Stayed here with my boyfriend for 3 nights. We thought it was ideally located as it wasn't too close to the parties but not too far that you couldn't walk it. Hotel itself is lovely too and breakfast was very good to be fair!

We stayed a week in June at this property located in San Antony Bay, finding ourselves really well. The hotel is located in the quieter area of San Antony and far from the main clubs frequented exclusively by English. The property is newly built and the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful also to give us information about the places or beaches to visit during our stay. Finally I did not put the fifth star just to eat, in fact although the quality of the eating was good the choice of dishes was very limited. I think I'm going back obviously in less crowded times.

Great hotel, good spacious rooms, the view is just fine not great though. The best part is you get free access to the ocean beach resort which have the best parties in Ibiza. The pool was clean and the staff was quite helpful :-)

No complaints I picked another hotel at first then read a few reviews on this hotel something told me to change it so I booked at THB NAECO Perfect! staff are amazing friendly and helpful hotel is clean and a good space location is ideal everything was a stone throw away enjoyed my 5day vacation and I will be sure to tell others about this hotel breakfast was good alk inclusive si you cant complain about free food lol …

Unusual for me, a holiday stay rather than being in a hotel for work. I get the iron reference when here for work, otherwise you really aren't on holiday if that bothers you so much. Clean, modern hotel, ticks my main requirements and shower is good. Would stay again in a heartbeat. No sneeze guards on the breakfast buffet though, so probably just as well I only have coffee in the mornings. Edit: some of the night staff can be quite rude, lose a star.

Poorly organised. One iron for the whole hotel so getting a hold of one is painfully frustrating. Leek under sink which I had to fix my self and on arrival on check-inn we had been given two differant rooms which still had people in them and staff were unclear of who or what rooms were occupied and this is ment to be the quiet season. Other than that good location, clean and tidy but not good enough.

The hotel is very well located on the island and has stunning views of the sea and the sunrise. The pool is good enough to relax for complete day and the pool party are great. The room are clean, spacious with comfortable and cosy beds. The complementary breakfast is good.

This is a beautiful hotel. It's far enough away from all the madness but close enough if you fancy that scene. Reception staff were so helpful and rooms were spotless and cleaned every day. Breakfast was fantastic, however the older man on the coffee counter was very rude! Could take a few tips on how to have manners for paying customers. Overall hotel was a bit expensive but then again you pay for what you get. We would choose this hotel again. So thank you for making it a pleasant experience.

Quiet hotel for sun and seaview lover's, great breakfast, friendly staff. Wi-Fi at third floor didn't work, however, and the design is too much in your face. New light switches with three-step-touch had only one stop: way too bright light. Goodol' dimming would do the job way better. Pretentious place, but excellent breakfast, and nice staff made me smile.

A great place to stay if you're after somewhere peaceful to stay whilst remaining within walking distance from bars/clubs/restaurants etc. Very helpful and friendly staff and great fresh food served daily. Would recommend for couples!

Very nice hotel, great breakfast and very good location if you don't want to stay in the middle of the party mile. Could have been a little cleaner but otherwise everything top.

Stayed for 6 days in the end of May 2017
Amazing breakfast with omelette station and plenty of meat and fruit. I did like the pools it was quite and no dj. Stayed in an even number room looking over the pool was quite a great view. You can find plenty of different types of food just down the steps from the hotel. American, greek, Indian, Chinese, and Italian. There's also a store that is basically always open with beer liquor and anything you may have forgotten to bring. The frot desk will print tickets to any event you buy tickets online for just email it to them. Taxi is easy to get just ask front desk takes less then 5 minutes. Cost about 30 euros from airport. For the amount of money we paid to stay here per night I don't think it was worth it. Staff was pretty rude especially the night staff. Tom and security guard seemed to just generally hate people. When we came back late (it's a 6 hour time difference from usa, hard to get to sleep early) the staff were very unhappy even telling our 2 female friends one night while coming in the door "they better be quite or they are going to be sleeping outside". Don't think you'll be able to bring anyone who doesn't have the hotel wrist band into your room at night, that's not aloud. The pool lifeguard repeatedly hit on the girls in our group even asking one to take her top off from across the pool and proceeded to show us his nipple. All of the pool furniture is so uncomfortable and the pool showers didn't work.

Stay: 5/24 — 5/29. Trips to Ibiza: 2. Number of guests in our group: 11 people in 6 rooms. The Good: Modern style, good view of harbor, several food options in front, great rain shower head, good breakfast, free Wi-Fi. The Bad: Beds are solid as a rock, uncomfortable pool chairs, dirty pool the birds have no fear of drinking from, no ice machine, odd numbered rooms have poor view. The Ugly: Poor Customer Service. Life Guards will repeatedly hit on the girls daily, Security won't boot out the sunglass/drug sales ppl on the front step but patrols the halls telling guests to keep music, tv, or conversation down when it's not even 11am, night desk staff extremely rude and even accused our 2 guests in the group of being prostitutes! After the second time they tried visiting walking in with our group at 9pm a different set of desk staff made them tear up and fear coming back to the hotel! (But drug dealers still on front steps? ) Requests to day staff for help acted like it was a big inconvenience at times though they would not be verbally rude compared to night staff. The poor customer service was a regular discussion with the American and British guests at the pool daily. Conclusion: Pay the extra few bucks and stay at THB Ocean or any of the other hotels closer to the strip with even better views of the water.

Food not so great. Drug dealers outside of the hotel. If you bring friends be prepared to have Tom call them "hookers. " Staff is extremely rude. The patio door would not lock and we asked repeatedly to get it changed and it was not resolved. Pool is extremely dirty and although is says adults only, kids were present. Looks like it was renovated but with cheap furniture and staff definitely needs to be trained on BASIC customer service skills.

Really nice, super clean rooms. Amazing breakfast. Super nice staff, sea view rooms all have balconies with perfect views. Would definitely stay here again.

Very good experience in this hotel. Staff and room service are perfect. Food is succulent. I give an extra star to the reception and restaurant staff. They are doing an amazing job ✌

A nice hotel with a nice view of the port of Sant Antonio. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is a 20-minute walk from the centre.

Location is in the bay but still only 15 mins from town by foot or by boat.

Exceptional treatment of the staff of the hotel, direction, waitresses, kitchen, reception…
The food because it is what it is but we had a stay of the more comfortable.
