Vell Mari Hotel & Resort

We had an amazing holiday with my 3 year old and my 78 year old grand mother. We needed ground floor as nan has mobility issues we emailed in advance and was sorted straight away. We arrived at midnight to the resort and the staff were great. Clean spacious. The food was amazing lots the try. We enjoyed all the evening entertainment. Only criticism we had was the light outside the apartment block we was in never worked to entire time there so night had to walk slowly with everyone so there was no accidents. And the kids pool was freezing 🥶 my little boy refuse to go in. So we spent time around bigger pool and indoor pool. Otherwise was a great holiday! 👍

I went to Vell Mari Hotel & Resort for business and couldn't feel more fortunate because of it. The modern conference facilities boasted everything we wanted, including really fast Wi-Fi. What stands out most was the attentiveness of the staff that went out of their way to accede to some last-minute requests made by us. My room was spacious, work-friendly, and had a desk, which was helpful to balance work and relaxation. Long meetings found their optimal ending at the poolside bar & dinner, Mediterranean style. I will take this venue into consideration for future business-related events and will recommend this venue to my colleagues.

We were blown away by the value for money at Vell Mari Hotel & Resort. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way the rooms were modern and clean, the food was delicious, and there were so many activities to enjoy. The evening entertainment was a great touch, and the staff was always friendly and accommodating. It’s a great option for both couples and families. Can’t wait to come back next year!

Visited October, I actually quite enjoyed my stay here, the receptionist checking us in was lovely, the reception area was very bright and clean, the grounds was lovely and well kept, plenty of sun beds available throughout the day, plenty of availability on the all inclusive bar, we found the food to be fine on our stay, always managed to eat, the only thing that did put me off was how many people you see coughing and sneezing or picking there nose when there stood near the food and then using the utensils to top up there plate, so maybe some hand sanitiser would be a good idea to put around the place, obviously this is my own view, my child can be fussy but he always found something to eat, yes I do agree with some of the other comments that sometimes the food wasn’t labelled.
My next part the rooms, we was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room and having a separate bedroom to the main living area, we had a ground floor, yes the rooms are dates but there fine for you need them for, it’s not like your living in there all day, my only down point was the bathroom, I do think that it needs a real deep clean in some areas like the tiles, around the bath and the taps.
The workers at this hotel was all pleasant and always kept on top of everything, the restaurant staff are amazing and clean your plates away really quick.
Plenty of public transportation, if you do decide to hire a car, there was plenty of parking available also,
I would consider going back here.

My wife and I booked our week at Vell Mari through Jetline Holidays and got an amazing deal. Because of what we paid we lowered our expectations, thinking it would just about be ok for the money, but in fact it was fantastic! Beautifully landscaped, wooded grounds, low rise apartment blocks with, in our case, a very good-sized comfortable room with fridge, cooker and microwave and a large balcony with a pleasant view at the back of the resort. We were all inclusive and couldn't fault the food and drinks that were provided. Lots of food choice and, although limited in choice on all inclusive, great cocktails. Very pleasant dining room with very efficient and friendly staff; they kept the tables cleared and reset at great speed! Good to have white tablecloths and place mats. We were always able to find sunbeds when we needed them and the pool was lovely. We thoroughly enjoyed the entertainment at 9pm most evenings. ABBA tribute, circus performers, magician, flamenco dancers — most acts very cleverly not needing the spoken word as there were predominantly German, French and English guests. We paid one visit to the (very warm) indoor pool and made use of the tennis court. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. We both find it hard to understand the truly negative reviews that we read before going as we have absolutely no complaints at all and would have no hesitation in returning.

We have just returned from a week at the VELL MARI and we had a great time. There are definitely a few things that could be improved but nothing that had a major impact on our holiday.
We spent every day around the pool, which is great for families. Yes, the tables could be cleaner and some of the beds need replacing but we found plenty of space in a spot which allowed us to watch over our children and walk around fairly easily. The pool toilet floors get very mucky but easily avoided by using the ones in the reception area. A mop over every hour could easily resolve the issue.
The pull out beds could have been more comfortable but our 8 and 10
Year olds had no problem sleeping in them. Breakfast and lunch were great but the evening food gets a little repetitive. We generally always found this the case at an all inclusive so this didn’t come as a surprise.
We found all the staff to be really pleasant and there are plenty of them during the food service.
We were really pleased with our choice of hotel, particularly considering this was much cheaper than others. Overall, great value for money and a great time had.

Love our family holiday here! staff was brilliant! entertainment for kids and adults was great! food always something hot to eat! I would definitely consider coming here again! my only regret is that I didn't book for longer 😀 happy Halloween everyone.

Lovely hotel and staff go out of there way to help.
I ended up in hospital this time for majority of my stay but the gentleman at the front desk went out of his way to make sure I was given all documents to fly home. Phoning hospital and private clinics to get fit to fly. Was many tears and thankfully my husband and staff helped.
The jet2 rep gave very little help.
The entertainment was always good fun and my kids want to come back again.
Food had different themes most night and always something.
Rooms are spacious and cleaned very regularly. Thank you for doing your best for people. ❤ 💓

We are on our last evening here & I can only say we wish we were staying longer. The hotel is lovely, staff are so friendly, all inclusive is varied and entertainment crew are cracking. My girls have loved the music and entertainment every night. Thank you for getting it spot on. Free shuttle bus to the beach or it’s within 20 mins walking distance. 30 mins on the bus to old Alcudia or the Port (taxi was £€18). Variety of cocktails daily too always a winner but the Cava is great and it’s in the all inclusive too! Win win! I read on reviews ref the rooms being a bit dated, they may well be, but they have everything you need. Comfy beds, TV, hair dryer, fridge, hob etc — we literally used it as a room to get ready in, shower and sleep. I have no complaints what so ever. As a family of 5 we enjoyed our stay very much. We are totally enthusiastic about the hotel, our daughter 2 years had mega a lot of fun. We will definitely be back.

Just got home from a fab week.
We arrived on open day, although was pretty quiet its been amazing.
Staff are so pleasant and friendly.
Joe the entertainment was amazing and was absolutely brilliant with our family.
Evening entertainment wasn't the best but it didn't matter we needed a well earned holiday.
Feels so safe in resort and so relaxed.

The staff is lovely, the waiters a 10 and the animation team amazing especially juaquin super attentive and affectionate with the kids.

This was my family’s first time abroad in September last year n this place was a amazing so helpfull the team made sure they made u welcome and interacted with kids and adults so much I’d deffintly go back my oldest daughter was the monkey in lion king show n she loved it Toby. Ali and monkey bum lol can’t remember her proper name and nacho were absolutely amazing they made the holiday so fun with there entertainment my children r 14, 13, 9 and 4 n they loved it my 9 year old daughter had her birthday there and when we came back from the pool there was a note in our hotel saying happy birthday and that at tea time she would receive a birthday cake.

We had a great time here as a family me my husband and our two sons aged 6 & 9 yrs old. Ghe entertainment staff for the children were absolutely fantastic they are what make this place so enjoyable, they always make sure your having fun and so friendly. We didn't see our kids much because they were having so much fun at kids club, which was very unusual for our boys they've never joined in before always been to shy but took really well to the staff. So huge thank you to you all. The food was your normal all inclusive good choice only thing wasnt keen was it was mostly fish options could do with more meat and nuggets should be a option every day for the children.
Rooms everything you need always clean and tidy daily, only complaint I have is the night time adult entertainment each night was rubbish only one act was worth watching and that was the African guys they were fab the rest was let down we got up and left along with many others I noticed left to and went back to their room my children kicking off would be more entertaining and that isnt something parents like to see lol.
Going to miss the entertainment staff in day alot.

Had a great time with my family, a first time bringing our three children abroad. Amazing friendly staff everyone so helpful, and the entertainment team worked tirelessly to ensure all ages (including the adults) had an enjoyable time! Loved it! Thank you all so much.

It is a very great expansive hotel complex, with great attention to detail! The animation is great. The food is sufficient and very tasty! The children and we felt very comfortable here!
