Hotel is located directly on the sea, conveniently located. The Food and service are great! The evening shows, well… Unfortunately, a little bit of renovation!

A very nice hotel with a fantastic location. We have a sea view room which is breathtaking every day. Although it is a little bit used, it should be renovated this summer. We have taken the extra charge for the half board. I must say the kitchen is very good and the huge Buffett is very varied. But unfortunately the warming vessels are not good and most of the really good food is almost cold. That's a pity. I would highly recommend the hotel and would come back.

The hotel was very old and the room was very good. Even if you take the all inclusive you have no right to parking and you have to pay the drink separately. There are better places to stay and more economical.

Amazing nature. Canary island where no so much tourists. And they who come they really are intrested about nature in Canary islands.

Good value for money The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. I think they should improve the pool area, the floor is a little bad and the hammocks. Also improve on the front desk, excluding a laughed-haired girl who was very friendly. For the rest we are very happy.

The resort and the old fashioned facilities. Attentive staff with quick fixes if you are asked for a request or problem. I can't comment on the food. Very good value for money.

The location is great. Watch the sunset from the food Eisesaal.
The unrefurbished rooms are abundantly rundown. No lever mixer at tub and sinks are simply not contemporary. Torn armchair covers, abplatzender varnish on door to the balcony, which must be jammed against fluttering and hitting in the wind (or are Mikoerdbeben the cause? ) with pads. …
The food is usually good, especially the fruit. Salatbufet only acceptable for very demanding. There is only endive salad, cucumber, onion, tomatoes (more green than red) and paprika fresh, everything else from tin or bucket.
The meat and fish dishes are well sorted, but often not very well grilled or cooked.
Käsebufet again very good.

Hotel located in one of the most interesting areas of the island. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Essential to visit the forest of Los Tilos, El Roque de los Muchachos to almost 2.500 meters high, and the boiler of Taburiente. For some time I've been, I hope to return soon.

Nice hotel. Bit run down. Parking is a joke. Food is not bad but nothing special. Lovely staff.

We had to book 3 nights less not allowed at this time.

I was going to put 3 stars but when going to do the Chek out we had an experience with Miss Belen from the front desk.
An older lady who had lost the key to the safe.
That's a penalty of 20 euros. The surprise is that they had no duplicate, Debian break the box, so is Miss Belen told the tourist to pay the 20 euros plus the safe. Incredible I never saw this. We told the lady not to pay, which was a shame, the 20 euros correspond but the box is not.
Miss Belen said, well. The 20 euros must pay. He didn't even apologize.

Hotel with breakfast and dinner in buffet form, good location and lots of animation. Large rooms with balcony. Only bathtub, no shower, difficult for older people, especially since there are not even any handholds. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Old and come down and much too expensive. Only the location is great. Prefer to eat elsewhere.

The hotel has been very much in the years. Some repairs/renovations are urgently needed. The standard does not match four stars.
The front desk staff is overwhelmed. At check in we had to wait 20 minutes before we even got to it.
The food in the hotel is very good. In the dining room, however, there is so much hustle and bustle at peak times that you feel almost like a train station. One day there was a long queue in front of the dining room and only guests were allowed to go in when others went out. Nevertheless, there was always enough of all the food.

I stayed a week, and the truth that in general lines, like others of the Sol/Meliá chain, well, both the food and the staff, and the situation on the edge of a small cliff where you see breaking the waves, and your little astronomical viewpoint, and very quiet.

Old apartments, many ants, television that was outdated, the best of the hotel was buffet variety of meals, usually the hotel needs an urgent renovation and in the studios but.

We were very pleased with the hotel. Staff super clean Super kitchen left no wishes open.

Location 4+ star experience -Beautiful placement Room 2+ star experience -We paid for a room with sea view but the first 5 days were only Palm trees. Luckily the gardeners cut the trees and bushes on the fifth day. — Bathroom Faucets/Valves not working Fitness room 2 star experience -Poorly equipped and a non greeting attendant Cleaning 3+ star experience -Kind, smiling and active staff Reception 2+ star experience -They never had time and were under-employed otherwise kind and professional Food 2+ star experience -Nothing special with boring fruits except for the papaya which were a rare treat. No vegan dishes. The food content declarations were wrong Staff 1 star experience (some of them) — Raquel in the entrance cheated with the return money (my 11 year old daughters) and were somewhat in-polite and very robotic/automatic/controlling — Pool manager refused guest during daytime because he was cleaning the pool which of course should be done in the morning time when guests were absent.

Great ambience, nice atmosphere and great service, really smug and content.

Nice staff and locale. Unfortunately we only discovered the air condition the very last day, and thats our mistake. Small room with nice closet space. Huge breakfast hall, with a a lot of choices. Over to the bad stuff. I would like for the balconies to be a little bit bigger. The biggest drawback of this place is the hard beds, it's such a shame. All in all, great little place. You got everything you need at a walking distance. I recommend this place for older people. Although it won't be my first pick for a recommendation. Unfortunately I will not come back. Side note: There are some horrible restaurants nearby, unrelated to the hotel. You'll know what I mean if you eat there.

The hotel is very nice in the common parts (hall, restaurant etc…) The rooms instead would need to be refurbished. Although I had booked a deluxe the room was dilapidated and the bathroom would bisogbo of a few hooks or extra support to put bathrobes and towels. The view beautiful.

The hotel is no longer the freshest, but is very well maintained and kept very clean. We were now twice there and always very satisfied. The pool is large enough and has beautiful shaded areas under palm trees around it. An even larger pool is more in the apartment area. There is also a poolside bar. In the evening there are often small events.
We only booked with breakfast. The buffet was very lush and varied.

It urgently needs reform. In the room The pipes sound a lot when you open the water, Wi-Fi is sorry you can not see a Youtube video or by chance, in the pool one of the showers does not work and I kept the key in my hand. This hotel, which is located in a privileged place should be given that if you charge a good money per room and night (not cheap) the quality must be indispensable and a reform is absolutely necessary.

Old and most experienced poorly maintained facility, uncomfortable old beds, poor parking situation, cockroaches, from 4 o'clock in the morning loud animal shouting.
Poor quality evening buffet (once tasted, worst meal in the 2 weeks on the island) good and friendly room service cleans well, unfortunately does not bring anything at the old plant.

The hotel and the apartments have come very "in the years"! The photos don't reflect reality. If you want to make a holiday in Puerto Naos, you should find a good apartment nearby!

A really handy places to stay. The apartment we had was clean and spacious and everything you needed was available on site. The staff are friendly and efficient. Parking is limited and it is advisable to book a space in advance.

Very pleasant place to stay. Ì advise booking a parking place as parking is very limited.

Good location near a black sandy beach on the west side of the island. A hotel that starts to grow old. Correct restoration but little variety in the dishes. Sea views. Spacious rooms with small balconies. Mainly Spanish and German clientele. Polite staff except for some prison doors. But we will not go back.

It is on a fantastic beach. You eat well. The rooms are large.

Good location, Puerto Naos offers a nice beach and all required basic facilities. Hotel seems slightly understaffed, but the staff is friendly. Our room was very dated, everything was clean and working though. Breakfast is decent, dinner is not worth it in our opinion. No local wines, food lacks taste, does not seem fresh from the island, and there is little variety in the buffet throughout the week. We started eating out more and more during our stay on La Palma.

Great place to stay. Not perfect, but friendly, helpful staff, food good, needs a bit of refurbishment here and there (which seems to be happening). Great little resort. Fantastic island.

The hotel was nice, a bit outdated tho. There were little ants everywhere. There were in total 3 cats in the hotel area and they were very cute.

What are we blaming this hotel for?
The restoration is really not presentable, the entries are pretty much good but the main dishes are in bulk crushed so not appetizing
The hotel is aging in the rooms of the ants are colonized
As for parking no place, you have to park outside along the road
A little disappointed, fortunately the island is very beautiful with a lot of nature.

The hotel has a fair service though the Wi-Fi doesn't work very well, you can barely load the Google site and the place needs a bit of a renewal.

Very nice location, but lacks a bit of charm, some rooms a little dark.

Massive holiday experience. If you are afraid to be alone, then go here. It is basically a good place, but it is simply tpoo big for my taste. Staff are friendly, good is so-so. Beautiful views over the sea.

Great hotel, excellent location, on the beach. Equipped with two swimming pools. We spent a great holiday, relaxing.

Plus: Beautiful setting, room and spacious hotel, birthday gift, quiet room, gym well provided (1 elliptical, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, bench abs, bench developed bed + triceps biceps lap) with towels provided: clear, clean with Welcome to the SPA (bcp of relaxing massage options)
Less: Medium quality buffet, impersonal reception and no indication at the start and during the whole stay (no sense of service) Old room, small balcony, swimming pools not very clean and not very large, beach near but sand burning all day so To avoid before 7pm, bad cocktails, a billiard on 2 in working condition, always bcp waiting at the reception, little room on the parking, staff barely speaks English (hotel + + for Spaniards and Germans)

In some areas the Sol La Palma is not worth the four stars: evening meals can be enjoyed on the terrace overlooking the sea, but afterwards you can enjoy a cup of coffee won't — after the mass feeding there closes. Then, there is no way to end the evening overlooking the sea. Except on the balcony, for which plastic chairs but there is no padding. This is not worthy of four stars. The pool is too small for the huge hotel, which is also in need of renovation. The rooms are very neat, the service staff friendly and the location for excursions very good (car rental is a great relief). The beach at Puerto Naos is nice, in the surroundings there are many beautiful bays with beaches far thereof.
