Best hotel ever! Greet ambiance, fantastic people!

I highly recommend the Alua Hawaii Hotel. The rooms are large & modern & kept very clean. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely amazing with so much choice & the bar is really well run. The daily activities are really fun & we'll thought out. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to the beach & sunsets are unbelievable!

This is a fantastic hotel very clean and the staff were brilliant very helpful and friendly I would definitely recommend. The food and drinks were fantastic so much choice and variety I really enjoyed my stay here it was lovely.

Fabulous hotel, rooms, food and pool. Though not so good pool opening time. 10 am too late. Great place to walk out, left or right. Would definately come again.

Very lovely hotel and surrounding area. Very clean and tidy everywhere you walk. Hotel rooms are very spacious and good variety of food each night, only downside is the pool area only opens 10am to 6pm. lovely adult only sunset bar to sit n chill with a lovely cocktails.

Came here just last night after leaving another close by hotel. Rooms clean & comfortable. Staff friendly. Food beautiful. Lovely facilities especially the adult sunbathing area and chilled out adult bar.

Beautiful hotel very friendly staff.

Wow what a location 😍. Food and rooms are good sunbeds are out of this world so comfortable and plenty of them. Pool a little small and if things got busy I think it would be to small. Adult only roof terrace looking over the sea is amazing. All in all a fantastic place to stay love it.

Would be nice to have some music round the pool area otherwise good food lots of choice entertainment is good and being so close to the beach is a bonus.

The holiday over all was amazing the hotel was brilliant the view is beautiful/ romantic it is nice and quiet with a beautiful view of the boats in the harbours.

I've Just got back from The Hotel Hawaii I've been to this Hotel many times it is well run friendly staff very clean and the food is brilliant I would highly recommend this Hotel.

The hotel was very good. Everything except one thing I give him only one star: the animation guy doesn't speak Spanish. So our 3-year-old son couldn't have fun at the hotel any more than using the pool. Too bad everything else is great.

Despite the beautiful property the service was bad in my opinion.
When I arrived the room I had booked was not ready, first I was told there was a problem, then I knew it had been occupied by other people. The next day I requested my sea view room but they gave me one that, not only was it dirty (I found the floor and sheets dirty and in the bathroom two bottles of collagen… well) but it overlooked the ventilation engines of the whole hotel, and you could hear a loud noise of fans both day and night.
On the third day I finally had the room that was due to me that I found anyway small, especially the closet in which only one person could store his clothes inside. The room was equipped with a balcony with attached external light that turned on and off autonomously (centrally) ; if I wanted to look for something outside on the balcony at night I had to use the torch of the phone.
Room service didn't exist for the bar or for the restaurant, absurd.
When the restaurant closes and the bar also closes the solarium and courtyard, so when you come back in the evening you can only go up to the room or sit in the dark in the lobby.
One night they forgot to give us towels for the shower and, after our complaint, they told us that they could not give it to us and that anyway we had to go and get them.
From a 4th hotel I expected moooolto more for this I gave a star.

Very cosy, stylish hotel with a very rich breakfast. My room was sea view. I give him three stars, because the room cleaning service was not excellent, it is also I had to remember myself in reception to clean the room, because in two circumstances they did not come. When I asked him at the front desk, they always told me they sent me the waitress. But no one came.

Lovely hotel. Right on the beach, kids club amazing. Entertainment staff great with the children. Food good variety. Quiet family hotel. Very clean, all staff very friendly and accommodating. 2nd visit for all our family, will definately return. Daniel. Abby and Monica are just amazing so friendly nothing a problem to them.

Hotel amazing, food amazing, location amazing. Loving it! Rooms are very clean, the staff are really fantastic and so friendly. Abby and Daniel from the entertainment team really make it! They are so good at their job, always laughing and fun to be around. I'll be back here, several people I've spoken to have returned every year, one family I spoke to are on their 8th year at this hotel so that says it all really!

Arrived at the hotel at night. There was no water in the hotel, no one warned about it when checking in. There was no way to wash before going to bed. On the stairs slept stubborn attendees, passing along the embankment of the swell happily pissed one of the restaurant tables.

First time we were here. We been given wrong room but following morning everything was fixed in no time. Great atmosphere, great members of stuff, very polite and always there to help. No matter how big or small your problem is. A lot to do around as the hotel is in a great location. People at the bar are always smiling and great knowledge of drinks, in the evenings there's always a show for kids and than for adults. Would highly recommend using this hotel while here in Ibiza! Thank you.

Nice, friendly staff, nice and helpful. Beautiful terraces from where you can admire the sunset. The area though in the summer a little too famous for the drunk British is very quiet and livable in May. Great for families.

We have just left this fantastic hotel after our 6 day all inclusive stay. We are sad to be leaving, but will be back for sure. Buffet was superb. Staff throughout the whole hotel are so helpful and accommodating. Great fun here and very well kept facility. Location spot on too. All in all we had the best time. Thanks for everything.

The hotel is correct but there are things that justify my score. The air conditioner did not work, I was told at the front desk that it was because they had just opened. I think it's great, if they are not ready to open, or at least not charge me the full rate. Finally the food is ranch for Guiris, much variety poor quality. He's got a star on the hotel.

Me and my fiancé are attending Ibiza in this hotel in September for our honeymoon! Edit: Lovely place, especially the personnel who are very friendly and helpful.

Couldn't have booked a better hotel. Travelling solo to Ibiza for my first time, this hotel was perfect for location, atmosphere and cleanliness. Staff friendly. Nice mix of people staying. Defo recommend.

I hope to repeat next year all over the world said that by being in San Antonio was not worth but the hotel is exceptional from the time you arrive until you go all limpisimo team of workers very friendly and attentive great views from the room superb sunsets imaginable from the terrace and up to your beach almost particular jajajajaja has exceeded my expectations and more who say that the food is repeated or there are many foreigners is that you do not want to enjoy an idyllic holiday thanks to Hotel HAWAII IBIZA.

The hotel compared with other hotels of the island that we have visited of the same category, we found that it was quite to improve. It is an expensive hotel (we went in high season) and that is why you expect a deal of quality. To start, we chose full board. At breakfast we found a pastry expired (although you're not going to die for it, this means that the foods are not fresh), in the dinners and meals the quality of the food was lousy: mashed about, cold meats were of the lowest quality possible (all chope, mortadella, york and ham "serrano" that you use for stewing), as well as mussels (skeletal), and other meats. Almost nothing fresh. Besides having little variety in the meals (nothing to do with meals that offer hotels as the Melia), which was our surprise when we say that the drinks are not included, neither so if you want to water. I had to pay extra fee! We told the waiter it was very expensive to bring water to an island (because the prices were abusive) I seem to remember that it was 3, 90 by having a free bar of soft drinks and water machine, so we opted to ask for individual bottled water that was more cost-effective. The desire collection of the hotel was what struck me the most, had to pay for Wi-Fi (4 euros per day, per course, for only one device) if you wanted to do with the that you offering in the hall, you expected a slow internet and desperate. At the bar, a glass of coca-cola FAUCET it cost a whopping 2.

This hotel is amazing. Every thing is spot on! Spotlessly clean, fabulous food, entertainment is good. Staff work very hard and will do the best to keep the clientele happy. The only thing I can fault is the weather, but that cant be helped. So happy to be in this fantastic hotel.

+ Nice hotel, rooms clean and modern, good breakfast choice, friendly pool bar staff. Located away from much of the the craziness on the strip/seafront. — Not bike/cyclist friendly. No place to store bikes in hotel. Not allowed in room or on Balcony. When I asked where I could place my almost new carbon rented roadbike (~>€3k worth) I was told to chain it to a post outside hotel! I will yeah.

We stayed in the Neptune but they sent us to dinner at Hawaii. The truth is that the food for both my as my partner seems to us wonderful. Very varied and rich.

A hotel with a service and very pleasant staff. The food is good and varied and the first line of the sea. The promenade in front of the hotel which leads you to the central area.

All Inclusive Guest — Great hotel with amazing sunset views. Basic room and facilities are of a decent standard and the entire hotel is very clean. Poolside bar and pool area is friendly and still able to relax here even in the busier summer holiday period. I wish the adults only bar was open all day though! 1 on site restaurant with a wide variety of choice, much the same as most other Spanish AI buffet style restaurants.

Spectacular hotel and amazing service at the buffet from the entire team of waiters and cooks, especially the head of the kitchen and huge chef FRANCISCO JAVIER GAMIZ NUÑEZ, we will repeat insurance!

I am here now on my 7th visit to this hotel… this is quite simply my favourite place on earth. To make the most of it you need a sea view room but look at my photo, its just beautiful here. Staff are always friendly and helpful, Oscar remembers us every year! Rooms are lovely and clean, food is good, and the beer is cold.! We'll be back here for year's to come. Damon Kenny.

We spent a week at this hotel and enjoyed it very much. The rooms are large, bright and modern in style. The offer in the restaurant is very British but you still find something that tastes good. The buffet was very plentiful and it was always replenished very quickly. The only point of criticism is the service in the Chillout bar. The two ladies who worked there in the evening were not really trying. Only with guests without an all inclusive band did they come to the tables and have accepted orders for drinks. For guests with AI, only the empty glasses were cleared. Very different at the other bar. The staff were very helpful. Especially I have to mention Inci here. She really ran the chopping sore. And was always friendly. No matter how crowded the bar was.
But otherwise it was a really nice week in a really nice hotel.

Just spent a lovely week at the Hawaii. Very friendly staff, excellent food and very clean. My only complaints would be shortage of mirrors near plug sockets in the room, not enough umbrellas for the sunbeds and the queueing for sunbeds from 8.00am! Other than that, would definitely recommend. My favourite place at the hotel was the Sunset Chillout bar, very relaxing with beautiful sunsets.

We loved it there are many hotels in the area but its staff make it a shoo-in for the stay. Thanks a lot.

Good hotel, great staff and the best views of San Antonio.

We are on our last day at the Hawaii Hotel. 2 complaints, not enough sunbed umbrellas and mirror shortage in the room. That's it. The hotel is very clean, very friendly staff who act swiftly to clear tables. The food is great, the rooms are lovely, clean and cleaned everyday. My 2 little complaints are minimal, it's a great place to stay and I fully recommend it to anyone. We would Def come again. It should be a 5 star hotel.

I went to Hawaii hotel Palma nova last July and we're coming to Hawaii Ibiza on August 15. Loved the last hol can't wait for this one looks stunning!.

We went there in October 2013 and everything was simply amazing, the staff was very friendly and helped us with everything, the food was lovely and had everything that surrounds you what you need, defiantly will be back soon to listen to.

Going here end of June, see you soon.

2 years in a row we, ve been there , and still not disapponited, got to be one of the views from any hotel RECOMMENDED :).

The staff are very nice. The visitor is from very young to very old clientele. So you can slide a ruige ball so between the party nights. The beach is about 10 metres away. ( (I would book there again my holidays) ).
