Beautiful luxury hotel. Good food, good animation team and very friendly staff. An absolute must for those looking for a hotel in mallorca.

We spent a week here, and really enjoyed it. The hotel is very nice, with a good design, nice decor, well kept grounds and very clean. Pool and bar were great too. It is a 5 minute walk to a beautiful sandy beach with clean turquoise water. The staff was 5 star for sure, very friendly, excellent service. Rooms were large and comfortable. My only complaints were 1) Men must wear long pants to dinner by hotel policy. This was pretty ridiculous because women and kids were in shorts and pool attire, and many men had t-shirts on with their pants. Really inconvenient for a summer vacation. 2) The A/C is off from 06:00 — 13:00 which meant a hot room on a couple of days. 3) The Wi-Fi was spotty. It could be 10 mb/sec and fine at times, but was very slow (~ 0.2 mb/sec) at peak usage times (e. G. Netflix impossible). Food was plentiful in the buffet, with a good salad bar during lunches and dinners. Food quality was just average. Clientele was 90% German, some Spanish and a few Brits. Staff were comfortable speaking all three languages.

The hotel is not located directly on the beach, but at least in just a few steps can be reached. Every day it has a fresh buffet and the fresh dishes are also prepared directly in front of the guest. The long-time staff of the children's animation carries out the events with a lot of commitment.

Unfortunately, our Stay at the Hotel was about 1 Year ago. Nevertheless, I would like to briefly describe our Experiences with the Hotel.
Although we arrived after Midnight, we were greeted kindly, received all the important Information and also a small Snack to Strengthen after the long Journey.
The Room and bathroom were very spacious and attractively designed. Earlier, we had asked on the Hotel's Facebook Page if we could have a Room with Ocean Views. In fact, this Wish was granted to us.
It takes only about 5 Minutes to reach the Sea on foot.
The Hotel Staff is very friendly and courteous, the Offers during the day and in the Evening for both Children and adults very varied and varied and the Pool invites you to relax.
You could write your own Chapter about the Food. That's why at this Point only so much: It's plentiful, extremely tasty and different every Day. In this Holiday I have probably increased one or the other Gram.
5 Stars for a nice and relaxing Stay.

The hotel was 1st class. Everyone from reception to housekeeping, restaurant and evening entertainment, courteous and helpful. Smiles all the way. What a fantastic experience. A brilliant holiday and birthday treat. Definitely 5 stars and more.

Is a super hotel with very friendly staff and good service. The hotel is very close to the beach and pedestrian zone. The food in the hotel was super delicious and very varied. Like to come back.

We generally liked the hotel very much. The rooms were large, spacious and clean. There was everything you needed. The pool area was beautiful and here, too, everything was clean and well maintained. The staff were very friendly. The only thing that didn't promise us 100 percent was the food. This is probably mecker at a high level but we lacked the spice in some dishes. But salt and pepper were on the table for that. Otherwise I can highly recommend the hotel. The beach is close and super beautiful. We'll be back.

The host is ideal to spend a family stay especially with children.

We are flying to this hotel for the fourth time this year. We love it. The service is great, the staff second to none. Cleanliness at the highest level and the facility itself is wonderful for families. We have three children, aged 9 years, 4 years and 3 months. The animation is beautiful for everyone and not exaggerated. Only the behaviour of some guests leaves something to be desired, but the hotel can't do anything about it;-)

The hotel and the Junior Suite made a neat impression.
Critical points:-friendliness of the staff (e. G. : You walk past the reception and are not greeted).
— indoor pool: There are times for adults only and times for adults and children. Even if there is no adult in the pool, children are not allowed in. Such information is also not mentioned on the website. We think this is a great pity.

We have just arrived home from our holiday at hiphotel Cala millor park, it was our fourth stay and I must say this hotel just get better every time, on arrival at the hotel we were greeted by smiling friendly reception staff who quickly checked us in, we were allocated the room we requested which was a delight as we were so happy with the view etc. And the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in, the food was really lovely and always something different to eat we never got bored, and first class quality. The staff were so friendly and helpful and always had a smile and greeting for us, it's obvious they are hapapy in their work, it would be unfair to mention names as everyone was so nice from restaurant, bar and cleaning staff and the entertainment staff worked very hard and put on some good shows. A big well done and thank you to you all. This is a very well run hotel with happy helpful Staff. We can't wait to return.

An absolutely super great hotel. Centrally located, right on the beach and on the shopping street. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The food is excellent and varied. We were 13x on the corner, but so far this is one of the 3 best hotels in the area. Absolutely recommended! We will come back and enjoy the remaining 8 days!

Nice Hotel. Very nice double room for single use. I as a solo traveler was very happy. Friendly Staff. Especially Front Desk.

Very nice hotel right by the sea. Good food, sweet room with balcony. Poolana location and dining room will be crowded during the high season.

Highly recommended just for families.
There is also something for the younger guests. Nice play area and a very friendly staff. Continue so.

A comfortable place on the beach front line.
The room I stayed in was large, very well kept and clean.
At night there are shows that enliven the evening. The waiters are attentive and polite.
There is a small gym with toning-oriented machines. There is also a swimming pool (for cooling) and two types of sauna.
Both the food and the dinner is buffet-style, of good quality, including among its dishes cooked meats to taste.

Room was very clean, staff very friendly. The food tastes very good and varies every day.

Very friendly reception. Great room. Very clean. Absolutely upscale ambience. For families who would like to spend their holidays in a great hotel. Everything Tip top. Small deduction when eating. Adapted to the weather in February. A little too cold. But also here all very friendly.

I have spent a weekend in February and let it be desired.
The food and dinner is buffet and there is very little choice. Then the drink you are serving them and sometimes you have K wait a good time to K pass a waiter x your table.
The spa is very small and above the water is somewhat cool.
The rooms if K I k say k are very good.
But to be a 4 star let K want.

Good location for activities. The room was very nice. Very good food, starting from breakfast to dinner. Always Something regional! We were welcomed and treated very friendly. We liked it very much.

Very good hotel, good location,,,, just arrived you receive very attentively in reception, the rooms (junior suite) and facilities I give 10 points, the cleaning of the rooms another 10 points, and breakfast and dinner (in my case half pension) very varied, Do not know where get started, and the metre of the room very attentive to everything, advises you in what you ask and spa relax 100%. :)

Day 19 November, we have a few days here in the Hipotels Cala Millor Park has full board, in a huge room, is luxury, a deal from the impeccable staff, yesterday Saturday night we enjoyed a buffet dinner special courtesy of the hotel Spectacular, today Sunday breakfast, Paseito on the beach, aperitif on the terrace along with the pool, has continued for the buffet food very complete, is late we have been to the spa, super relaxing and now making a break and waiting to go have dinner, take advantage In the room to give it five stars to the hotel and its staff…

Very nice hotel with super staff, good location and as a family with 4 people perfect accommodation in the apartment.
We were a week ago and enjoyed our stay very much.
We found the food versatile and varied but on some days we lacked a bit of local cuisine.
Still like it again!

In itself a very nice hotel. Room clean and well maintained.
Now the big but:
The buffet looks very nice. But not only the eye eats, but also the palate. And this is very disappointed. We didn't eat in any other hotel as bad as here. But hunger drives it in until the gut drives it out in full flights.
The best part was the nice cleaning lady who always cleaned our room with a chaotic child.

Stayed in a Junior suite on the 4th floor. Immaculately clean. Fabulous view out to sea. Staff friendly and helpful. Food is varied and imaginative, well presented and simply divine. My one criticism is that there should be a cold water dispenser to fill up our water bottles.

Have booked an apartment without food in this beautiful hotel. It is within sight of the beach. Some rooms have sea views. Our apartment has pool views and in the evening a direct view of the event of the animation on stage. The pool is large enough and there is always a free lounger there. The staff are all very friendly. It works and is all very well maintained and clean.

The best hotel we have ever stayed in the food is fantastic great selection staff are excellent rooms large comfortable and spotless as is the whole hotel would definitely recommend.

Stayed in a junior suit which was fantastic, the food was always hot and tasty, really nice, the location of the hotel in Calla Millor is great, not in the centre but a 200 meter walk and you're walking down the main street and 200 meters from the beach. I spent a week there and really enjoyed it.

Years ago we were a guest at this hotel and returned to a drink during this stay. It is much nicer than our stay. It has been refurbished and everything is up-to-date. The next vacation goes to this hotel.

Great hotel where you do not hear any other guests. Lovely rooms and the food is good. Even for picky eaters there is always something to suit. All inclusive is definitely recommended.

We are currently still in the hotel (01 06 2016 2016 15 06). We rate usually no travel or otherwise in any way. But it is a major concern, to comment on this hotel. We have chosen for this hotel due to the hotel's description. We were positive, when we arrived. The hotel is very clean, staff friendly, … — all very facilities! However, the crucial point, which allows no more than 2 stars in the assessment, is the air conditioning.
Here, it is advertised that the rooms are air conditioned. This is correct, but this is limited in time. The air conditioning is centrally controlled. It is clock clock only by 17 00 afternoon-02.00 at night available. This makes the stay in the room very uncomfortable. Especially in the early morning hours, when one is awake because of the heat in the room (26 ° c) and under no circumstances more can fall asleep. We are with our son (20 months) here in the hotel. It is in the morning very much sweat and always after his drink. Usually he always sleeps through, however, he is very often awake by his thirst. Good night's sleep is here not to think. Necessarily, the Votelbetreiber would indicate this in its application. I don't know how it will behave legally, but we believe this is misleading – even wrong. The rooms are not air conditioned! With this knowledge before booking, we would have opted for another hotel. This is very disappointing.

The hotel has very nice clean rooms that are modernly furnished.
Enough space for clothes.
The food is perfectly adequate not lack fresh fruits. And tastes excellent. Many foods are or are fresh. Very nice attentive staff for the rooms, reception, or in the dining room. It is lifted as a single, couple or family here.

The rooms are great and the lovely service… again.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, excellent location and good value for money, swimming pool on the cold side but they all seem to be in Spain.

The Hotel shines through the centre of town and a short way to the beach. The Restaurant offers, in my opinion, not enough variety of food! A lot of fish, a little meat! For children there is too little. No Schnitzel, French fries are almost raw. Very disappointing after all the positive reviews on the Internet. Holidaycheck, you can actually no longer believe. The Hotel corresponds to the normal four-star Standard, not more.

Top Hotel, deserved more than 4 stars! Great and modern room facilities, varied and delicious food and always friendly and helpful staff. The next vacation will take place there again definitely.

Can only say here, everything fits one must commend especially the kitchen fantastic you must recommend it.
