I‘m still waiting for my repayment from my booking in June. The people I talked to were very kind, why I tried to be patient.
But it was a hard year for me either, so please do the repayment.

All this captained by Sib, who with a big smile and real interest in the well-being of the guests, always takes care that everything works this well. Thank you so much! I'll be back :)

I couldn’t wish for more! I warmly recommend Purohotel to everyone! The very kind, polite and lovely Team (from the reception to the shuttle drivers) of this hotel mad my stay unforgettable. The location was perfect middle of the old Centre
of Palma, but you could still enjoy the vibes of these Oase. My room was perfect and not noisy at all. The breakfast is rich of delicious food.
The Beachclubs, especially Illetas make wishes come true! Mucha Gracias for your very warm-hearted and supporting way making my stay so joyful. I will be back, for sure, Neda.

Great location. Rooms should have guest coffee/tea service.
The bathroom is on the second floor and the air-conditioning does not reach the bathroom area. So it gets hot. Very difficult to get dressed and put on makeup.

We couldn’t stay in a better hotel!. The purohotel is right at the Palma center, so we could walk everywhere. The staff was great, the rooms with a unique design, and of course the molton brown amenities was a wow factor! Will definitely be back.

Beautiful hotel, Great staff & Great Atmosphere! Something different!

In 2016 we were already in the puro and satisfied at that time. On New Year's Eve we booked the Puro Juniosuite Joy and for our parents the suite Oasis. Unfortunately, my parents got a junior suite and we had a room flow.
On request at the front desk we were told for 1 hour that we would have the right room. As evidenced on the puro website the rooms as other category are indicated I called with Expedia (over this we had booked) Expedia opposite the hotel confirmed that we got the wrong room, the hotel is fully booked. On renewed demand at the front desk again the statement we had the correct room category.
The manager wanted to contact us the next day, which has not happened so far. The room is shabby, dirty, mold in the bathroom. Cable glued with tape makeshift. A huge disappointment and absolutely unprofessional service.
We were downgraded to 2 categories — my parents 1 category.
a corresponding refund was also not accepted. Never again!

Great place for food and drinks. Rooftop bars was small but really cool, as long as you don't mind the dirty smokers! Food was really nice, price wasn't too bad. Ambient and decor was excellent. Try Pullo (chicken) Rojo with black creamy rice.

Billed as top of the line, the restaurant falls a little behind the mark. Servers lacked attention to detail and bartender was more concerned with friends than with serving our wine. I would go back and give them another chance though!

Individual and stylish rooms, friendly, great ambience, great breakfast, clean, unbeatable takeaway comfort with very good mattresses. We'll be back!

The Puro Hotel earns the 5 stars with a small smear. The location is perfect. Located in the middle of Palma in the beautiful old town, surrounded by many great restaurants. Service was very good. The staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Room top. Breakfast always fresh, varied and really sufficient. Scrambled eggs made from fresh egg, freshly plaid O-juice, fresh fruit and Spanish specialities. The Rooftop Bar is a dream to chill out and relax. All very well maintained with great atmosphere. The "pool" is not really a pool for swimming, more intended for cooling off. However, both Puro Beach Clubs offer the pool and the sea. You can use the free shuttle service here. Make a reservation. On weekends, everything is quickly reserved. The small talk is that the rooftop or areas of it were often cordoned off for private events. That disappointed us. That's why we went to the rooftop bar of Hostal Cuba in the Santa Catalina district. With great views of the cathedral and hip people also a great location. We can recommend the Puro Hotel Palma 100%. A great place for your stay in Palma.

Class. Central to Palma. Walk out and everything is nearby. Great for me as l have walking difficulties. Managed to get a downstairs room. Breakfast was lovely. Needs a lift to rooms x.

The guy at the entrance super nice. The waitresses the same, except one that the poor did not speak Spanish and the Englishman understood what he wanted. There was plenty of choice for breakfast. Fruit, ham, cheeses, yoghurts, cereals, scrambled eggs and stews, sausages. The spa massage is very friendly too and gives good massages. My girl and I liked everything.

Very friendly and passionate staffs. I was going to travel with a ship for a week and Mallorca was my first and last stop. I stayed at Puro at the beginning of my journey and it was great. And on the last day of my cruise, my girl friend and I arrived Mallorca very early so we tried to find a place to leave our luggages such that we could hang around in the city. Since both the port and airport are relatively far away from the old town so we thought it might be possible to ask the hotel we stayed. Then I just went to Puro and told the staff that we stayed here a week ago and we wanted to leave our luggages and of course we were willing to pay fees for that. And the staff was so friendly and just let us leave our luggages there for free. Few hours later, we came to pick up our stuff and ran into the staff who welcomed us a week ago and he could even remember my name (I don't think it is easy to remember a Chinese name for Spanish people). All in all, it's a lovely hotel and I will highly recommand it!

We just enjoyed 3 nights in Puro Hotel. Location is perfect, staff is super friendly, breakfast is deliciois, courtyard and rooftop terrasse incl. The upper sunbed with 360 degree view is SO nice and cosy, can’t even begin to imagine what the place will be like in the summertime. Ohlala! Even dinner and nightclub was fab. We’ll be back!

Great location, great service.

Nice hotel, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. But they were dusty. The roof top is nice but I strongly advise to order tapas they are not good at all and very expensive. The Oasis Tapas Pack is displayed at 40 euros on the menu but will cost you 80 as it is for (Min 2 pers), funny way to sell a consumption;). In clear I recommend the hotel for the location and comfort of the rooms but I advise to order the ancillary services such as tapas or car rentals for example.

A cant imagine any other place for the moment to spend My vacation at. The Hotel is warm, with a superduper ambiance, and with the best service given to guests. The Reception with Kol working at frontdesk, gives you a fantastic wellcoming. Rooms are great, Breakfast is fantastic, rooftop bar amazing, and the Beachclub gives you another dimension of Fantastic Friendly service. Its My 4th time here, and many more to come. You will never be unhappy here, I Love Puro Hotel :-)

I remember taking photographs of this place in 2003 when it was being built and fell in love before it opened. From then until now — Puro has consistently at the top of its game. I have visited in January 2005, April 2006… to April 2017 (my birthday is yes… April). It has a super vibe, nothing is too much trouble, a really special place. I can work outside on the rooftop during the day and eat fabulous food and have super cocktails in an evening at the bar. Home from home.

I'll give 5 stars for the food. We week there to celebrate my husband's birthday with our young kids. They absolutely liked the dinner and cocktails. Inner garden looked so cozy answer inviting.

4 nights in may 2014th room and bathroom rather small, though superior rooms. Little storage space. Location is excellent in the middle of the old town! Accordingly it also times a little louder to and fro. 10 TV stations from Germany. Breakfast buffet also fits and the crew is nice and helpful. Certainly no luxury accommodation of first class, just a nice hotel stay.
