Staff are lovely and friendly, plenty to do for the kids. Super pool for adults and older children plus a smaller kids pool. Immaculately clean. Food lovely and freshly made. Will definitely come again.

3rd visit to this fantastic hotel. If you can get past the fact it’s on a pretty steep hill, then the rest just takes care of itself. Lovely rooms, amazing staff (who also remember returning guests), great food and a lovely spacious pool area. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning once again, just a shame when we have to leave!

Excellent 5 Star resort, well equipped and clean facilities. The Pool is perfect for any age group, with a kiddies pool behind the main one. Great nightly entertainment to keep both adults and kids happy. Only a few minutes to the main beach. Well worth the visit, will be back again.

Had an amazing holiday with my boyfriend at the Izaro Club Hotel! All staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, making you feel very welcome. The apartments are really homely and clean. Buffet breakfast has a lot of different options and food was always delicious. On my birthday we came back to find a card and lovely cake which was a really lovely gesture. Could not recommend this hotel enough!

Located about 15 minutes walk from the old town. On a hill so just make sure you can make it back after an evening out. (A taxi would solve that). Room was large and spacious with everything you need to live permanently. Very clean all around and staff very friendly. I wish they enforced the poolside lounge rule they have and not allow towels to reserve them, we never got near the pool in the 4 days we were there. Still, recommended.

What a lovely hotel that is spotlessly clean and have lovely rooms, particularly those on highest level. The beds are the best I've slept in with fantastic air conditioning that works very well. The food is very good, plenty of choice. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and can't do enough for you. Very family friendly and no noise at night at all. The pool is good with plenty of sunbeds although policy is no reserving beds this is not actioned in anyway. The location is on a hill so not good for elderly or those with walking difficulties but taxis are cheap and the bus stop is just outside which takes you to all resorts very cheaply. This is a great place to stay, plenty of space to relax, the large balcony we had at the top of the complex was easily the biggest we've had, the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is 10 min walk from the harbour and 10 min from the shopping centre. Would definitely use this hotel again if going to Lanzarote.

Lovely reception staff, very helpful. Apartments and complex are clean and well maintained. Cabana sun loungers are so comfy! Would happily recommend and come back.

We just returned from a week stay it was fantastic, very tidy and well kept complex, the staff were very welcoming and polite from the maids the kitchen and restaurant staff the maintainance guys and especially the wonderful reception staff who were always there to advise or help, we will return later in the year, the food is a good standard and there was always evening entertainment in the bar, we are very happy with our stay it's a shame to be back in the UK.

Lovely place, very friendly staff, clean. Its situated 10/15 minutes walk from the main seafront and beach. This walk is not really suitable for families with pushchairs or small kids just out of pushchairs, its quite steep. However, taxis back are very cheap. Food was nice but there are plenty of places to eat out, and food out is cheap enough too. Overall, a very nice gem of a hotel, glad we stayed here.

Very nice staff, quiet rooms. The dinner is always a bit overflowing, but the selection is plentiful. Only the coffee from the vending machines is horrible.

Had a fantastic break. Very impressed with the maid service. Rooms were cleaned and fresh towels every day. The pool is spotless and there are a good amount of beds. Love the day beds away from the pool area for relaxing away from the pool. Very impressed.

Good apartment, very spacious with terrace and perfectly clean in a quiet and well located (although we rented car and barely stayed in this area). It Combines new furniture with another not so much. The Breakfast has everything although the quality is not exceptional (6/10). The Service is very friendly in general and the clients are mainly foreign couples of all age ranges.

Ho trascorso una settimana tra fine ottobre e inizio novembre 2017. Posizione del resort solo discreta: bene per farsi qualche giretto a piedi ma per raggiungere I luoghi davvero interessanti (e le spiagge decenti) è indispensabile un mezzo proprio (scooter nel mio caso). Tranquillità assicurata, a meno di qualche fastidioso bambino. Personale sempre molto gentile e attento alle mie esigenze. Stanze piuttosto grandi e accoglienti. Twin beds che non sono davvero twin in quanto sono 2 singoli uno di fianco all'altro. Pulizia discreta: non mi posso lamentare. Ristorante a buffet, come sempre accade, non molto vario nella scelta e altalenante nella qualità. Colazioni buone. Animazione perfetta per le mie esigenze, ovvero praticametne assente, il che è molto positivo per quanto mi riguarda. Comodo l'utilizzo di una stanza di cortesia nel giorno della partenza a prezzo 0. Prenotazione online tramite sito web facile e immediata, pagamento in loco all'arrivo. Soddisfatto.

Former timeshare — facility, therefore quite generous and wide-spread. Mixed audience, approx. 40 percent British/Irish, 20 per cent German, French and others To 80 percent families with children of all ages. 10 min Steep downhill to Playa Chica, 20 min to Playa Grande. Quiet location. When we were here in Oct. 2017, only about 30 percent were occupied. The highest apartments (eg No. 530-540) are the quietest and have sea views. Mattresses unfortunately bad. Apartments functionally furnished, kitchenette with 2 plates (induction), refrigerator. Air conditioning. Food: waxing… Large choice of buffet, large cheese platter, warm buffet and desserts strong English influence. All solid and craftsmanship good, sometimes even lovingly prepared and decorated. Do not expect high-altitude flights. Roast beef with rosemary can be El Jefe very good. Breakfast: Everything fine!

1st time here and think it's fabulous from the lady at reception to the room and facilities. I'm only on day 2 and have not been disappointed. Breakfast was fab also. Looking forward to the rest of my holidays.

We have enjoyed a week of vacation in Izaro hotel, in July… the summary of the stay is GREAT! The facilities are very good, the reception staff, the cleaning service great, they left everything very clean and picked up, the first day I asked for a iron and I brought it with an ironing board and there I had all week. The food and restaurant staff wonderful (especially one of the cooks q is called Gabriel). The food is very varied and rich as q breakfast. I had the opportunity to eat at the pool bar if you don't salias hotel to spend the day outside. The facilities are very well kept. Every morning you would see maintenance staff taking care of the pool, gardens, terraces… the entertainment staff tb a wonder, we agreed a guy q is called Ezekiel super attentive. I recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation in family. We went with a baby of 1 year and a half and repetiriamos without thinking about it.

Good stay breakfast great but evening meal not so great. Lots of sun beds and they have add extra cabana style sun beds which are great. Second visit here so you really cannot fault it for the price will return again.

Quiet relaxing clean well managed can only comment of the breakfast which is very good with choice selection quality is high better than some 4 and 5 stars hotels breakfast. Location is the problem you need a course in mountaineering to gain access to the old town.

We have been able to spend a wonderful holiday with delicious food. All were friendly and always helpful. The grounds are modern, clean and well maintained. Thank you very much.

Rooms are basic, but functional. Great having the kitchen too as travelling with kids. Food has been very good (half board). Nice and quiet but close enough to shops etc Close to airport.

Just back after a 2 week stay. The hotel is lovely and the staff are some of the nicest I've encountered. My 10 year old had a great time and there was plenty to keep him entertained. We only had breakfast, so cant comment on dinner. Our apartment was right beside the pool. It was a good size and comfortable. You can get lunch at the pool bar. It is reasonably priced and there are plenty of options. The hotel is at the top of a steep hill but it's not a long walk to the shops and restaurants. The beach is about a 15 minute walk but you can get a taxi and that cost us about €4. We'll definitely be back.

Was looking at this complex for a friend who is arriving in September. Very impressed. Large complex. Lovely pool and relaxation area. Table tennis and basketball court.

Very good quality and all great, just one look, the waitress who works at the pool bar didn't give us a proper deal; We hope it's just a bad day. We. Dinner very good presentation and variety.

It is very full, the pool, the restaurant and everything is very good, the problem is the drinks, they are too expensive.

The apartments have a good size, although in the room there is no cot.

The half-board restaurant gives you a varied breakfast and dinner, but of poor quality. The adult pool is very good, although the children's is hardly used for having all the ground cracked and with dangerous holes for the children.
The cleanliness is better, dirty sheets, food scraps under the couch and some cockroach.

The apartment was fine. The worst thing was that the room had many bugs, especially in the bathroom. The buffet breakfast and dinner was varied, but very avarage. Very loose to be 4 stars.

Good place for family vacation. Excellent services and location. We spent a week in a comfortable apartment and nice for four people. The best thing the treatment and care of employees.

(100%) one of the best hotels in lanzarote, my four year old loved it, food 100%. Hotel safe for kids 100%. milk or water could be got at reception any time day or night as we got there late on sat night staff excellent and nice as well always cleaning. plus the will sort out taxis for you too which are very cheap could not fault it in any way we just got home so thanks to all in gloria izaro club hotel and a big shout out to the two reps from sunway there were like family to us and we will be back to see all again. Resort just a few minutes walk from downtown and the beaches, well organized and equipped with swimming pools, bar and restaurant. Different entertainment every night, though dinner is buffet is of poor quality. Varied, plentiful and tasty breakfast. Apartments located around the pool, which is very widespread and with private terraces overlooking the sea. A bit hasty and superficial cleaning, even though it cannot say that there was dirt. Overall a good structure, definitely recommended.

Stayed here over the Xmas period (22/12 — 29/12) found the staff at the hotel very friendly and accommodating — nothing seemed too much trouble. The food was excellent — we were staying on a half board basis. I do think anyone staying here would be pleased with the hotel / staff / service and value for money. Thanks you Izaro club hotel.

Super friendly staff. Very reasonable price. Nice apartment with well maintained pool. Big variety of food for breakfast (quality ok). Located 5 walking minutes from the harbour and 20 minutes from the tourist area at the beach. A bus stop for day trips in front of the hotel. Everything can be booked at the hotel (car, tours. ). Good for everybody looking for a good hotel for a fair price. Don't expect a fancy place though. For us it was just perfect and we would go there again.
