parking.

Hotel was very nice very clean and the staff were all very helpful. Rafael one of the waiters in the dining room is a great guy always there with a happy friendly face and his rapport with the guests was very good and he has a terrific sense of humour. We chose half board next time we go we will go b&b as there are plenty nice bars and restaurants in the vicinity. Wifi was intermittent in the room but ok every where else. Will definitely return as other guests we met have already done.

We made 1 week holiday at Eix Alcudia hotel. We were completely satisfied with the room, clean and fine. Staff always friendly. The breakfast is what really lobenswert-for every taste. Very nice the special Mallorcan breakfast specialities were offered. For dinner, I can't say anything because we had booked with breakfast only. So absolutely recommended.

Super great hotel.
The room was very sauber… und were cleaned every day. All rooms have balcony with 2 chairs, a small table and a mini clothesline is what super.
The whole staff is mega friendly you feel instantly good and welcome.
Since we had booked only breakfast I can say much about the food…
Breakfast however was really tol and very reichlich… alles what you so want exists. And it was very tasty and fresh.
The pool is nice and very quiet. Just relaxing is there.
We'd always like to holiday in this hotel.

The hotel is very quiet, bodenständigis. No excessive luxury, value for money is ok. The room is very clean, the food ok. The swimming pool you can find vacancies throughout the day. The beach is about 2 Minuten… alles in everything you can be satisfied, I would come back.

Whilst the overall stay at Hotel Alcudia was good, I was disappointed at being charged an extra 90 euro on leaving. When I booked I stated I was willing to pay 10 euros a day for a pool facing larger terrace room on arrival. I repeat on arrival. The room had a view of the pool, just, as it was tucked in a corner. Most of the view was of a large white wall. The terrace was small to say the least. However as I was not asked for the extra 90 euros then, we decided to settle for that room even though it did not have the larger terrace I asked for. The surcharge was demanded on departure and it was embarrassingly obvious they were not going to forget it or even reduce it, so I reluctantly paid up. It spoiled an otherwise enjoyable stay in a well serviced hotel. We intend visiting with a group of 9 next June and am having second thoughts about the suitability of Hotel Alcudia.

We were in this summer (2014) to once again in this beautiful hotel. Everything has evolved further to the positive! The hotel has four stars; entitled! Nothing is off or on drives exclusively, but everything is so that you can feel at home. The sunbeds around the pool remain only criticism. Because the hotel is but less blame. English and German tourists drop also manners in the holiday.

Cleaning staff very friendly. The bartenders sometimes unfriendly. Which have turned each evening the water dispenser which was linked to tap water, their children drink to buy sodas that had parents. On request they said the machine was broken. Funny that was he broken only in the evening. The beds are hell. The springs of the mattress is drilled into the meat. You were so already. As I said, the food was the best of all. The Lady at the Retzeption looked at wrong one, when he had a Lidletüte in his hand. All in all very poor. Family with 2 children. October 2011.
