Lovely hotel although agree this is more 4* than 5. It’s very clean with lovely pool and helpful staff. The breakfast buffet is extensive with tons of choice and the rooms are well appointed and the beachfront with great restaurant options is close by.
Downside that it’s next to a canal which can get very smelly. Horrible smell of sulphur that you can smell when lying by pool. They said this was because of recent rains but it did affect our enjoyment of sunbathing.

Absolutely fabulous. We booked a Prestige Junior Suite for 7 nights and it was well worth the extra! The rooftop terrace and hottub were a great little treat! Great resort, fabulous views. Can't speak highly enough of staff.

Relaxed but attentive service from friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Never felt crowded, plenty of sun loungers (in or out of the shade) at all times of the day. Extensive buffet breakfast and dinner kept adults and children well fed for three days, but may feel a little repetitive if we stayed longer. Drinks prices are what you would expect in any 5 star hotel, but the cost of mineral water was extortionate (the local supermarket over the bridge does a roaring trade in water). I would have thought a hotel of this calibre could have provided complimentary drinking water. Rooms are spacious and spotless, the beds comfortable with a pillow menu available. Powerful showers and deep baths added to the experience. Reasonably sized terrace with a view over the pool, which I think most of the rooms have.

Great 5 star hotel with the most amazing breakfast buffet!

Very nice quiet hotel with a good location at the end of the promenade, where there are many restarants and small bars. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The staff is very polite and competent. At breakfast — and dinner buffet you will always find something delicious. Only the gym could be a little better equipped. All in all a very good holiday hotel to relax.

We have not stayed at the hotel so I can't comment on it. I'll focus on the spa and its facilities.
The treatment is great and very clean, the pool area is separated from the rest so noise is avoided if you want to relax. The area with water beds is great.
Massages are fine, it would still improve the cabins.
The bad point is that it lacks a little more maintenance. There was a closed room and some feeling showers that didn't work properly.
They provide you with a hat, towel and flip flops which is great. And there is also soap in the locker room showers and hairdryer.

Fantastic Hotel in a great Location in Santa Eulalia with equally fantastic Food. I will be happy to go back at any time.

Always friendly Staff in a good hotel. I am not a huge fan of buffets but defently the buffet here is always good, fresh and clean. Big choice of food. Will come back.

They would have to put the sign silent because it is a shame to have to sour the experience for a few people who enter into areas of relaxation and begin to gossip as if it were the neighborhood bar.
The spa deserves to be enjoyed for everyone, not just for the rude.

Luxury at an affordable price for residents, we tried the spa and despite being a bit crowded it was a great experience. Thermal circuit, Jacuzzi, cold water pool, three different saunas, water beds and tea.

Beautiful hotel and very attentive staff. However, the lack of evening entertainment and high hotel prices forced us to go elsewhere for food, drinks and entertainment. The hotel should really try and rectify this as it is missing out. Loved the hotel but don't think I'd go back for the above reasons.

Excellent 5 star contempory hotel. We've been visiting this hotel since it was built, and its style and no expense spared luxury is still as impressive as our first visit 12 years ago. The rooms are varying decent sizes, but all maintain the same high level of furnishings and finish, with a calming comfortable feel. The bathroom in our latest room is massive with double sinks, power shower and bath. Storage space is brilliant, with nice deep shelves and drawers, and plenty of hanging space. The TV is slightly small given the size of the room, but that really is a minor issue. Balcony's give views of either the pool or river (as ours did), or both in some cases. We were initially given a room that had none of these views, which was rectified with a herculean effort on our part, as there quite a bit of reluctance on the part of the reception staff. We almost opted to stay at another hotel, as this is not an ideal after a choppy ferry ride and a drive, or expected as repeat customers who actually requested room specifics while booking! The food is excellent, as good as if not better than any cruise or hotel we've experienced. All dining is buffet, which gives a nice casual and relaxed feel, although any dress code is sadly ignored by many. Breakfast is an outstanding array of food and drink, both hot and cold. The choice is amazing, with the best of produce available.

Stayed at the hotel last year and come back in exactly two weeks. A dream simply everything… We look forward to seeing you. Lg.

Beautiful hotel, really enjoyed our stay, difficult to fault. Food — varied, fresh and tasty, the desserts were to die for, top class restaurant standard. Rooms — spotless, comfortable and roomy, every need catered for. Staff — friendly, courteous, helpful and attentive. We will back!

It's really all right here. Top rooms. Top service. Very friendly. Private closed parking. Food could be some bissle better. No kids animation or something.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, good food, but far too quiet. No evening entertainment and the place is just dead. Drinks are very very expensive too, but perhaps the norm for a 5 star hotel.

Beautiful location, spectacular food and friendly staff. The food and drink (especially the buffet and bottled water) are VERY expensive so if you can I'd recommend all inclusive.

We visited the spa, a pleasure to relax your mind to not overpriced!

Went to enjoy the spa and the saunas and the truth that does not disappoint. It has 4 saunas and a water circuit which meets for a relaxing session of waters.

Located in ibiza, santa Eulalia del Río, two steps from the beach and 10 minutes from the center of the village. I was a few months ago in the Spa of the hotel and is very full, from saunas, pools of different temperatures, to streams of different methods. Highly recommended.

This a lovely place. The service here is wonderful and the people are attentive but not too intrusive. However, there are couple of negatives; 1. There is no provision to look after your child in the Nursery. If your child is under 5 you will have to stay and look after your children. On a positive note they have a wonderfully friendly invigilator in the nursery. 2. If you are given a Junior suite that faces the sea there is a problem. Near the balcony there is a small water inlet for boats, Unfortunately, the water is fairly stagnant and smells of putrification. We requested to be moved but they were unable to accommodate us and so the balcony doors remained shut. The buffet food for breakfast and dinner is superb and I agree with one of the earlier posts that the Half board is one of the best. The room internet charges are expensive but in years to come they will fall inline and offer it for free. BUT don't worry it is free and sufficiently fast in the lobby.

The rooms were huge and very comfortable and the buffet food was possibly the best I've seen in a hotel.
