Fantastic service, food and facilities! Yes, it's at the top of the hill, but that means you get quiet views of lovely countryside.
The hotel is spotless and staff are great. We were probably the only British guests but we did not mind that at all.
We liked sitting outside for meals and that takes a bit of technique as there are not enough seats for everyone out on the balcony!

Arrived after midnight, to a deathly quiet hotel, with literally nothing going on around it, we checked in. The block our building was in was at the top of a hill. After walking up the hill and riding in the hot stuffy lift we got to our hot stuffy room only to discover there was no water in the room. We walked back to reception and they informed us there is a vending machine nearby. Unfortunately we had no coins to pay €2.50 for a small bottle of water, and the vending machine only accepted coins. We went to bed after trying to charge our phones. Alas, an uk plug with adapter would not plug into any of the sockets. After a terrible nights sleep in a truly amazing bed we made our way to breakfast. As we walked into the restaurant, not 1 member of staff greeted us, in fact we were ignored completely. First thing we did was get some water from a jug, the water was warm. Unfortunately the hot food we got was not warm. Cold meat counter had square sweaty ham. Fruit counter had tinned fruit. We sat drinking bad coffee. At no time did any member of staff check the temperature of the hot food (which was clearly in the danger zone). I went to reception to ask if this was normal and was met with an angry looking woman who eventually turned to me, but acted like I was disturbing her by having a question. I returned to reception shortly after, hoping for a member of staff who felt customer experience mattered. I found Marcos, who was rude and did not listen.

We travelled as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children aged 9/11) plus 2 in-laws both early 70s.
We stayed on the all-inclusive package with Jet2holidays. Com.
A fantastic hotel. 10 min walk to town and beach which is quiet and not spoiled too much by tourism. The hotel provides a shuttle bus service around 5 times a day to and from town. We didn't find the walk a problem however in 35-degree heat it was hard going particularly the final 100m up the steep climb to the hotel so our in-laws made the most of the shuttle. The hotel has a free car park to use which is handy.
The hotel has recently had a refurbishment of its bedrooms. They have been done to a high standard and are cleaned each day with a fresh towel and fresh bedding regularly.
There isn't much to pick fault with the hotel. Beautiful views great food and drink. I'd highly recommend this to anyone.
A point or two to consider is the steep hill for anyone with mobility issues but the hotel provides shuttle so shouldn't really be too much or an issue.
All inclusive buffet style at breakfast and evening meal. Lunch was done different to what I've experienced before on a. I. This wasn't buffet but a menu of various sandwiches, pizza, pasta, fish and salad.
Drinks were brought to the table as opposed to self service which was a nice touch although slightly slow service.
Entertainment was every 3 days and was good. Id have liked something each night and maybe something for younger children.
