We stayed in a two bedroom apartment at the Hotel and it was fantastic, very peaceful and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself was very clean and well equipped with stylish decorations and our balcony overlooked the sea.

We have been staying from the 21st to the 23rd of April, the hotel has been refurbished this 2018, we could not have selected better site, good location, attention of the excellent staff, cleanliness and hygiene products by courtesy of the hotel greats, very comfortable bed and the Very cool apartment, no doubt Repetiriamos in this same place.

It leaves a lot to be desired. They tricked us with the reservation. To win positions on a booking page they lowered the prices and more than a week later, when they were already on the TOP, we were informed that there was a mistake in the price. Instead of assuming their mistakes and leaving the room for the price we had paid, they wanted us to pagasemos the new price that was the previous one multiplied by 10 and we were not offered any other solution. Horrible deal with the staff. What is this about cheating customers and worrying about only their money? We are not to blame for your mistakes. I hope no one goes.

Rude staff who speak little English! Very Unhelpful. Plenty of other places on the island cheaper and worth the money — avoid.

Didn't meet our expectations at all. No services. Don't book with "breakfast included". The breakfast options are really poor. There is no buffet and only couple of options on the csrd. They clean your room and change towels every three days only! there is no phone in the room, if you would like to quickly ask something to the reception you have to either go there or call on your mobile. Also there is no receptionist after 8pm, so you cannot use any facilities or sit in the lobby for a cup of coffee. No watch by the indoor pool. Staff bearly speaks english and management is not willing to interact with clients. Noisy rooms. No Wi-Fi in certain areas. Venue is nice and seaview is oversold. Not worth it for the money they charge you. It is an apart hotel, but we paid exact amount for a 4-star hotel with full service!
