Okay hotel. Rooms were disappointing. Closer to airport and very near the beach. Location is pretty good. Walking distance to old towne and marina. However room was very basic. Rooms have a mini fridge so you can stock it. We had trouble with bathroom. Every time a shower was taken it would get flooded literally. It’s a budget hotel and there are good restaurants near the beach to have dinner/ lunch.

Fantastic experience. Loved everything about this hotel! 2 minutes from the beach — very tranquil and safe at night compared to some of the busier hotspots nearby, although if you're interested in those it's also only a 20min walk to Playa den Bossa, or a five minute cab-ride. Affordable hotel with very friendly staff and extremely comfortable beds.

Nice Location clean and comfortable courtesy and kindness on the part of the staff in particular the Reception (Rita) …

Very friendly structure clean and comfortable rooms, a good breakfast. It was the first time we visited this beautiful island and thanks to the advice of the reception guys Ali Rita and Fabrizio we visited the most beautiful places of the island thanks also to their valuable advice to rent a car with a company that as prices and Service offered was really invaluable advice. What about if I return to Ibiza for sure I will already know where to stay.

Hotel Basic but organized and very well located. It was a very clean and comfortable room. The most important detail was the staff… Always available and attentive to all the needs of the customers. Rita an Italian girl at the reception, she made sure that I did not miss anything, always polite, helpful and with a sense of professionalism. This was my first experience in the island but definitely to repeat, I recommend the hotel because compared to many others it wins on the value for money and with the staff, you really feel at home!

We loved our stay in hotel central playa in the beautiful ibiza, the rooms were clean bright and fresh and right by the beach! Staff are super helpful and welcoming, especially Belen she is amazing!

It was a beautiful experience staying at this hotel, maximum cleanliness staff welcoming… All very beautiful.

The room was really old and smelly, when I asked for room change they refused, I had to go to a decent hotel, losing the money paid for that disgusting garret.

Part of the staff bad; Little Nice, disorganized. Quite clean and spacious room. To connect to Wi-Fi (I think) you need to have Facebook and let X application post on your behalf.

The reality is very far from the photos! The rooms and furniture are horribly dilapidated and the cleanliness is not at the rendezvous. On arrival the first room that was assigned to us reeked of cigarettes, and the second the sheets and towels were dirty (stains, hair, …). The bathroom radiator was in a unspeakable condition… the bathtub was clogged and the cleaning was not done from one day to the other. To top it off, the last night, several rooms have made noise, the rooms are not soundproof! We had to call the reception 2fois for the noise to decrease a bit. For this off-season price, I have seen hotels/agroturismo on Ibiza much better held than that. It is shameful to dare to propose rooms in this state! Especially don't go!

06/11/2017 today is the last few weeks to forget the number of stay hotel in the Playa, I booked in the booking is a twin room, this twin room is not the first reservation, before also lived several times. We all know that in the Ibiza hotel or hotel in addition to the room costs are also to pay a sightseeing fee, and the tourist fees are calculated by the number of a room. I've always been one person, but today I was a hotel in the playa of the front desk, a male staff inexplicably to me received two tourist fee, I questioned why the male staff received two people sightseeing time, the male staff to my reply is my reservation is a twin room, so we have to charge two people sightseeing, please! I am not the first time to stay in hotel and the Playa, before the two-bed room to receive a tourist fee. Oh, my God! What is this, a rule? This is simply into your own pocket! Stay in hotel and the Playa several times, this situation is the first time, let me instantly to the hotel Playa Good disappointment, can only think of unlucky, next time will not stay this still have to seriously consider. Please be sure to pay more attention when you check in here!

Good location. Great for short stays. A magnificent staff that in addition to education and courtesy, are involved in solving any problems you might have. Good facilities, fully effective.

The view from the room, 6th floor, was really good, direct sea view. The room is big, and also because it was off season, it was really a bargain. The location is perfect, a lot of cool restaurants around, and also super market down. The service was good. The sound proofing is so bad, I could hear the people next room brushing their teeth, while I am still in bed, really needs some kind of isolation also to the street side. The room didn't have a water boiler, and also down in reception, could boil water, I had get some plastic cups and heat water up in the microwave.

Hotel Noisy chair on tile door etc… no answer to our mail.

I enjoyed my stay here very much! it's really nice location less than one minute to the beach… The staff in hotel is very nice and friendly… and breakfast was very delicious! When I come back to Ibiza town I definitely choose this hotel again… I recommend it!

It's been 5 years since my wife and I come to this hotel that has given us unforgettable moments and memories… Belen at the front desk is really nice and puts a good mood to start the day well. I have been a customer of the hotel for years, the guys at the reception know them all and I particularly point out the ability of problem solving, sympathy and care of the clients of Mr. At Ana Belen but are also valid the other more recent acquisition Paulina and Romina.
An older hotel with basic amenities, everything works, clean, varied breakfast, healthy and plentiful and what is cooked is great, plus fresh fruit and natural and fresh fruit juices.
Only flaw: We agree that it is an island where the FIESTA reigns, however, despite being an area of hotels, this year more than ever the strong noise of the activity of recycling garbage separated 3 times a night, cleaning night roads 2 times a Week, and also being front of the taxi station, taxi drivers all night alternate screaming and making jokes aloud without brakes because there is no sign on the street either by the public administration or by the hotels for Keeping a low volume, everything prevents a decent night's rest because the noise never ends.
Only solution: Get back from the nightclubs in the morning and sleep like a rock overturned by the fatigue!

Travelled with my mum and daughter to Ibiza and it was my second time at this hotel after 10 years. It was a very good experience and I would recommend it. Excellent location, clean, the nice staff went the extra mile, especially a guy called Jose (friendly and polite) and the breakfast was also fine. Overall it was certainly an unforgettable experience for my little girl and my mum. Thanks.

The room is probable below average. Not overly clean. We paid as extra 45 euros for a late check out (3pm) due to one guest being ill. But still got woken up at 11am being asked to check out.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to the centre of Ibiza, 50 meters from the beach of Figueretas and 100 meters from the bus stops that lead all over the island. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed Belen. The structure is a little dated.

Excelent room, quite big and with an amazing view over the sea. Bathroom geometrically weird (you have to close the door to access the toitet and bathtub). Clean room, comfortable bed. Hotel swimming pool a bit too small but the view was nice as well. Good breakfast with a lot of variety. Very convenient localization close to many restaurants and the beach. I will surely return to the hotel on my next trip to Ibiza.

The hotel is located in a very noisy street, where people are lingering over midnight doing loud that force you to keep the windows closed to limit a little the trouble without being able to do that much. In addition, groups of young hotel guests stop late in the evening (always over midnight), along the corridors of the structure talking loudly with sounding laughter, all disturbing in great way the rest. The cleanliness of the room is poor and defaulting, we also found the bed with the blanket pulled up without having the sheets fixed. Also there was a mix-up with the reservation and after spending two months with continuous written and telephone communications to the property, (at first they seemed indulgent and kind), they stopped responding not only to me but they avoided giving explanations Even to the carrier used to make the reservation. I do not recommend it to avoid.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My friend and I stayed there and one night she went to bed early and she had the only hotel key. The staff was very kind and let be borrow the master key to get into my room! I would definitely stay here again. When the beach gets too lively, it's nice to go to the hotel pool on the roof and relax.

The room had a bad smell and the bathroom was absolutely just clean with bathtub whose drain was slow and not very functional. Totally unsatisfactory.

After having a cockroach in my room for two days in the bathroom after housekeeping was in my room. I told front desk. It was cleared on the last day of my stay. The cleaning was not very good. Forgot to clean wash basin, to leave a new bar of soap, to take away cockroach. I did get a note on the eve before departure with an apology and a basket of fruit & cava. I did appreciate it. I am not sure if I will be back. I was on the first floor & the noise from the big trucks clearing trash & bottles was annoying every morning. Also there was drilling at 7:30 — 8:00 in the hotel close to my room. Staff is wonderful!

It is a good hotel! and the best thing is q has the taxi stand in the door!

Modest but nice beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel which is in a fantastic location right by a lovely beach, close to a few restaurants and bars which overlook the beach and about 15 minutes walk to Ibiza Town. The hotel was excellent value for money and whilst fairly basic everything was clean and in good condition. It exceeded my expectations. We didn't use the pool as it was not quite hot enough at the beginning of May, but it looked nice enough.

Habitación grande, algo antigua, y con mucho olor a recién pintado. Desde la planta 5 se oye todo el ruido de la calle.

If you have little money go to this hotel. But you don't go.

We just just arrived. And our comments is painful.
The area is quite controversial (night becomes in the Chinese District of Figueretes) day is a typical tourist area.
Breakfast already better avoid comments.
And already the high of highs, we had to change hotel by invasion of cockroaches!
I do not recommend it for anything.!.!
