First holiday alone, great, clean place, good food and attentive staff, the Spaniards are always so friendly. I'll be back ✌

Service lady broke my daughters ipad screen. The manager said it was my fault. I should have put it in the save. She was hostile and agressive. I never felt so humiliated in my whole life.

Excellent location as a starting point for tours and excursions, acceptable prices, quiet area.

The place is quiet and very well located, but the deal we have received from the front desk staff leaves a lot to be desired. The facilities are pretty good but our room had damps and the bathroom walls were stained. You have to pay extra for all services, including some basics such as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Good service, very friendly. Would come again.

Not as good as last year… clean but not that clean. Its undergoing renovations so fingers crossed they pull if off. The pool was clean but not heated. Staff are friendly and helpful. Tennis was good. Kids play park was clean but small. The restaurant was really good, good selection of fish and meat with mountains of salads with a good variety of drinks on offer.

Very quiet location, with very good bus connection. Very good food, great staff. The facilities in our bungalow were unfortunately partly taken away. Also the surroundings, amusement park, cinema or shopping, no Proble! The beach is about 30 minutes away.

Great bungalows with roof terrace. Clean and compact with everything you need. Need to have clean towels changed more often and old guys on reception were miserable and unfriendly.

Little green and the lawns are artificial. They heat up very much in the event of intense sun exposure. The bungalows are partly built very close to each other and from the bedroom window you will inevitably hear the conversations from the neighbour on the terrace. In addition, some bungalows are directly on the fence to the street. Many are very familiar with moisture stains. The décor is ok though and they are quite spacious. The cleaning of our bungalow was unfortunately not very regular. The choice of food and the presentation of the restaurant is okay. In the small supermarket which belongs to the plant is a rich offer with good prices. Unfortunately there is no beach bus. The footpath is about 1/2Std. In winter time the atmosphere in the resort is quite quiet but in summer it is a stronghold of the Spaniards. Then you get no rest almost around the clock.

Very cosy parc with nice bungalows in 2s and 3s and a few free-standing ones. All with a space on the roof where you can also sit. A nice pool and plenty for kids to play, and a sauna, gym and tennis court.

I was there with appendix 7 days. It is absolutely recommended to continue. The weather and climate is not for the circulation. It is always very hot, and even at night rarely under 25 degrees. The beach is nice and there is a lot to see. Price affordable.

I liked it in parts in relation to what is being the "outside" part and already the bungalow was somewhat disappointing. But the rest is fine.

Very simple, inexpensive, with nice weather no problem as you are on the road. Staff friendly. Dinner varied, but unfortunately, the hot dishes are not really warm. Our bungalow was in the living room and bedroom at present. Equipped with new furniture. The kitchen and bathroom is consumed and needs urgent renewal. But what was much worse was that hot water was not available to Stoszeiten (early and evening) ; It was just enough to brush your teeth. On multiple complaints, the craftsman showed us in the late morning that hot water was there. Hahaha. Just the day it went, when you ran that water on the faucet and shower for a long time. What a waste! Over time, we saw that the installer was at work all around, and has exchanged or relocated wires (above ground). When everything is back I. O. And renewed, the storage is suitable for a holiday without great demands.
We had beautiful weather and thus the holiday was saved.

The staff is divine, the morning receptionist is outstanding. Very nice person.

Mattresses are worn out and covered in plastic sheeting, poss bed bugs. Reception staff so rude you won't believe it, food poor, location 1.5 miles from beach/ restaurant s etc otherwise ok.

The photo looks a little better than in reality. Internet paid — Wi-Fi for 4 days costs the same as a month of mobile fare. Air conditioning for some money. Tv remote — through a deposit of 20 euros.

The park has had its best time! Bed linen defective, hair dryer defective and the bathroom looks like an intermediate solution! What a great thing is a rooftop terrace! Great view of the surrounding area! The food is fine and plenty of choice! Good starting point for excursions in the surroundings!

The apartment was fine and what you would expect. Spoilt by rude staff, maintenance work with choking fumes outside the door from 9 AM for our whole stay. Also a word of warning, I felt young and I'm 47!

Good on a budget. Overall a nice complex with good size apartment and good facilities. Nice location, only a 4 euro taxi ride from playa del ingles and a short walk or shorter taxi ride to maspalomas beach and the dunes. The negatives The place really needs some modernisation, someone has done half a job in the rooms but everything else could do with a lick of paint and cleanliness needs to be addressed. The beds were uncomfortable with or without the horrible plastic sheet, I resorted to sleeping on the sofa which was actually rather comfortable. The reception staff were pretty miserable.

Good complex relatively close to the beach in quiet area, semi-detached bungalows with a small fecal in front, good swimming pool with children's area, children's area with different swings, restaurant, small supermarket, good attention on the part of employees.

Clean Bungalow Complex. Friendly staff. Food little choice but was good. Taxis are cheap so you can reach everything well. Negative was only that the mattresses are rock-hard. Unfortunately.

Bungalows are well equipped and functional. They just need to be refurbished a little bit. The beds are very comfortable.
The crew is very friendly and accommodating. There is an armada of cleaning women who are constantly on the hurrying.

I was here for 10 days from 27th August 2017. I came with family — consisting of 4 adults and 4 children aged 6yrs, 3yrs, 19 months and 4 months. We had two apartments close to one another. There was a huge adult pool and beside it a children's pool. It was waist high to a 3 year old. The children loved both pools. There were 2 slides in the children's pool. These were great fun. There were tennis courts and a small toddler play area. There is 24 hour reception and a shop. In the rooms are a fridge with small freezer and microwave and coffee machine. There is No kettle but you can boil water for tea in a saucepan. There is crockery and cutlery two large saucepans and a frying pan. We took frozen bacon and sausages from the UK. It was lovely to have a fry up in the mornings. There are large mirror wardrobes and hangers in the bedroom. There is a very comfortable pull out bed settee in living room. There are black out blinds. Large sliding open doors to apartment. There are 14 spiral steps up to sun balcony area. Cabs are cheap. About 3 to 4 euros for most runs to larger shops and beach. You can walk to beach. Takes about 35 minutes tho not pleasant walking in daytime in the heat! We were self catering but the poolside eating area serves usual food like pizza, sandwiches, garlic bread, chips, etc. Also drinks and cocktails. Some staff don't have good English so may appear rude but I think it's just a communication issue. Rooms Cleaned daily except Tues and Thursday.

Good price-quality. Despite the parque is a little bit old and could use some redecorating (wich with they are busy with — — > manana. ) the place is clean, nice and relaxed. The bungalow is small but good enough for us. (2 adults and a child). Every 2 days a nice and friendly housekeeper cleans up the bungalow and leave fresh towels. The man at the reception is maybe a little bit grumpy but he's actually a kind person and speaks a little bit Dutch… the pool is great. don't expect too much and it will not disappoint you!

Only been here for two nights, but good stay so far. Our bungalow has a twin room and open kitchen living room with a sofa bed. Kitchen has microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment. Small 2 ring stove and sink. Few cupboard with plates and pans etc. Little terrace with patio doors from living room. Spiral staircase up to small roof terrace. Couple chairs up here and small washing line. Have to pay extra for use of aircon (which broke on first day) and use of safe. There is a small 24 hour "supermarket" on site which has the basics. Only had breakfast at the restaurant so far. That was simple. Coffee machine and juices. Cereals, cooked breakfast which consists of scrambled or hard boiled egg, small sausages and bacon. Cold cheese, meats also available with bread and toaster plus small selection of jam. Not used pool yet. But seems good size and clean. It's located about 3km from beach where restaurants and shops are very expensive.

We recently spent 5 days at Parque Bali. Overall, the experience was extremely good. There's always something that I don't like about the hotels we go to, either the bathroom looks unclean, bed sheets have unpleasant odors, towels are very old. This was nothing like that, I can't find anything to complain about Parque Bali. The bungalows are extremely spacious and they are very clean. They are not cleaned daily though but I don't see that as an issue. There's everything you need in the kitchen, they provide from dishes to wine opener. The fridge is spacious and they have a coffee machine. There's even a freezer. Bed sheets smell really clean and the bed is very comfortable. The nice table outside provides a nice way to have breakfast in the sunny mornings. We did not use their restaurant at all though, we had breakfast on the terrace and the rest of the meals outside. The pool is very clean, but we only used it once. I would suggest a car though as it offers a nice way to explore the surroundings. There's also a Mercadona really close which has good quality products. I've been reading the receptionists are not friendly, this is indeed true, however they were super helpful with every request. I do better appreciate people being genuine rather than fake. One other good thing is they provide a place to store the luggage and access to a shower after you checked out. Very helpful if your plane is late in the afternoon.

The apartments themselves are not bad: the interior of the same are reformed recently as the pool area. Externally, they are somewhat neglected as are the common areas (hallways, lawn, sun loungers etc…) What we have to improve and a lot, is the treatment of the client. At the reception, the kindness shines by its absence: three times I was asked how many people were going to stay in the apartment, since the person who took us to the apartment we were going to help you to enter the bags. Already the third time he asked, they did a very bad way.

We were with 3 pairs in the Dec 2014 here. We were surprised by the good accommodation at a reasonable price. Everything was clean and the bungalow's were all very spacious and a practical kitchen, with an Eßtheke was available. The beds were good, new, clean, back-friendly foam mattresses. The cleaning ladies were very, very nice and studious. The reception staff could have been more friendly and when the day shift you said sometimes it was all too much. However, the night Porter was very friendly. The plant has been closely guarded. Unfortunately, the pool was not heated as indicated. He was very cold, but very clean and was cleaned but constantly. There were ample concern to the Sun and also the hotel was very well kept. There were several cats in the facility. The TV was not free. Before the plant, there were ample parking. We like to come back.
