Our first chance to travel in 2 years!
We loved this hotel, its beachfront with a beautiful pool.
All rooms have air conditioning and power shower.
The receptionist was so lovely too.
No children are at this hotel and it has a really chilled vibe.
Pool bar was an added bonus, great cocktails Woukd definatley stay again.

Very nice place one of the few hotels to have a private garden right by the sea with large quiet pool and comfortable sunbeds.

Very recommended property! I enjoyed the food, the location (close to the airport, to Dalt Villa and to the port) and mostly the kindness of the staff!
I will definitely come back!

Great location 15 minutes walk to the old town. Nice hotel and adults only.

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is located farther away from the main beach area but it's still walking distance. It's close to the old City walls which are pretty neat. The bed seemed to slide right left and sideways every time you tossed & turned. I think some rubber feet coasters or a rug under the bed would greatly improve that aspect of the room… since a bedframe on wood/laminate is just going to do that.

Quiet hostel with good views in the upper part of the city of Ibiza.

Quiet and clean place, friendly people and noble rooms OK! Very comfortable beds.

The lady of the reception, which I actually think is the owner, could not be more edge. Part of not providing a taxi, or a breakfast as god commands, we were struck by music at 5 in the afternoon in the room. Definitely a place not to go back for their treatment so inexperienced and so unfortunate.

First off, if you have more than a backpack, take a cab to this hotel. I had a large suitcase and a small bag, by the time I got to the room I had to shower and straighten by back. The public bus has a stop down near the town center, its about a 5 min walk, since the area is hilly it was really tough to walk with luggage. The check-in was nice, the guy spoke English and provided all the info of Ibiza we requested. If your staying more than a night here, they only bill you for a night in advance so you have to pay for the remainder of your stay at check-in. The staff rotates quite often and some of them didn't speak English, so had to pull out Google translator to help. Try to get a room facing the entrance the view was amazing. The hotel is near the town square and the port. I wish I would have rented a car, since it really helps getting around town, parking near the hotel also was an option per the guy at the front desk. The one big downside of this place is that there was no Elevator.

This was the most awful experience we have ever encountered in all of our travels. The reception staff were unwelcoming, rude and not willing to help us at all. They first started arguing with us in spanish and didn't speak more than 5% of English. As we were sleeping in the mid morning when they arrived to clean our room on both days, they refused to give us clean towels from reception saying they cannot give us clean towels. We had to use the same towels for swimming showering for all of the four days. The aircon did not work and when we called they spoke spanish over the phone and then hung up. We believe it was controlled from reception in the family run business. They also refused to have our friend present as three girls travelling and one had her separate accommodation and we were willing for them to call and confirm this. As no one but who is sleeping in the room is allowed to enter the hotel. They refused to call a taxi service saying they would be too busy and refused to write the number down for us. We couldn't get a refund as they said no refunds allowed and had to stay as we had no other accommodation in the town at a days notice. Beds uncomfortable. Out dated. They also made us give them the key each time we left the room. No safety boxes either for our personal valuables. The worst vibe and feel. Please thoroughly review your accommodation choices prior to booking in your travels. We wish we did.

Hostal normal and current. If you were not in Ibiza the normal price of the room would be 30 €, to be where it is multiplied by up to 6 the price, coming in at 200 € / night. Does not have a lift. In the cafeteria do not have any drink lactose-free or vegetable.

My experience in the "hotel"leaves a lot to be desired… the receptionist of the afternoon is quite despota and it seems that you're forgiving the life. The room is pretty crappy and on top of xon pretty noises (badly soundproofed) will not leave nor take the key to buy… anything recommended.

Very nice, facilities comfortable, clean, pool, great service, a 7-minute walk from the port of ibiza.

Very good location, courteous attention although perhaps a little cold. The breakfast is good despite being simple and with the same variety on a daily basis.

Hotel clean towels changed everyday even ones that we borrow for the beach, bed a little hard but pool nice and quiet environment, noted the Hill monte and get every time a 10 min walk from the port of ibiza, breakfast not very good and the anticommerciale practice of the minibar fridge has exclusive use of the hotel otherwise friendly.

The worse treatment given to me ever, it is the worst hotel that I have stayed, never in a hotel well seen a deal customers with so much harassment and offense, they made us pay a deposit by a mini bar that first night broke, according to them, since we saw him enter the room, but already not returned it back from dinner When under my partner to ask, commented you on was spoiled and we lost the deposit, when or if you want to open it, but this does not end here, the lights didn't work well, many lamps promptly, not to mention the hygiene bath… The treatment of our customers person was unpleasant and grotesque.
They caught my attention by a badly parked bike that wasn't mine… We were not the only unhappy customers, we saw as they asked for leaves of claim… The only good thing that has is the location, otherwise I give a — 9, on a scale from 0 to 10. No doubt I will repeat, but I have very clear that I will not this hotel, never! In this case only by the treatment, it created that it is worth paying a little more!
