Great service, the Animacion team were superb and so full of energy. All the staff work hard, the place is clean and tidy and the food was great. A fabulous holiday venue!

Highly recommended, excellent entertainment team, very familiar treatment, excellent facilities, maximum cleanliness, remarkable softness of the sheets. We are delighted, tomorrow is our last day and we plan to return safely.

Great hotel, but only for families with kids. Very loud and noisy hotel, especially the restaurant area: terrible acoustic! Good animation team but also very loud. Music and presentation via microphone very irritating and loud. Never a peaceful moment at the pool. Very friendly staff! Clean rooms and good service. I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel with the different layers and palmtrees and lightning in the night. We used the all inclusive formula: food and drinks was okay. Plates sometimes dirty/dirty dishes. Drinks upstairs at bar Taste very good (not included with all inclusive). First days was incredible busy at the hotel and pool due to the Mayholiday in Holland: long waiting cue’s at the buffets and bar. Later in the week it was less crowded = nicer. Would I recommend this hotel? Yes, but only for families.

Would really recommend for families. We all had a great time. Fantastic team entertainment, really friendly staff, amazing food. And they did an amazing job of my husband’s birthday celebrations which was complementary.

Great if you have kids otherwise forget it, no adult areas, only one quite pool but it didn't have a bar!? Small adult area in one restaurant. Restaurants were so noisy. If you want a peace n tranquil holiday not bother. We ended up finding a reading lounge for some peace. The music at the kids disco was dangerously loud. Some parents were leaving with their hands over the childrens ears.

We had our 2nd holidays in Dunas suites&villas and thanks to your beautiful staff, we had beautiful and long holidays (we extended 2 times🙃❤). The resort is just beautiful, clean and sparkling (we booked Family suite just by the pool) and we had holidays of our lifetime❤. So many activities during the day and evening and live entairtainment were amazing even during these Covid times, gym open 24/h, great food so many choices from breakfast to dinner, even the snack time food by the pool was amazing. But the most important piece of the holidays puzzle is the staff of this resort. From the first entrance and warm welcome of Yllorena and Manuel and the rest of the reception team, they were so helpful and full of infos to amazing restaurant staff by Conchi, Cristina, Kamil, Sonia… all the supervisors, managers and Duty managers. You guys are just amazing! You made our holidays! Big, huge thanks to Chef Phillip, our amazing fish Chef❤, thank you! Thanks to Great kids entertainment staff Jessica, Anthony, Antonio and big boss (sorry I don't know your name) … bar staff, amazing Samuel the best cocktail maker🍹, all Housekeeping staff and great General Manager, you really made our stay so beautiful and we felt like we are at home❤ The only "negative" thing is that you don't want to go home🙃❤ Can't wait to see you all in 2022❤

An amazing place. My daughter has really enjoyed the many activities for children. Lots of pools, plenty of space and a good safe environment to enjoy. 1.3 kilometer (s) from the start of the Maspalomas marathon. Very complete buffet. Totally recommended.

The staff is great always listening and very helpful I love the hotel I highly recommend it I return this year from 7 to 28 September this will be the fifth time I will spend my holidays I can't wait to be ❤❤❤❤❤❤

5 fabulous days with my family… 6 bungalows rented. Wonderful treatment. Coomida good, no exaggerations, but with a little bit of everything. Because of the Covid the animation was a little off, but we understand.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, very big. Looks like a little town and most of all amazing food. Would definitely recommend it.

We have arrived home after 10 nights here and what a fantastic time we have had. The suites were spotless, beds were comfy, all staff were friendly and helpful. Anthony, Zoe and the rest of the animation team are brilliant with the kids. They work so hard for long hours. Only downside was that floats were sold for the pool yet they weren't allowed to use them until after 5pm, once the lifeguard had gone home (? )

The showman show was epic. Rooms are lovely and very clean. Comfortable beds and nice food. Kids club has been enjoyed by my 4 year old. Fantastic pools. If I could change anything it would be more daytime entertainment and more night-time shows like the showman show and perhaps a children's food bar in the main restaurant. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay even with hot water issues which we can see the workmen are trying to solve

Just returned from a fabulous week at this lovely complex. We stayed with 4 of our children and can’t fault the hotel at all. Was really clean through out, food was good, we had an issue with our air con one evening and had a maintenance man with us within 15 minutes. The reception staff were second to none, as were all the other staff. The only downer we had was an hour before we were leaving when the bar man at the pool bar was really quite rude to my toddler as he spilt his cup of water on the floor by the water machine then refused to serve my oldest son who was waiting patiently at the bar while he served others. But overall we had a fantastic time here and would highly recommend.

Fantastic food, staff, apartments and entertainment and no getting up at silly o clock for a sunbed! so you can really enjoy your holiday loved it.

Highly recommend this hotel. We just come back from our holiday and it was wonderful, nothing to complain about. The suite was big and clean, the cleaning ladies coming every day and did a proper clean, friendly staff, nice and fresh food and my daughter 4 year old enjoyed the animation team. Really nice hotel with real nice garden and pool areas.

Great weekend with the family. Staff very attentive, great variety of food, performances and very entertaining. We were very comfortable in the room, nothing bad to say.

Highly recommend to you. Very pleasant atmosphere in the plant, despite the size. Good food and nice Service. In a maximum of 20 minutes to walk to the lighthouse and in the tourist fray. Small supermarket with reasonable prices, next to the site. We inhabit just one of the Villas with a sun terrace overlooking one of the quiet Pools, and enjoy every Minute here.

Holiday with my 13 year old son the Bungalow very spacious and clean. The staff always helpful and very kind advisable to everyone.
The Restaurant with Buffet in quantity, a giant Thanks to Sara and Maria always willing to welcome you with a smile and a very friendly Hola' staff of the Restaurant.

Very good hotel with beautifull gardens. Confortable suite. Nice swimmingpool. Not very aggresive animations. Good food. 15 min walk to the beach. The only problem was with cleanlines of the rooms. They were cleaned every day but still the floor was dirty with sand and there were cockroaches. Quite far from normal shop with reasonable prices.

We had a super holiday and the Hotel is just right for families with children. The system is a huge well-kept garden with lots of Bungalows, which appears to be through your hedges and palm trees, in spite of almost derecognised occupancy is never full. The Bungalows are clean and air conditioned and the staff at the reception, in the Restaurant and the cleaning staff are very nice, always in a good mood and very accommodating. The food is so delicious, that we are very happy to be weighed at flight the Luggage and not the passengers ;) : Both the Breakfast as also the evening buffet is very rich, varied and super tasty. There was fish and meat in all variations, side dishes, salads, soup, fruit, Dessert, … and also a lot of pasta, French fries etc for the Little ones. Even at full occupancy, no long queues at the Buffet were formed. The animation team of Pasha, Greta, Micah, Gabriel and, of course, Dunita was just super. They were always cheerful and in a good mood without being Intrusive. Our daughter dances always dance to the morning greeting and songs of the children's disco. The evening Shows were very versatile, from Comedy, variety and music. The five pools each with separate children's pool are distributed very pleasant over the garden and always clean and not crowded. Even if the goods reserved Are, unfortunately, often in spite of prohibition before Breakfast (here should be more strictly controlled), we get almost always, the places of shade.

Very obnoxious customers are served if they buy more drinks and staff favour those with more money. There is also a bunch of German hackers who work at the bar. Don’t use the free Wi-Fi! It’s unsecured and they watch and listen to what you do. Had an unpleasant stay there and once they knew I found out I wasn’t served at the bar or by the kitchen staff. Shocking!

The only reason this rating is 3 stars instead of 1 is the entertainment team. They did everything humanly possible to make our family holiday excellent. However between the cleaning staff breaking items in the apartment, and the expensive all inclusive being not so all inclusive it was a little bit of a let down for our first family holiday abroad.

It's clean and the people are very very nice. If I go to Maspelomas again I will definitely go back there.

2nd visit to this hotel, it went down hill in 5yrs the room was dirty and the bathroom was disgusting with loo not cleaned with a poo left, not nice, at 11pm having to clean this, also very dusty as was the floor, was a bit better after maid been in bed very uncomfortable only changed once over a 2 week stay, sockets hinging off walls. Dining was not good food cold but did improve at end of 1st week, also some of staff where not nice one waitress was shouting at other staff not nice to be in a dining room with this going on it happened the 2nd week, what a lovely pool areas this hotel has with a fab team of ladies and gent with games and a pool party keep up the good work, this hotel more for family expressly if you very young children, and not couples, not value for money we payed.

I loved the hotel although in the surroundings there is nothing interesting to go for a walk. Of course the beach, although not super close by, is only about 15 minutes walk, but the walk is next to a canal, not too nice.
But the hotel, great, especially the rooms, very comfortable. The food well, no excesses, correct. Very nice staff.

Perfect to go with young children (2 or 3 years). Quiet and the perfect meal.

Well, the audience is more like the all-inclusive mass audience. You can see the slightly reddened face of a middle-aged man at the pool bar in front of his kapuziner wise.
The food is a buffet which is rather not so lovingly prepared.
The grounds are a good distance away from the sea. We don't like that.
The room was really good. We had such a family suite.
Everyone was friendly.
We were there for a week. That was OK.
We had a really nice time together with our two daughters!

Here you can enjoy a wonderful holiday, the resort has some small beautiful swimming pools. There is a small fitness center. The food is very varied and tasty. The only point of criticism is the lighting with OP light, so led lamps everywhere. It's all over the island. At night, you get to be like a giant surgical room. The hotel is located just outside the many banged hotel castles. We were very happy about it. You have 20 minutes to the beach but that doesn't bother if the food is so plentiful. There is even a small nature reserve on the water. There you can also visit the beautiful dunes of Maspalomas. The hotel resort is super class, the bungalows are small and clean and are cleaned regularly. You have a nice little sitting area with plants. Absolute Holiday Recommendation.

Something has come up in the years, but still quite ok. Eat average. 3 stars because of several heated pools.

Interior furnishings have come a little over the years. Very nicely located 10 min from the beach. Good clean facility. Great staff, too many older holidaymakers, is actually more for families with children. Who likes beach and sun, is right there.

I wouldnt even give this hotel 1 star but had no choice I have been to this hotel before it was amazing… we have been at this hotel 2 days and its terrible. We have been outcasted because we are black hotel staff follow us around the hotel why we have no idea weve been appraoch by 5 members of staff in two days. For no reason, some of us are half board some are full board, in the group the ones that are full board cant even get a drink cus there with people with half board bands so becomes a big problem. So we all said we will all just go half board saves the ones with all inclusive getting arrased but this wasnt possible either hotel has gone down hill loads absoultly horrible staff horrible service and food. Watch your children around the pool bar staff was quit evil to the children. On the second night we found a sharpe piece of blastic in the kids ice cream in the resturant ao they turn off the out side ice creams to which were sealed. We brought two twins at 6 months old the hotel reception complained that we was using to much water to sterilize the bottle and removed all water from hotel. When we left the hotel we had charges for using a safe we didnt even us looks like some had fordged our signitures well tried we were also charge for food and drinks we didnt have. Absoulte joke this hotel avoid with all costs x.

This site is extremely recommended to go with children. The villas are comfortable, well-equipped, and are very accessible. The facilities are good and the hotel is walking distance to the beach of Maspalomas.

Building substance rocked off, everywhere shortcomings, in the rooms especially the bathrooms, the pool's all on/off AIDS there were lots and a danger, many places in the pools where the tiles were brittle, whirlpool completely out of service! Cleanliness means gorgeous, with cockroaches you definitely have to live above average a lot here. Cooktails catastrophic, food unimaginative and flavorful mau, crockery often dirty. Dining room extremely noisy. Price/power does not fit. Hotel may have earned 2.5 stars.

A hotel with very spacious rooms and CN the full kitchen. It's an apartment. The sofa bed is somewhat uncomfortable and is far from the beach. A bus takes you. If you like cats it's your hotel.

We alojarón in Room No. 153, the daily cleanings have been acceptable but with necedidad of a general cleanliness (floors ceilings and walls) especially in the bathroom. The broken and rusty bathtub.
The room was quiet but for nothing it was calm (concrete mixer running from 8h in the morning and transfer of coking vans).

Loved this place enough to go back following year. Much concern it would not be as remembered soon gone as we enjoyed the tranquillity of our bungalow. Planning to go back a third time in 2018.

The truth that I was quite disappointed, I made a mistake to catch all inclusive, has been the worst… The buffet food is dire, terrible, horrible, I was the 5 days based on salads, except the days we left has lunch and dinner outside the hotel, money I had to spend apart… because cheap did not cost me, 5 days my husband, my daughter and I 2850 euros.
My daughter's New Year's Eve dinner was served a soup that was dirty water, horrible, I did not stop complaining in the days I was and I did not get any solution.
Ah that yes the staff is outstanding, from the cleaning girls, waiters and reception.
And to be a 4 star leaves a lot to be desired, I give it a 2 ' 5.
So if you go do not take any pension, only breakfast, will spend double for going outside to eat and dinner…

I had the best time thanks to the animation team, they couldn't have been nicer. They were always happy, getting everyone involved; they even managed to get my brother to join in!
I want to say a special thank you to Patrick for putting up with me during the day, he had such an uplifting energy that always put a smile on my face, even if he took the mick out of me which made me laugh; and to Brian whose unstoppable enthusiasm made him a worthy opponent in the poolside games.
They were all such upbeat and inspiring people.

We had such a fantastic 5 night Holiday here last week. The staff are lovely, food great, lots of space in our villa & beautiful surroundings with all the gardens & pools. We loved the cats roaming around & our children loved everything about the place. We will definitely be back!

This summer we repeated for the second time, we traveled with two girls, a fantastic hotel, very nice staff, great animation, if anything could be improved it would have more variety in the food, but for everything else… That's great! We'll be back for the third time!

Great family resort! Pool is warm even at Christmas! Great location. 10mins walk to beach or 3euro taxi. Spacious room for family of 4. Relaxed atmosphere.

Second consecutive year staying at this hotel at the same time. We traveled two adults and two children. Knowing the fact that in 2018 will close the hotel for renovations we were afraid that the service and facilities were half-gas, but it was not. A very good stay this year as well. A perfect hotel for families and to disconnect from everything. A quality/price relationship that is hard to beat.
The check-in process is very easy. As members of the Dune Club last year we were upgraded to a Senior Suite with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This year was not so and we stayed with our Suite "standard". At first we took a small disappointment because one gets used easy to upgrades, but the truth is that the room was well located in front of the pool at the top in a very quiet area and the arrangement of the beds between the room and the EST room Ar was very good so we didn't need more space. What was not missed was the fresh fruit tray in the room and the thank you card for coming back. Thanks a lot.
Hotel facilities: The common areas of gardens are incredible: palm trees, plants, clean walks, … The impeccable swimming pools with several air-conditioned and other cold water. The cleanliness of the services in common areas is to be highlighted although the hotel was complete (+ 900 people). In relation to the occupation, there has been no stress.

Absolutely love it here, great for my three children and three adults. Lovely food, friendly and helpful staff. Fantastic location and free bus to the beach. Loved the room, we had as a family the beds where very comfortable, the room clean. The garden areas, clean and beautiful. Will be returning.

Clean, quiet (if the room is not glued to the pool), extraordinary staff, buffet menus sufficiently varied and healthy (although you can also find burger/nuggets/fries). Only regrets: The sun loungers stormed in order to be booked as soon as a twink, and a slight lack of ventilation in the restaurant which makes that one tends to have clothes lightly impregnated with a smell of kitchen. Kid's Club Animations to be reserved for toddlers, if your monster is rather athletic and active, it may get bored. He can always fall back on the activities for adults, but suddenly, expect to have it regularly between the pasta:-) To be redone gladly.

We got back last week after a weeks holiday with our five children and grandad (8) would definitely return room was plenty big enough for all 7 of us which In The past we have split the family up but we had plenty of room with out feeling on top of each other, animation team worked tirelessly and was very funny, staff were helpful some a little grumpy but I guess I would be after a long season, complex clean well maintained and pretty, food was a good selection and plentiful, cava at breakfast some mornings and some cocktails inc on the all inclusive. Definitely my/ our most relaxed holiday in the past 8 years! Well done team Dunas.

It was our first holiday on the Canary Islands. By the end of September, up to 8. October, my wife, my sister-in-law and I visited this great facility. And to be honest: as great as this vacation has fallen, we have not presented to us in the most. We had kept in all the days. The facility is well laid out, many of the Bungalows harmonize with the various large and small swimming Pools and beautiful manicured Vegetation. Although the plant is no longer the youngest, but everything is well maintained and is very clean. It is particularly worth mentioning is the absolute friendliness of all the people with whom we had to do it at the Resort. A really great service in the Restaurant (at the latest, on the third evening knew the waiter what we drink and eat and have served us well) and every day buffet, the left actually no wishes open. At least to us it tasted excellent… ^^
A very special praise, I am the always tireless and absolutely fantastic animation team of Acttiv, we have very cute and in the course of the days always friendly werdendere relationship developed. From this Team, I would like to highlight particularly Send, Martin, Pasha and Michal out. Alone, these four — but the Rest of the team are simply the best in what they offer for the guests every day — and especially in the evening in the various theme shows —. We were thrilled! If nothing comes in between (do you mean: if our bosses to approve the vacation… ^^), we were not the last Time in this plant.

The food could be improved. They have a great buffet, although the fruit was sometimes green or tasteless. And to be 4 stars you could see something old.

I have worked with them as an assistant group guide and both the reception staff and the restaurant deal have been very welcoming, respectful and affectionate. I say it with all the letters and knowledge and experience of diploma in Tourism and experience in the sector.

Staff were excellent food was brilliant no complaints hotel clean all-round cleanliness always plenty of things to do water sports quad biking through the mountains was excellent would suggest it to anybody can book it up through the hotel lobby.

We stayed here in 2009 and returned this February after having two children, and we enjoyed it even more, so much we have booked again for next February. The choice of pools is great, all the staff are helpful, lovely 15 minute to the beach with lovely restaurants. Can't wait t see you all again. Jayne and Matt.

Very good place for a family holiday my only fault was the slippy tiles around the pool area, the entertainment team are fab and really make the holiday special along with all the other staff, well done people and thanks for a great holiday.

Discreet structure. Nice pools. Nice atmosphere seems like a resort more than a hotel. Too bad about the restaurant. Disappointing for a 4 *. Service equally.

Child-friendly, beautiful quiet bungalow complex, many pools. Food OK. Theft from the room during the night (! ) belongs here to the program, it upsets in any case, none of the staff. Doors may not really be closed.

Habitación un poco vieja. Mal la televisión. Colchón blando. Aire acondicionado solo para el salón donde duerme la niña. El baño da olor. Comida muy sana y variada. Piscinas bastante bien. Gimnasio horrible. Animación muy bien aunque horarios ingleses. Poco ruido.

We just came back from this hotel. It was quite nice but not for 4 stars… I will say 3. Beautiful gardens around. Rooms cleaned everyday but it was not a detailed cleaning. Staff helpful and friendly. Animations for children very poorly. I did not like the way that they encourage people to participate in games it was rather intrusive. Food varied but no menu for children. Glasses, plates and cutlery very dirty! Anyway we spent a great time there. Just improve this things and it will be perfect :) ) one more thing: sunbeds were reserved from the early morning by people who were even not using them… they just left their towels for all day!

Experience in the Hotel, fantastic I loved site, everything clean, care, attentive and friendly professionals, the food spectacular, great everything, the animation of the great hotel and others. It was a very pleasant experience, and it is certainly possible that repeat!

Everything was fine except the man in the restaurant with the spectacles, he was very unfriendly, it was difficult to ask him something. He treated us like a dog. That n man was the only dissonant.

I am currently staying here right now. This place is 100% correct for what you should expect from a Gran Canarian all-in family vacation. The food is better than expected, the pools are quiet and very enjoyable. Surrounded by nature reserves and many close by activities. The setting is natural with well maintained gardens and it does not feel like a big block building hotel. The bungalows are new, clean, no issues. Probably don't need to do two weeks here unless that is your thing. However, a one seeker with the kids to start off spring vacations is turning out to be just what the doctor ordered. Now begone winter colds! Begone!

Beautiful, spacious hotel complex. Very child-friendly. Now the third year in a row to guest, it was a very pleasant stay. Better Wi-Fi, as well as the possibility to be able to enjoy dinner in the open air next to the breakfast was particularly positive compared with the previous year. The cockroaches, which were to see almost every night on the terrace and in the entire hotel are the only negative criticism.

The hotel is well and is quiet, the service pleasant and willing to help. The food leaves to be desired in terms of quality and variety. The atmosphere is very nice. Striking find still the old TV in a 4 star hotel leaves a feeling of old room.

It is very comfortable is very perfect food bonitola animations for children are very well for making smoothies. Does not need four star and half would need 5 star.

Beautifully landscaped Resort near the dunes of Maspalomas (about 15 minutes). The staff is very friendly, the facility is very well maintained and the rooms clean. The dinner has a daily changing theme, in addition there are also freshly Cooked from the Teppanyaki-Grill. Something for everyone! We would love to come back!

De ontvangst was goed, in het Engels of Duits. De kamer was perfect. Zitkamer, slaapkamer met ruime hangkast (iets meer legplanken zou fijn zijn). En een ruime badkamer met ligbad. Het eten, in buffet, was afwisselend een goed (kon soms iets warmer). Al het personeel was even vriendelijk. Een goed (ook Nederlands) animatie team. In één woord geweldig!

Dear people, you can not understand here really some reviews!
Who here in the beautiful setting, the Dunas Suite & villas resort 4 * in Maspalomas which has to find fault, which should be real stay home. We have spent our holidays now already for the third time here. Everything was again absolutely Super! Ranging out over the entire holiday period, upon arrival, Concierge service, to all what is offered the tourists here and offered. When I read something like: "the beach is something far away… Please, every day a hotel shuttle bus runs several times to the beach and back. Who want to run to the beach along the nature reserve of the dunes, required about 15 to 20 minutes on foot. But in the holiday that should be no problem — or! The food is varied every day and how to expect it on vacation, often regionally based incl. German kitchen. The service in the different restaurants is very to coming forward at every meal the entire operation and absolutely fast! Also the daily animation programme offered, be it on the day or in the evening, regardless of whether for "Young" or "Old", or for the children is very varied. To still the variety show-program performances come every evening by external. One thing is guaranteed — no tourists is being harassed unnecessarily in order to participate in a any animation program! Under the motto: If you want — it can… The entire Aninmations team are just professionals!

The stay was great, staff very friendly, the buffet very varied, very clean and the pools very well, and very nice room.

Well, the audience is more like the All-Inclusive mass audience. One encounters the slightly rescued the face of a gentleman of middle age at the Polar front of his Wheat beer. The food is a Buffet rather not so lovingly arranged. The plant is a good distance from the sea. We don't like so. The room however was really good. We had a family Suite. All were friendly. We were there a week. It was OK. We had together with our two daughters a really nice time!

Best place I've ever been too! Staff were great, resteraunt= amazing. Definetely gonna go again. Activities are amazing! If you are looking for a place to book a holiday… its here! If you make really good friends with the staff… when you are leaving the hotel, they'll say something really nice on the mic. Went there with uncle, auntie and cousin. I am obviously going to go again If you don't go then your the worst!

I loved it when I went It has many activities for the children. Several swimming pools. Animators. It also has some great rooms and great service. All very nice. Is great I loved it. Sure to come back.

Excellent place to stay. Quality staff and supream service. Difficult to find fault… only one… coffee and tea are not served after the main evening meal. As such a client has to move to the bar for after dinner coffee or tea.

Hi all we were staying (couple without children) from 11 to 18 October 2014 in general all good:Food, Cleanliness, Location and quality price well. But even in October there is a lot of noise children in swimming pools and at the time of the dinner. Salbo, that's all good. The staff very friendly.

The Hotel is quite good, but not outstanding. Very many families with children (many infants), here your fun seem to have. So it seems to be very well suited. Couples and people looking for peace and quiet, but also not entirely false. A quiet location off the Bettenhochburgen is also to be found here. However, it interferes with the daily children's disco, already during the Abendbrots begins. The dining room is located directly next to the Animationsbar. Det the dining room is unfortunately, also during the meals are too full, unless you go very early or very late to eat. Unfortunately, it is during the peak hours in very loud. The food itself is very good. Plenty of choice and fairly varied. The rooms where clean and OK, but could maybe a flat screen TV and newer furniture, concert. Otherwise problems with ants, as in Bungalow plants common. A short note at the front Desk, the problems are immediately fixed. The other Service is time so time so. Is somehow always on the mood of the staff and the people, from the one for example, is operated. Unfortunately costs Wi-Fi a lot, this Service should now be included.

For me the best resort in Gran Canaria. Family and charming hotel, and exquisite staff.

Nice location, decent kitchen, close to the beach. For all the amenities offered to pay, although many hotels worse than they are included in the price, this is probably the only drawback.

This hotel conserves 4 stars in the lobby entry sticked very well so that stars do not fall like, (minimum the two that exceed). When we arrived an unpleasant receptionist made us to pay the totality of the days of our stay in spite of we paid a deposit in advance when we made the reserve via internet and they had the records of our visa card. The room does not correspond with the image they keep in their web page. We had to complain because the shower did not work properly going out, only very very hot water. Mediocre cleaning and some cockroachs. Old towels in the bathroom, no room service, empty mini-bar, old TV set, horrifying food and abuses precooked and fries. In short, all inclusive; except the good taste and merit of the category that presumably has this resort tailored for Northern European massive tourism.

The hotel complex offers everything you need. The dinner is enormous in all areas also the selection of drinks for all inclusive guests is versatile. The hotel or Bungalows are very gepfelgt and very clean. Also the entertainment is very versatile.
