Great apartments, fantastic food, loads of sunbed, pools good sizes but cold.

Staff wonderful, bar star, entertainers, lifeguards, reception, maintenance and cleaners Food nice with plenty on offer. Ice cream lovely for the children. Complex very clean and equipped. Surprised how many selfish pepple hog sunbeds with towels before breakfast but don't turn up to use them till late afternoon.

So we stayed here just over a year ago and I just forgot to do a review. It’s great if you have kids and you are ok with basic but good amenities. It’s all inclusive; the food is excellent, some hit some miss but generally always very well prepared. Drinks, I will tell you now will not get you drunk. But you can have as much as you like. Pools are great but get there early as towel territorial warriors are around. British were worse at this. Putting towels down on dreary days and then buggering off, only coming back if the sun came out. So be mindful. Staff great, cleaners great, reception great. Suneo Club reps great for kids and a disco most nights. All in all, we enjoyed and would go back.

Me and my wife and kids loved our stay at the el trebol was a fantastic week Wi-Fi a bit slow rating 6 Every think else a 10 pools kids loved it very much entertainment was good too jono was funny guy very nice fella.

Room quite spacious with pool view against the beds are moderately comfortable. Microwave oven and fridge are available in these apartments. Laundry facilities in a refectory. Nice pool.

Apartment very well reception dead at night arrival not commercial me a group ex Accor no Wi-Fi in the room my friend with his mini comp can not use it on the terrace to connect here is for our stay very very very disappointed only positive point the buffet.

A Well maintained hotel, offering spacious rooms. We found the restaurant to have quite a good choice of food and the staff were ok. The communal areas of the hotel were always kept clean. The only thing that let this hotel down was the location (as it was quite away from the main resort). It is a very laid back resort, with plenty of pools, modern toilets and sunbeds for everyone. I feel that if, this hotel was in the centre of Costa Teguise, it would really give the other hotels a run for their money!

Filthy apartments so it's a good thing I brought my antibacterial wipes with me as I had to clean the whole apartment. Bedding was awful so I used my own (Yes I brought my own with me as per…) bed was springy & uncomfortable. Rooms are not cleaned daily & bedding changed weekly only. Spacious balcony overlooking kids pool which is freezing btw as my daughter was in it everyday. Food was good most days, but was surprised but the lack of Spanish food/dishes. Drinks were rubbish so the best drinks were at breakfast as they make fresh smoothies which were delicious. Entertainment was boring most nights but I feel sorry for the young team of 4, they did try. The karaoke night was slightly disappointing as the song my 7 year old picked wasn't the radio edited version on screen. Although we all had a chuckle at that at first, after all it wasn't funny as the swearing continued so I had to support my daughter as I could see her becoming rather anxious as she has ASD. We quite liked the magic show & my daughter participated in the show. Bar closes at 11:30 each night. Local shops & bars near by & the beach is a few minutes walk away.

Apartments are fine bit basic, food was okay but very repetitive small choice.

The refurbishment is amazing! The crew is wonderful and never had a single complaint, came here for over 3 years now. Great food selection everyday and pools are always clean.

Love this hotel been coming for the last 5 years so seen the wonderful refurbishment never had a complaint and all the staff are very helpful My husband had a hip replacement last holiday and I am disabled with arthritis in both knees we requested a ground floor sunny room and they gave us exactly what we asked for. Will be requesting the same this year when we go in 2 weeks and know they will try there best for us Wonderful hotel xx.

Great family hotel. It is a 3 star resort so don't expect luxury. What you do get is very friendly helpful staff, good food, basic but clean well maintained and comfortable rooms.

Friendly and helpfull staff. The guy in The reception was very helpfull and funny. The big downside was the beds and the room were quite moist.

Just got back 22/12/16 a couple in our early 60, s. Had 2 weeks and really enjoyed it. We normally stay in hotels but this was a very pleasant suprise, the apartment was great, free safe plus 10 euros returnable for TV remote. We both agreed the food was excellant. No waiting in queues for drinks, lots of sun beds. All the staff worked very had to see you had a relaxing holiday. Easy 5 minute to the beaches etc, would go back the price was brilliant really good value for money.

Food same most days, nice staff very clean, was all inclusive but exra for tv, kettle, iron, safe should be all in, no entertainment for adults at night all for kids, great pools and beds, great for families.

Lovely place. Friendly staff and great evening entertainment. The kids pool is quite cold but that didn't stop it being used! Food was OK. Typical all inclusive canteen style setup.

Currently here. Defo pros and cons. Its clean and staff are friendly. Needs a serious make over. Pool is freezing! If u want to do day trips tho do not book though the hotel they charge double the amount that the places out side the back of the hotel charge. The food is ok salad bar is fresh every meal lovely. They do there best on dinner ect. But I have to say the breakfast is awful. Bacon (if u can call it that) and sausages left swimming in fat. We have ended up skipping breakfast everyday just got a box of cornflakes from shop. Would I stay here again? tbh I think there would be better hotels than this one for the same money!

Ablolutley crap you have to pay for pretty much every thing TV romote, kettle, Wi-Fi, so I do not recomend it.

I always say you get what you pay for and this hotel managed to stand up to the test. Only about half an hour from the airport with stops for other passangers. A five minute walk to the beach and the start of shops and bars. There were other bars next to the hotel also but they were not as good. The food at El Trebol was overall good. Nothing fancy but each lunch and dinner there was chicken, beef, fish and salad. I dont know what the other people writing reviews eat at home, but there was always something good to have. Breakfast was a bit repetative but if your only there for 7 days no problem. Usual british cooked stuff, cereals, fruit and toast… and chips if you want? And some did? Waitress service very quick and clearing dishes and cleaning. Excellent in fact. The room me and mrs had was spacious and clean with little kitchen area if you wished to use. No fear of damp or cockroaches in other reviews. The hotel seemed quite busy but there was always enough room and sunbeds. The poolside was very clean and nice (dont worry about other reviews). The resort itself was small but nice. Reception was quick and easy for arrival and departure. Only downside for me was the drinks for all inclusive. The beer was ok. My wife said wine was ok but I didnt like it. The spirits were all local as per the hotel description but honestly they werent great. Tried the evening entertainment but was mostly based around kids and we spent most evenings out.

Nice place to go very sunny hot weather and a lot of things to do relax on the beach apartment s where brilliant very clean great service and I will return back soon to el trebol beautiful palm tree s great had fun Aaa+++.

Just returned from a week there, apartments were nice, staff were ok, the food wasn't great to be honest, good excursions, we did the grand tour around the island including lunch etc which was a great day out.

We have visited three times as a family and have got to say it is one of the friendliest hotels we have visited. We have stayed in S/C to 5 star and rate the feel and invite of the El Trebol to rate with the best and the pools are huge.

Lovely, clean room. Broad range of food. Good entertainment. Would return.
