Very nice hotel and the staff couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful. I would say we are older than most of thier client base but we were made to feel very welcome. The hotel is very clean and the air con system is one of the best we have ever come accross. Very quiet but super efficient. The bed is huge and sooooooo comfortable with nice pillows and good quality bedding. Yes the bathroom is small but everything is there including a "proper hair drier'. Breakfast is a lovely relaxing affair with a good assortment of food that would suit most people. The only down side is there is no lift and being older it was a task getting suitcase up the stairs. But that 1 negative comment aside we would certainly stay there again.

Unfortunately, a bit of a light of hearing, but if you want to stop for a few Days Near Palma, certainly the place to be. Quite casual and casual. Beds and Cleanliness OK.

There is no reception at night, they can't speak Spanish and they don't have entrance for handicapped and the stairs chipped.

Bar and reception area are nicely maintained and have a good feel and space as does the pool area. But my room whilst spacious was first up the stairs and suffered from a small lack of maintenance and a lot of noise from bar area and also through walls and doors from other rooms. Bathroom lighting can only be described as horific and the nice concept of a wooden shower deck in the walk in shower just gave rise to tiny flies in the bathroom. If everything is painted white (and it is) then finish is everything. Also has a feeling of being overlooked from other rooms. I suppose €5 for a 330ml bottle of beer is predictable but there are plenty of restaurants nearby and a supermarket. Its near the beach but Palma old town is a 65 minute walk.

We stayed last week for four nights in this hotel which is more apparent than being. After we knew the hotel only about the seemingly photoshop-edited pictures, we were more than disappointed. At these prices we definitely expected more. The entire hotel is in need of refurbishment (the pool conditions are worn, the beds are well-located, the carpet in the room full of stains, etc. ) there is no lift and you have to carry your suitcase up to the third floor. Some rooms are located directly on a very busy street which made sleeping with open window impossible. The breakfast (€15 per person) is more than scanty (scrambled eggs, coffee unpalatable) and unappetizing. Also the area around the hotel is anything but picturesque — as described on the website but in a more polluted and touristy area. I would also be interested in how many stars the hotel has now? 2, 3 or 4? There is something different on every website…
We are definitely not staying in the hotel!

Nice place, great drinks, but we came for BBQ, but ended up leaving because they were 1, 5 hour late. Not good enough!

Great decoration but some people of the staff do not speak Spanish. Really? That is not good at all… At any case, those who speak it are very nice.

Horrible, I do not recommend it to anyone, the Wi-Fi did not work, the TV nor the air conditioner either and when we went to ask for more blankets because we were freezing because the air conditioner did not work, we were told that the blankets are counted and that They can not give more than one per person because the hotel does not have that capacity. For the pasture we have collected we should have all the blankets we wanted, and that of free parking? It is so mini that barely fit 6 cars, we touched the top floor and the hotel has no elevator and can be light your suitcases. Horrible conclusion is pure publicity.

The worst hotel I ever ever stay in my life is dirty its smells very laoud couldt sleep at all Very late breakfast they start almost ar 9 in the morning, mo elevator, the whole hotel is very old windows almost not closed I never never back to this hotel.

The décor is good, if you like minimalist and white, which I do. The room I had was spacious and clean and comfortable, good bed and shower. The staff are friendly and helpful, although a bit over-worked — sometimes reception has to be covered by bar staff which means you end up waiting to be seen. The location is handy, on bus route to Illietas beach and to Palma. I had a room overlooking the pool which was fairly quiet with the balcony windows closed. The hotel is on a main road and rooms facing the road (with a sea view), must be more noisy I guess. Irritating things about the hotel are that they play inane thumping music ALL the time, morning till night in the bar area, which gives onto the pool, so if you are on your balcony you hear this background 'muzack' constantly. It is not very loud most of the time but I have had to ask them to turn it down twice so far once on a Sunday morning early and once at night-time so I could sleep. Why they have to have it on ALL the time beats me. I have tried to get some food at the hotel at about 8.30 pm but none was available and I was advised to go to the Beach Club, which is a long walk or bus ride up the road. Heavy front door which I caught my fingers in once. One day I went to the beach and came back at about 3 pm and my room had not been serviced yet.

Do not advise it to you for nothing they behave well with neighbors and annoy with their machines rest and sleeping people are not considered and nothing professional, as will create a very bad reputation. Once they take just 3 years. We who have it on the side do not advise it.
