Gorgeous. Maybe a little ‘ old school’ for us in honesty. However — gorgeous room and location and lovely staff. X.

A cozy place nice terrace near the port of Ibiza completely refurbished. Worth seeing. You have to have a good enough expensive pocket but everything there is recommended but you have to go prepared.

Street facing rooms are noisy. Charming historic building, lovely staff.

While staying at this hotel, we found the service rude and unhelpful. Not so much the staff, but the management. I will highlight just a few issues: 1. When the room was cleaned items that should be thrown away were left. I had a better room clean in the Premier Inn. It will take 10 to 15 minutes to get served when waiting in the lounge/bar. This even my wife and I returned to the hotel to have a night cap before retiring to bed. We returned at 11.20pm and was told the bar was closing. We explained we were staying at the hotel. The waitress said she had to check with the hotel manager. She returned and said the manager will not serve you as the bar is closed! Yet he was still pouring drinks for people not staying at the hotel. I would not ever stay at this hotel or it's partners in the future. If the management can treat its customers like this, this type of customer service is probably throughout all their hotels.

Spectacular! Friday night was great thanks to the atmosphere and the music.

Great Service, superb rooms (unless you have one inwards. Then they are still nicely appointed but obviously have no view at all but an opaque window). Restaurant is fabulous and they play nice Ibiza club music.

This hotel and its charming hall was my favorite for quality, service, charm, and price, but they have gone the pot up price. This time I have charged almost double in half! In less than a year, prices have risen outrageous. At least the booze.

Came here again this year. Service is even worse than last year. Brought US cold water for the tea, and charged us things that we didn't order. Awful.
Today I came back and unfortunately the service has been even worse. Water from him cold, the waiter was wrong 6 times and they charged us things that we did not ask in the account, we have gone without claiming not to lengthen the unfortunate spectacle; Now we do not return OLD review: Although traditionally the people of the island went to the cafeteria of this hotel to eat chocolate with churros, with the last renovation has been lost a lot in product quality and service. Watery Chocolate and bumpy/lumpy churros.

I want to talk about their restaurant when they started it had a good variety of tonics and now almost no service to be reminded much and the food is very deficient the truth that started well and have come down quickly.

I am a Hilton Honors member and this is one of the worst Hiltons I've stayed in. The staff truly doesn't care. Fire alarm went off, no explanation. My Hilton perks weren't given to me. I had to wait 20 mins on check-in just so they could put an extra $100/night hold on my card for incidentals without my consent. Comfortable, clean room, but everything else was below Hilton standards. And the photos are so tacky and offensive.

Pleasant staff, very professional. Both of the new ladies at the desk were great. Clean hotel, fun design, good location.

Very well located hotel in Ibiza, we had the room 304 and it was very spacious and well decorated. The view was good and the service excellent. I would come back for sure.

A classic makes a come back. Stayed in room 210 I'm March 17 for one night on a business trip. The room is nicely appointed (excellent bed), funky details and nice bathroom all in white marble. The reception is a small counter nestled in the bar which has a great vibe as it feel like a night club or a cool New York or London restaurant. The renovation has been done with great care keeping the old facade whlist creating a great & swanky hotel product inside. The only disappointment was a quite limited and over priced room service. Will go back if staying in Ibiza center.

Attention big work to Raz of the hotel there is at least for QLQ months… notice to Amateurs!
Excellent Hotel.

Beautifully renovated. Pretty expensive. But chic atmosphere. Splendid. Very nice terrace and courteous service.

When we arrived a cockroach greeted us with a big hello, the man at the desk didn't seem to mind, we had booked and paid in advance, for a reason, our room didn't look anything like the pictures, the pictures are misleading, when we walked into our room we dubbed it the suicide room because once you go in you will have no second thoughts about finishing yourself off, the walls are grey the bed horrible, you can hear your neighbours talking and the noise from the street is very very loud! On the TV you only have sports (if you like football) We had booked for two nights when we left in the morning the man at the desk did not seem supprised at all that we were leaving and actually charged us €3 for a tiny bottle of water which prob cost only 10cents, we happily paid it to be out of this insect filled, grey, filthy dump that claims to be a hotel, if you want to end it all this is the place!

Do I spent it great days that I was there, k can I ask for more? jajajja. The hotel to sleep and a little something more but in general this bn.
