Beautiful hotel. Pictures do not do it justice at all. Staff fantastic and the area stunning. Lots of shops a d great food right outside the hotel. But the food in the hotel is delicious. The beach and port are magical.

Hotel with modest but very clean rooms with everything you need. Good location and great buffet, varied and quality food. Good deal, especially Jero, a restaurant, a charm.

The staff at the hotel was really great, super nice and helpful. The prices in the hotel bar and restaurant are cheap and the drinks are excellent. Unfortunately, the pool is not very nice. In addition, the rooms are old. There are also minus points for paid Wi-Fi (10€ / week) and the safe in the room (3€ / day). However, if you compare the prices, the price/performance ratio of the hotel is quite good. The other 4* hotels cost a lot more. The beach is really only 5 minutes away and it has a lot of shops, bars and shops around the corner.

Just returned from la cala after 10 marvellous days. From the minute we checked in till the minute we checked out we received the most friendly service possible, from the reception staff, the bar staff, the waiters, everyone. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was plentiful, varied and well cooked. Gluten free food was readily available. The location is central with bars, restaurants, shops all within easy walking distance. There are 2 lovely beaches only a 10 minute walk away. I can't speak too highly of La Cala and would recommend it to anyone.

Good Hotel 4 *. I traveled with the Imserso in 2.017. Friendly staff in all departments, especially in the dining room, with which I tried most, buffet great and varied. Perfect cleaning. Italian entertainer Very funny, I don't remember his name.

The La Cala is my favourite Hotel. However on our Last visit in September 2017 we were very disappointed with the Quality of the Evening Meals and has a frequent visitor it was noticeable that Quality and presentation were below previous stays. Hopefully this coming Season a new Chef will sort it out.

Acceptable in Hotel for the cost you have. Complicated and poorly indicated access. Ideal to go with children and not move from there. Buffet Faith Breakfast Acceptable.

A beautiful place to stay in Ibiza. With it being adults only it was a nice change to have grown up meals and not the usual free for all when with the children. The staff were so helpful and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. There was the usual rush for sun beds at 9:00 a. M. When the pool opened but even in the height of summer when we went there was always beds free. The rooms were spacious air conditioned and cleaned every day. We would go there again without hesitation.

The hotel is spotless. Having excellent cleaning procedures and staff. Actually excellent friendly, kind, professional staff throughout the hotel and reception. The food in the hotel left a lot to be desired. Such a shame!

Approx 180 bed adult only hotel, ideally situated close to the town and Marina. Food satisfactory and a good choice for the money. Free Wifi in the lounge although faster connection available in the room if you pay. Away from noisy clubs — beautiful area. The only downside was that at this time of the year (Oct) the sun didn't get directly to the pool area until early afternoon.

Lovely clean welcoming hotel. Plentiful food very good quality and friendly service. Lots of sunbeds. This hotel is perfectly situated for the marina, beach, shops and bars and restaurants and bus station. Also it's very peaceful and tranquil.

Loved it❤️. Staff were great and very accommodating. Food selection fabulous both at breakfast and dinner. Clean and fresh surroundings everywhere. Will definitely be back.

Love this hotel and the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. They are even cooking us paella Friday as a special request. Hotel is immaculate with plenty of lovely food. Would definitely recommend. Brilliant position also. Thank you :-)

Great hotel, very clean, lovely big room, friendly staff. We were half board and breakfast and dinner were very good. The pool area is lovely, most of guests are 50+ but not all. 5 minute walk to harbour, very central.

Nice clean place. Very friendly hospitable staff. Good food with a varied choice. I'm vegetarian and fared well here for 8 days on half board. Meat and fish were abundant. Air conditioning in the rooms. Nice clean pool. Quiet on a night. Beach and promenade only five minutes walk. Competitive supermarket two minutes away. Plenty of bars and cafes/eateries close by. What's not to like?

Advisable x couples and want to stay quiet great Hotel for adults and serious staff.

We stayed at this hotel in March 2015. A fantastic hotel, out of this world holiday. The staff were fantastic, and the hotel was spotless. The food was great we could not fault anything. We went with Imserso Holidays! So disappointed we can not get in this year 2016! Hope to get in next year 2017.

I counsel my friends. 4 is.

The hotel is well positioned for access to the marina, the departure point for ferries and the town centre. The staff are delightful — very friendly and always ready to help. The food is generally good, with plenty of choice and lots of fresh salads and fruit ;and the dining room service is swift and efficient. The pool and surrounding seating, however, are insufficient for the number of guests and consequently there is an undignified rush each morning to 'bag' the loungers, despite requests from the management advising against this! All of this pales into virtual insignificance beside the awfulness of the beds and pillows — it is like sleeping on a park bench whilst resting one's poor head on a sack of potatoes! The bed linen is cheap and the beds too close together. And this is billed as a four star hotel! Come on, Management — spend some money on upgrading the sleeping facilities! Who wants to come back from a sunshine holiday suffering from sleep deprivation and a bad back or strained neck? (or both) Either admit this is two star provision or get your act together and ensure the comfort of your paying guests. Buy new beds & pillows!

It seems not a four star!

Some say that this very well. But until it does not go I can't say whether I like or not. I hope that if, as I am not very delicate.
