The air-conditioning system in the villas operates from 14:00 to 16:00 and from 20:00 to 08:00.This timer system works this way mainly for environmental reasons and to avoid excessive use of the air conditioning machines.
In the event of lost keys or if they are left inside the accommodation, a charge of €50 will be applied during office hours and €75 outside office hours. New keys must be collected from our office by the guest.
On the day of departure, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove all waste; otherwise, a waste management fee of €150 will be charged.
Guest registration is mandatory by law in Spain and Greece. Close to the arrival date, we will send an online check-in link to register all guests.
