Lovely hotel and lovely helpful staff. Club class was brilliant. Free afternoon tea every day and free drinks from 6.30 til 9.00 every evening. Lovely touch. Large rooms and fabulous views. Only thing for us that let it down was the buffet restaurant. Poor choice and very repetitive especially the desserts. Lovely pool areas and easy access to the Marina. Well looked after as we were there during the corona virus and lock down. Thank you everyone.

A great hotel for a week of relaxing, reading and getting some winter sun. The service is superb, the food yummy and the sunsets very special. We will come back.

Absolutely perfect. From the moment we checked in until our departure we had a wonderfully relaxing and pleasant stay. The staff here are so kind and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Great location to Playa Blanca although you have everything you need just outside in the Rubicon Marina. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, couples and families.

A fantastic boutique hotel with a touch of class. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, from staying in numerous hotels over the years this definitely outshines as one of the best for sure and offers an unforgettable overall experience. The rooms are spacious, the attention to detail with the little touches in the rooms are second to none. We stayed in a beautiful suite with sea views in the Club Volcan area. The views from the room and beside the private pool area are so wonderful and the quality of service is excellent. The food is fantastic and the choice of cuisine is exceptional. I would like to really thank the team at Hotel THe Volcán Lanzarote for a truly wonderful stay. We will be returning in the future for sure.

Hotel was very nice. Rooms very nice. View from the balcony was great. Breakfast was a good assortment. Pool great. Walking distance to the beaches and many restaurants and shops. We'll be going back.

Great location. Food is really nice. Only issue is management do not appear to have control over guests that clearly don't stick to the few rules of common decency so all can have a nice time.

We spent a week at the Volcán in July 2018. The location is probably one of the quietest areas in Playa Blanca being next to the Robicón Marina. The room slept three adults, although the beds were very hard. However, the room was clean and functional with quite a few UK TV channels. The staff were generally courtesy and kind, but we had a run in with the restaurant manager on the first day at dinner when we sat at a table setup for breakfast. You also get scalded if men wear shorts at dinner. Moving on to the food, breakfast was quite good with the usual variety of foods, however, dinner selection was limited and got boring after a few days, despite a different theme each day. The pools were excellent and clean but cool. Getting a lounger was easy with very little towel claiming although around 8am people started staking out their claims! Overall the hotel is probably the best presented property in Playa Blanca and looks stunning.

Really nice hotel. Room was a very nice size, well laid out and clean. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. Stayed bed and Breakfast, cooked food at breakfast could have been nicer but that was more because it was cold not because the options were limited or that the produce wasn't good. All other breakfast options were excellent. Would happily recommend The Volcán and were certainly stay there again given the chance.

Wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Location could not be better with excellent restaurants locally including jazz bar overlooking the beautiful harbour. Don't hesitate just book it you wont be disappointed.

This is our second visit in 5 years. We very much like the hotel, the rooms are excellent and you feel that you are staying in a village rather than an hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful and we managed to find a sun lounger to enjoy without too many Brit's doing their 8am towel marking. The hotel was undergoing some refurbishment but this did not detract from the enjoyment of our stay. The hotel is in a superb location with many bars and restaurants nearby and we will stay there again.

What To say about the best hotel in Tenerife, spectacular treatment, great facilities, the heated outdoor pool makes you leave gills, not salts of it, the food in the buffet with a quality that not found in any other hotel, deserves until the last Star, they can not stop visiting the spa or their thematic restaurants, come on, that my next vacation no longer have to use booking to search for hotel, nor I think… I will Repeat and with desire, the best thing that can be said of a hotel.

Congratulations on the great work they do, beautiful hotel, very well kept, taking care of the minimum detail, very careful attention, cheerful, the facilities are magnificent, very varied breakfast, high quality and retailer, and at the same dinner, the staff very Professional, friendly and always attentive, special place to disconnect, relax and enjoy.

I can recommend the hotel without restriction. Room, service, food all very good.

Our stay at this hotel (my partner and i) was very nice. It is a lovely hotel with a lot of charm and the buffet food is quite reasonable although they could fry the breakfast churros and not serve the cold pancakes. As well as the waiters stay tuned to remove dishes from the tables rather than in placing new tables.
It is a 5 star for its facilities but not so for the attention and service, it should improve, so it would leave it in a 4 star.
Although it is true, the director of the hotel is very friendly, attentive, close and once we express our complaints and worry about solving them and was very pending but unfortunately the rest of the hotel staff is not as professional as her.
One day we notified up to 4 times to make the room and it did not take effect until the 5th time and when you say it angry; Leave in a decorating boat in the common areas some vitamins for pregnant women, they flew and nobody returned them but good… and the worst was on Sunday before returning, on March 12th, we spent the whole day at the hotel pool consuming drinks and M Ediodía went to eat at the pool bar and suddenly when we were in the dessert we see the lifeguard removing our towels from the hammocks, we approached to tell him that because he does this and tells us that he has told the manager that the towels there more than 1 hour could not be.

Unfortunately the standard of the opening was not kept now it is only No. 2 in Playa Blanca as a hotel not as an annex which is so remained and unique.
What was great when you were greeted by classical music and 2 staff in the evening.
Now there is nothing more.

Excelent location, and is a plus they have a Bike shop you can hire bikes from! Wide variety and good quality.

Fantastic hotel and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is very good with lots of choices. Out room is spacious and very comfortable. We will definitely come here again. The gentleman in the little Italian restaurant is a lovely man who has our beer ready when he sees us coming over the bridge and also gives us lots of information and advice.

We are fortunate to be two months in the Volcan on Lanzarote guests. We therefore allow ourselves to be able to make a credible assessment. The house is imposing and individual, stands out from representational hotels and bed castles, is widely visible as a sign of an idiosyncratic architectural idea in the style of the ideas of C. Manrique.
We have been able to feel like house guests, to whom wishes are fulfilled, to which one cares and tries to surprise with special invitations. Friendly service in all areas, helpful, cooperative, whatever it is. We especially enjoyed the food, which has always surprised us with food variations.
For quiet areas was ensured, no crowd-lying events with precautionary towel reservation, individually arranged very comfortable rest zones, which we have used abundantly.
If I had a wish: a pool for swimming in the cool season, the large pool was too cold this year, the little one more suitable for children.
We did not book club, but we didn't miss anything and we felt completely comfortable.
We would like to thank all those who have been so kindly involved in our well-being.

Fabulous hotel. Rooms are very spacious, breakfast is delicious with huge choice. Swimming pools are a little cold but the facilities around the pool are excellent. Layout of hotel is very quirky. 2min walk to Marina and 10 min walk to golden beach.

The hotel is amazing beautiful rooms. The staff were so kind, polite and professional. The weather has been horrendous cold and rainy. There is nothing no one can do about this. I am pleased I was staying in a lovely hotel with a lovely room and English channels on TV when the rain poured. My husband celebrated his birthday we were spoiled with champagne it was lovely (I know a good glass of Bubbly) we had a lovely spa day which I would recommend. The only person who put a damper on the event was the rude guest who thought they could just nose into our treatment room (no fault of the staff) The entertainment was also good best flamenco dancers I have ever seen (and I have seen a few) we totally enjoyed the managers cocktail party. The food has been good in the resteraunt and staff accommodating. I would return to this hotel but would like to try the pools out if the weather was better. Pleased I didn't pay to up grade. The rooms are kept so clean by such hard working pleasant staff. Thank you to all the staff at.

Meadows Bel Hotel Donations The entrance is done by a church and reception in a reconstituted volcano.
The rooms are spacious with King size bed, duvets and pillow menu.
Double washbasin bathroom with hairdryer, toiletries and bathrobe.
NET restoration progress on breakfast pastries (note true orange juice) The buffet dinner offers a great choice and especially a fish or meat on board.
The location of this direct hotel on the Marina is a plus (restaurants, bars and shops.

Nice looking hotel but very dark lobby, and bar and shops mostly closed throughout the day making it unwelcoming. We had very heavy rain and the hotel couldn't cope with this. Our room leaked terribly soaking everything. Very little in the way of apology, just packed towels at the balcony doors where it was leaking. The holiday was not great mainly because of the weather but the hotel was disappointing. We wouldn't come again.

Experience Hotel. Built like a small village. After two days you know each other and enjoy the special little corners. Food and breakfast very good.

… 2018 — The fourth consecutive year here and for the time being the last. Repair — and renewal jam wherever you look. It is a pity that an originally so beautiful location has gradually.

Good hotel nice grounds food good in buffet but a little on the cool side. Not 5 star but enjoyed our stay.

It's a great area with lots of free space & a little spa there are lots of nice pools (which could be a bit warmer. ) The buffet is also good only for example The pancakes should be kept warm.
But it's worth it to drive this site is just gorgeous.

It is a very nice hotel complex and the breakfast and supper is very plentiful at supper but is often tempted to offer dishes that are not properly implemented by the kitchens so that at least 30% of the dishes are of poor quality. Furthermore, the standard rooms if you have not rented club has simple and neatly furnished but not from the 5 star level and if you want to go to the wellness area you should be slim as the bathrobes are not suitable for persons with a BMI of 25. The staff is very helpful and very friendly. Status December 2016

For a holiday in paradise it is here! All the staff are really nice. Patricia has the reception spoke very well French and is very nice. The food is very good, it is very clean, the rooms are very spacious. Everything is perfect! Thank you for your dream vacation! A Christmas that we will not forget…

A nice Hotel with modern rooms and very clean. Excellent breakfast, with the possibility of products for Celiachi and lactose intolerant.

Needs just a little bit of seasonal refurbishment (i. E. The 'vulcan' ceiling dropping down, rooms appliances, poor room noisiless…). We stayed in there by the end of November which wasn't busy at all then everything was very quite but working enough. Generally speaking the member of the staff were extremely cherful, helpful and kind, only a few of them were a little bit under our expectations (i. E. Tense, language barrier, noisy in the early morning around the rooms…). The buffet breakfast and dinner were plenty of any sort of food (local and international) and were not crowded and messy (by the end of November). We couldn't swim in the outdoor pools because — even the 'temperature-controlled' one? — were too cold for us (something like 20°C). Overall I would recommend thi hotel because it is a reasonable and decent value for money.

5 Star Hotel. Architecture is clearly inspired by Canarian Villages. Good work! At night the artificial volcano has its best look.

The hotel is very well located next to the marina and is beautiful. Spacious rooms with a great king size. The staff is friendly and efficient. The breakfasts are great, not so much, the dinners in which you also have to pay the drink you take (up to the water), something that had never happened to me. There is a lot of English and German tourist so breakfast and dinner schedules, and other things are remembered to their customs.

All in all good but a star is spare.
The beach away and the so-called heated pool does not exist.
The food is not bad but it is no wonder for 5 stars.

A very nice hotel beautifully laid out and generally very spacious. Service good so far. However we are in room 279 and it's location is awful and the room is 3 star I'm afraid. From my 5 star experience in lanzarotte being lani suites in puerto del carmen I would say the room we have is a mile away from 5 star. This is a real disappointment given that everything else is nice. Based on the room we would not return.

Stayed between 9/08 and 19/08/2017. Been to Playa Blanca before several times at the opposite end to the Marina and whilst I've had great experiences before (with the kids), this was the next level up… and some! The adults only section (Club Volcan) is absolutely fantastic. Separate Breakfast restaurant… very calm, and the sunbathing area on the roof with swim up to bar and two Jacuzzi's overlooking The ocean was amazing and just what you'll love if you quiet, as there was only ever about 10 Couples up there! Free fruit and drinks thrown in aswell as exceptional service. We're going back in October and next year… why go further afield when guaranteed weather and a beautiful Marina with fab restaurants are right there! Best holiday and hotel in years!

Staff are excellent and very professional. Rooms a little tired and need modernisation. Great variety of food for breakfast and great quality. Issue with lamp in room was dealt with poorly. Had to personally. Follow up after original complaint.

The hotel has a nice setting and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The Wellness centre is certainly small but it offers quite honorable benefits. A special ovation to Beatriz who greeted me warmly and directed me to Delphine, friendly and very competent.
Regarding the food, it is certainly correct but not really worthy of a 5 *. And frankly, we get tired soon.
And what about the friendliness of the staff? Well, some are pleasant or even charming like Beatriz and Delphine and others rather haughty, like the servers for example, that one has frankly the impression of annoying, which is particularly unpleasant and not worthy of a 5 *! This army of servers, rather idle, is quick to remove your plate as soon as you have a moment of inattention without asking if you are finished. I can't believe they're looking forward to you emptying the place!
And the pompom comes back to the receptionist I had to do the day I arrived. It was addressed to me because she knew so-called French but in fact she is far from mastering it and quickly made to ship you with his relative friendliness. And to say that the reception is the first impression we have of a hotel. Well it cools seriously and it is not worthy of the standing of a 5 *!
Other catch! The hotel has no private beach or access to any beach. To have the pleasure of bathing in the sea, you have to walk. And finally, I was given the unpleasant noise of the drill for 2 days in a row at the end of the day.

Nice though for a five star flaw a bit on the organization.

5 Star Hotel, 2 km from the heart of Playa Blanca, with swimming pools and ample outdoor spaces. Large and comfortable rooms. Super Breakfast. Prices, in June, however low.

Superb hotel very well integrated into the landscape including several swimming pool and a tropical garden with an indoor waterfall. This place is quiet and well maintained. The staff is attentive and includes bathing supervisors. The buffet is extremely rich with a hundred entrees and desserts morning and evening which changes according to the days of the week. This hotel is probably one of the best in Lanzarote.

Very impressive and great, not worth the five stars. Staff welcoming and helpful. The hotel is charming but lacks details (toilets and ventilation systems), as befits a five-star hotel. Also not all rooms face the ocean.

The hotel is characterful and occupies an elevated position overlooking a lovely, well appointed (lots of restaurants & shops) marina. The staff are courteous and helpful. The three restaurants on site, whilst adequate rather than outstanding, appear to be reasonably priced — as are the ones in the marina. Although the hotel complex is clean, well maintained and attractive, sadly there is little opportunity to find much peace and quiet and lie back and lounge in the sun. The few available sunbeds are snapped up before breakfast is done & then hogged for the entire day. There are beds lying unoccupied for hours at a time, draped with the statutory towels — keeping them well and truly reserved and unavailable. I've seen many couples wandering around, vainly looking for a resting place/sunbed — but (like us) they are finding there are none to be had. Having booked a junior suite at a cost of £1300k for 7 nights on a B&B only basis — and yes we have a small balcony (which sees little sun) with two chairs & a door from the bedroom which gives direct access to a rooftop i. E. Gravel strip (not wide enough to swing a cat on) — we were rather hoping for the opportunity to escape the stresses of life and at least be able to stretch out on a sun bed for the odd hour or so — not a lot to ask for the money is it?

Hotel in the Marina. Modern, elegant and quiet. They include swimming pools, dining and buffet. The beaches are about 10-12 minutes walk, but are of white sand and highly recommended.

This hotel is very nice and the pool area is beautiful (arrival in a sort of "Church", and then this huge hall full of Palm trees and exotic plants are very impressive). The hotel is located near the marina (some new) which is very beautiful and full of good restaurant at the edge of the docks. It's a little bit away from the 'old' Playa Blanca and 2 beaches (15 to 20 minutes walk but this makes a nice walk on the beach). There is an animation every evening (except Sunday) which is a little 'old' trend but it's quality. I noted 2 drawbacks: the first is noise starting at 07:30 (the sound of the carts people who are cleaning, and also the suitcases on a granular soil. Grrrr), and the second is the restaurant. If the breakfast is very good and very varied, for the dinner and provided it gives great canteen, hearty but not variety. In addition it is very noisy, this scrambling; In short this is not 5 star)

Very nice Hotel! Excellent staff and very tasty Breakfast Buffet. It's Beautiful inside and the area is great. Minus points for no Wi-Fi (its 2015 come on! ) and very low water pressure in the room.
