Super special and the spectacular treatment a lot of joy between all excellent collective.

I was lucky enough to stay here on Mother's Day, and it is worth noting the great treatment of the staff, maximum comfort, exquisite food… It is very well located, quiet, and above all, I loved the detail of a personalized breakfast for such a special day. Recommended 100%

Excellent staff working, very comfortable and complete rooms and meals in the restaurant likewise provide excellent service and is delicious, was very grateful to all.

Great staff and soooo accommodating. Loved the suite with a bedroom with TV plus living room with a bigger tv. Plus the restaurant was a food experience with a free
jug of vino and water. Locals love to eat here too.
Also it’s all about location. Walk out the front door and you are right on the walking only shopping area.

Both the service and the rooms were to my liking, the food very good and in general all aspects were positive.

Cheap Hotel in a non tourist but strategic area for those who want to visit the island. Merits: Unbeatable quality/price ratio, very clean, free garage, free Wi-Fi, restaurant inside Cheapish (lunch or dinner self service €16 in two, continental breakfast €4) and tasty, great bed. Defects: Modest finishes (linoleum to the floor, non-insulating fixtures from external noise), bathroom so-so. For a cheap stay I think there is no better.

Excellent hotel quality price… clean rooms, good breakfast excellent dinner considering 8 euros that include water and wine… ideal as a support point for excursions or for people who work… very kind staff. Recommended.

Hotel location is in the center of the town, it is good for shopping and social activity. There is a busstop next to the hotel, there are fee bises to the nice beaches from this busstop. Very friendly personel, good service, clean rooms. Quality of the food in the restaurant is high, but the choice is not very wide. Person sensitive to the noise should not stay in the rooms with windows to the road, the windows has only one layer of glass and do not have good sound insulation.

Horrible deal last night we were looking for a room to stay after the New Year's party as we were tired enough to drive up to Las Palmas and back up to Aguimes. Mention that neither drink nor we are smokers, so we arrived at the door of the hotel (because it was closed from the entrance of the street to the reception) in perfect conditions from where we answered the receptionist on duty through a intercom, or if you want to I approached the door to check that we were in perfect condition, we were not going to form any brawl and that the only thing we were looking for was a place to rest a couple of hours to drive in conditions but not, directly lied to take away the dead of Above that there were no free rooms until the 5th, being a lie because on the web you could book the same night from 1 to day 2. Regrettable attitude and very little respectful of the hotel to some customers who were only looking for the service for what they are supposed to be! They never see me again.
Fatal, then complain that other lodging sites are taking the job away from hotels;).

Stayed here one week rooms are clean but need upgrading food is good but choice is a bit poor located on main pedestrians only street I would say it's ok for money.

Great value for money. Many shops and restaurants around, but I highly recommend the hotel's restaurant (all you can eat buffet, very cheap and great food). Staff was very helpful. There is free parking in the hotel. Great location if you want to dive.

Hotel very clean and suitable especially for business trips. Very spacious room with comfortable bed, leather sofa, satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. In a little tourist area of Gran Canaria but convenient to the airport and Maspalp. The staff.

In a very good citium, rooms are luxurious and well-kept services.

A hotel that goes unnoticed because of its location. Don't be fooled by that. Once inside will surprise you its rooms, perfectly equipped, above which indicates their star at a time. Private parking for customers. Yes you'll know that going to repeat. Recommend that eat in your restaurant, you are client of the hotel or not. The food is homemade and excellent. Everything fresh daily. The best without a doubt the staff, but everything from reception up to floor waitresses. Always try very nice and familiar, very correct.

This hotel it's just good for working business not for fun.

This definitely is a secret escape. A real Hotel for workers and sportive open minded people at the center of Gran Canaria for any bike trips, hiking or surfing. Or a great place for intelectual people, to hang out with the working class. For cyclists, no Wind battle to come back in the evening and a lovely descend. Being a guest you are treated like a "family" member. The Hotel is a cooperativa, and people working there are warm hearted! Hardly to name only one person of this great "family" however I will do: Lourdes, is a great cook! and even it is hardly to improve that buffet, she is a even a better person, looking for everybody and trying to fulfill every wish. At this Hotel there is no touristic area or feeling, nor a swimming pool or any kind of these attractions. The attraction is the warm hearted way you are are treated, just being a kind of "family" member.

Hotel so good, restaurant at 7€, breakfast free, parking free, Wi-Fi free with beautiful and clean rooms.

Good relationship quality/price.
