Despite the beautiful property the service was bad in my opinion.
When I arrived the room I had booked was not ready, first I was told there was a problem, then I knew it had been occupied by other people. The next day I requested my sea view room but they gave me one that, not only was it dirty (I found the floor and sheets dirty and in the bathroom two bottles of collagen… well) but it overlooked the ventilation engines of the whole hotel, and you could hear a loud noise of fans both day and night.
On the third day I finally had the room that was due to me that I found anyway small, especially the closet in which only one person could store his clothes inside. The room was equipped with a balcony with attached external light that turned on and off autonomously (centrally) ; if I wanted to look for something outside on the balcony at night I had to use the torch of the phone.
Room service didn't exist for the bar or for the restaurant, absurd.
When the restaurant closes and the bar also closes the solarium and courtyard, so when you come back in the evening you can only go up to the room or sit in the dark in the lobby.
One night they forgot to give us towels for the shower and, after our complaint, they told us that they could not give it to us and that anyway we had to go and get them.
From a 4th hotel I expected moooolto more for this I gave a star.
The only positive note goes to the bar that makes crazy cocktails and the staff always available.
