I've been on alot of holidays, but the Vistaflor has given me a new outlook on how hotels should be run. 5 🌟.
The food is spectacular, the service staff, especially the bar manager Noredin, who went above and beyond and really made our stay the most enjoyable holiday we've ever been on and because of that we will be coming back soon. I 100% recommend that everyone that stays in vistaflor meets Noredin, no matter how busy he is, he always has a greeting and a big smile under his mask. I loved the cleanliness and how they sanitised everything, the sunbeds, tables, chairs, etc even the pathways. The pool is huge. The duplexes/bungalows were spacious and everything you need is in it, so leave the hairdryer at home ladies. It's a 10/10 for me. The only disappointment was we hadn't got the option of a late checkout because they were fully booked, but it was OK, they had a safe area in reception to put our bags and an option of shower rooms. A relaxing, enjoyable holiday. Can't wait to come back.

Delighted with the place and the treatment. All very clean and with all the services at your fingertips. The beach and entertainment venues nearby. Suitable for families and couples.

Everything. From the staff to the restaurant. Is 5* service. Fab pool exceptionally clean. All the site is spotless.

Great place very friendly and helpful staff were great norduin in the bar was fabulous never left waiting and Yvonne on reception was excellent couldn’t do enough to help out not forgetting all the restaurant staff and the other bar staff overall loved it xmas day was brilliant and so was new years.

Been coming here since 2009 lov it staff do all they can for you vista flor is well maintained ideal for a nice relaxing holiday reccomended.

Very nice bungalow hotel. Good cleaning five days a week. Friendly people works there, do whatever they can for their customers to be happy. We wants to come back. Went there with two kids, 5 and 9 years old, very family friendly.

It’s a lovely place to stay and the staff and manager were lovely friendly and so so helpful food was lovely plenty to choose from and everywhere was lovely and clean.

Proximity to a&e. Lovely garlic mayo. Delicious.

Good site very central to Maspalomas. A small shuttle bus is provided to go to other playas which is a help.
Staff are friendly, helpful and pleasant in all areas.
Food is beyond our expectations, plenty to choose from both breakfast and dinner.
As it's a bungalow accommodation, bedroom is upstairs and a reasonable size sitting room kitchenette, TV and a good Wi-Fi service. Bedroom space could have been a bit spacious to move around.
Otherwise we had a pleasant stay and certainly come back and book direct to Vistaflor and will recommend the place.

Pleasant stay for 2 weeks right at start of school hols. Very busy once schools were off meaning a shortage of sunbeds in good locations. Lots of rules about the pool regarding balls and inflatables which was frustrating. Very good entertainment staff although 2 or 3 activities for the kids is not really enough. Bar staff are hilarious and food was excellent all be it in a bland restaurant. Good specifspecification on the room interiors.

All inclusive here does not mean All Inclusive. Certain drinks like slushies are not included and you have to pay €2 each. Food could be hotter and more variety. Ice creams are only available for 2 x 1.5hrs a day also. Snacks are very limited too. Staff need to be more aware of stock levels in drinks machines as they are always running out. Rooms are ok but could do with more storage. Do not stay here if you are disabled/restricted mobility as no lift and food served downstairs.

Vistaflor is an ideal place for families! Due to a delay in flights we arrived 4 hours late… at reception we were greeted with a pack lunch for the four of us as the canteens were closed! This was a pleasant surprise! The reception staff worked hard to sort out our rooms — which had been booked out to someone else! Eventually we managed to secure a bungalow we were all happy with! Although we were all inclusive — this didnot include: certain drinks (slushies, Baileys…), the TV (if you wanted English channels) cost a few Euros for 4days! The 24 hour atm — crashed, the TV crashed & the complimentary internet was weak! The food was poor — average some meals tasteless, plates dirty (avoid Chinese food theme night)! That said — our kids loved the pool, the safety of the resort & loved the bungalow. On site you have access to — supermarket, gym, pool table, table tennis & kids area. The location is ideal 20min (brisk) walk to the beach if you choose not to use the free tranport provided! Oh & the sun lounge hogs are in abundance (get up early with towels at the ready)! Overall — we enjoyed our stay & with these few areas (see above) sorted out we would definitely come back! Well done to all the staff — who worked hard to make guests welcome!

Love this place for our holiday. Staff work extremely hard and will do anything to keep guests happy. Only downside is that the music can be too loud when doing pool activities.

As for cleanliness not top, the common areas are very dirty, full of cockroaches everywhere. We had a big hassle to park the car with two small children: no parking for the hotel while at check in the receptionist told us that there is always a parking space in front of the entrance and finally we had the start surprise and we are party with a fine of 200 euros be told that we were parking through as everyone else does. I don't recommend it.

Very friendly staff and clean place. Seems old but it is been looked after. Therefore I will give it 5 stars. Food ok, nothing special, the same cheaper holiday places meals.

Very friendly staff, bungalow and furnishings stopped in the 1980s, catering very manageable similar to a canteen!? It may also be the case that the premises are located in the basement without windows and daylight.

Staff excellent. Accommodation good. Food good but not warm. Needed to be heated in microwave. Cups terrible handles too small hard to hold and use. Cutlery absolutely terrible much too large and unbalanced hard to use knives blunt forks blunt also in all hard to use. Finally no one able to fry eggs. They were burnt hard totally ruined cooked at too high a temperature left to burn then when unateable thrown out. Those trying to fry laughing at the waste.

Clean, quaint, quiet, friendly, pretty, amaxing pool. Loved this complex and will definitely be revisiting… 2 mile walk from beach which we enjoy but taxi for approx €4

We are already the 12th time here and come to the Vistaflor every year. Staff very friendly. So we are very satisfied.

These days we are in the hotel with a large football group.
Very small rooms entrance hall and mini kitchen not bad. But there are dangerous stairs and room is upstairs with bathroom upstairs.
The bathroom has a skylight, if it is daytime and it is sunny it looks good, but at night there are only two bulbs and one is fused for days and not changed and hardly seen very little light.
Normal cleaning, eye towels only change certain days.
The TV is paid, only leave free six channels (from the 1 to the sixth), not this or the DTT that is. Publishes.
Wi-Fi is paid.
In terms of noises, the normal ones considering that it is full and there are many children. But those who are stuck to horrible reception by the cars when leaving the hotel, play the Pita at any time at night and early morning to open and annoying a lot and in reception do not say anything to avoid the inconvenience at those hours.
They have a fence to get in and out cars and the way they open them is playing the pita. There is a pushbutton but there is not a single sign that prohibits whistles, touch button, and that the reception remembers the norm to those who enter or leave. Something so simple and easy to do or a simple folio to those who have parking indicating the rules. Horrible, that very bad, for the site not respect the rest with that sort of thing. Avoid those rooms. When the employees leave at night they come out talking and with cars and wake up.

Quiet area in Maspalomas golf course. Quiet pool with availability of hammocks and parasols. Very good service and restaurant area and leisure next to reception.

Fantastic facilities with good food and happy friendly staff. Good location with easy access to other resorts.

Very large facility, reasonable prices. Food is easy. Apartments not suitable for older, steep staircase leads to the bedroom on the first floor.

Not exactly what I expected for an all inclusive price I paid. Had to pay extra for the good food or the good drinks. The buffet was alright. It's more of an apartment stay than a hotel stay.

Nice place to stay. Close to town and beach. Restaurant and shop are inside in bungalows territory. Cleaning every day except Sundays and Tuesday when cleaner is off. Staff helpful and restaurant is nice every evening is some shows.

For the money very average. Apartments are not dirty but also not clean. There are 3 FREE German TV programs, ZDF info, 3sat + vox, everything else costs extra. Wi-Fi is free of charge. Breakfast: Only from 8-10:00 possible, atmosphere as in a canteen, very often the filter coffee and the milk was empty. Distance to Maspalomas (Faro) approx. 3km, i. E. Bus or taxi or walk.

Very clean. Staff all friendly. Well stocked shop on site. Breakfast was usual buffet style. Nice big pool with plenty of loungers. Fridge, toaster, coffee maker, 2 ring hob, plates and cutlery in kitchen. Bedroom a bit small and bed very firm. Couple of wee bits needing fixed, but nothing too bad. Quiet at night, and quiet area, not many restaurants and bars nearby, but plenty about 20 minutes walk away, near Yumbo centre. All in all, we had a great time here, especially the New Year celebrations. Would highly recommend. We'll definitely come back.

The pool is not resealed. There are no clear paths. The issue of architectural barriers and evacuation is not clear. They have offers but then they make you pay for TV. Very Amazacotado.

For a small one week vacation it's perfect if it was more it would be hard to live in such a small space. For the rest almost everything ok big sin the washing machine that stinks of mildew… unusable…

Reading the comments below people have to understand that when you pay a price like this for a hotel you will not get to stay in a five star luxury hotel. In my opinion you still get something very good; -Very friendly staff. -Excellent working Wi-Fi (also in pool area). Free of charge. -Wonderful breakfast with a lot to chose from. -Free shuttle bus to the beach two times in the morning and return two times in the afternoon. -Different supermarkets nearby. -Great gym nearby (35 Euro for one week or 10 Euro for a single visit). Also several tennis courts available. I very much recommend this hotel and we really enjoyed our visit here. I would definitely come back.

Bungalow facility with 24 hour occupied reception bar restaurant The pool is heated around the pool are built the newly renovated bungalows.
A small shopping market is also located on site.

The food was good had half-board.
The bungalows are well furnished and are quietly located. In the morning 2 Buse go to the beach of Maspalomos around 9 and at about 11 back from Maspalomas we go around 4 and 5 pm. The beach, however, is only recommended for sun worshippers the water is full of stones so you can not swim. Lying cost 2, 50 screens as well.
The Internet is subject to a fee. Television also, but we had in price with urgent why no idea (3 German programs are free) suitcases weigh also costs €1. (See pictures.
Taxi to the gr. Shopping centre is 4 euros and Playa de Ingles is around 5 euros.
The staff is very courteous and helps you very well with questions.

When we first arrived, we thought the bedroom was a bit small, but actually it was just right with a nice big and surprisingly comfortable bed. It is a bit dated, but extremely clean and cosy and the pool area is fabulous, plenty of space to swim. The staff are all excellent, very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return.

Very basic but very clean. Pool is great. Plenty of spaces and beds round pool. Lifeguard in attendance most of the day. Buffet food served ok plenty of bit and waiters very quick to clear tables. Front 9f jouse staff are friendly and very helpful with information/questions.

Although initially not impressed with our bungalows, our stay got better as the week went on. When you're given lemons, you make lemonade and that's what we did. The entertainment was OK and the gentleman that ran the water based activities everyday at twelve made up for it. Cost wise, we weren't impressed that we had to pay for Wi-Fi and TV (we purchased Wi-Fi but not TV). Also to protect your passports and money you have to rent a safety deposit box which is located at reception and a 20 euro deposit for a remote control to work the air conditioning in your bungalow. All this adds to your outlay, although you get your deposit money back at the end of the holiday. When dropped off by the coach, you have to walk down a hill to get to reception. This is no mean feat when you have luggage, a buggy and a tired and hot two year old. This really needs to be addressed for a number of reasons, including safety. The pool is not really adequate for the amount of bungalows on site and even though there are signs everywhere not to do so, people were securing sun loungers in the early hours, meaning there was no where to sit if you got to the pool at a normal time. If I'm honest, it would not be somewhere I would recommend staying, but it did what it needed to do for the duration of my holiday.

Lovely family place to stay, very friendly atmoshphere around the pool. The staff were great. Entertainment is there to keep all the family entertained throughout the day and night. Rooms kept clean. Great all round holiday with lots to do. Recommend to get taxis around they only cost between €3-5 to nearby beaches, attraction parks and shopping centres.

Budget holiday destination. Needs updating. Although the rooms were kept fairly clean with towels and bed sheets changed regularly, the sheets were actually ripped in places and with holes in! Pillows were flat and were just bags filled with off cuts of foam! Very popular with Spaniards and Germans. Food was edible. Staff were friendly on the whole.

If you own a cat don't bring it as you proverbially couldn't swing it. All open plan so defo not ideal for than a couple no matter what it says or pictures show. Would rather be in own place than In here.

Nice hotel clean but not really self catering.

Its such a long walk to anywhere… don't book here thinking its in maspalomas… its nearer playa de ingles … but still a LONG walk … on the upside its as cheap as chips to stay here. The rooms are clean and well attended … ps… the skinny ginger cat loves a fuss and a bit of ham xx.

Apartment in good condition, definitely a place to repeat. Very good service. A large swimming pool for adults and children's pool. Mini Club for kids and a small playground. There is a small but assorted and varied supermarket. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Recommended to everyone.

Good food with a varied selection and a decent quality AI drinks. Rooms are basic but are clean. Would recommend if on a budget. I would definitely return. Staff are all great. It's a wee bit out of the way with a walk to the beach about 20/25 minutes away.

I State 8 days with my family and from the entry have had problems, the cleaning of the rooms regrettable… When we opened the sofa still had previous customer and clothing without comment the wall of the bedroom and yenos of milk pictures… without comment when they come to aser cleaning, maids come and out and never clean in floor and bathroom much less.
It is a real embarrassment and am very sorry to have ke pay that kind of money for a service so lousy and not to mention ke is the second are ves ke and ke never expensive.

Lovely colorful two-story houses, buried in flowers. Two swimming pools, excellent cuisine and bar. You name it.

4 stars only cause Wi-Fi is not free and even when you by don't work very well in the bungalows… for the rest it's perfect! Specials congrats to the staff of buffet!

Complex well equipped, with all services, ideal for all.

Accomodation was clean & quiet if you were away from the pool area, nice place if you just want to read a book & sit in the sun. Seems to be popular with familys with a lot of regular repeat guests. Security warning get a safe for your valueables they are located at a room at the Reception desk, which I found a real pain as you spend a lot of time getting things in & out of it. Every other place I have stayed in, have had the safe in your accomodation/room which is much better. You will need one as the bungalows complex is very open plan. Food is very poor the hot food is always cold I hated the cold chips & meat etc which caused me to have to travel into Resort centre every night to get a decent meal. Staff were all very nice & friendly rooms cleaned well.

The best service ever the nicest persons and all of that its a place that I want to come back to:-) and I like the place the apardments was a little to bad in the security but everithing else was good and the food and then I liked the shows every evening :-).

The food is at best barely edible, severely over cooked to boot and a good bit priceier than other complexes. No free Wi-Fi available which some local competitors also offer and when you did buy Wi-Fi access for €15 a week thre wasn't great reception or connection speed in many areas. Staff are friendly and helpful, but it didn't make up for fundamental drawbacks mentioned above. Wouldn't rush to book here. I preferred Vista Oasis.

I love, fuimosccon the de (my nieces) and qe really everything was perfectly, ek club of the. De was fantastic, great pool, the bungalows best, sincerely, I will repeat, very friendly people, no tenia q raise neither elevator nor stairs to go to the pool, I had a super good recommend it! ;) Inventory.

Just a very nice, basic place to stay that forms a great base camp.

Pay 44 euros per head per day, breakfast fatal and eat eggs inrrompibles dinner, find at nine o'clock in the morning lounge chairs occupied by towels and your tolerance for the reception, I think a scam. The pool area has excessive noise by residents and owners Canaries, not being inclined to rest. You have to shut yourself in the bungalow to relax some, over the TV is for coins, circumstances is more primitive and now in disuse, mediocre cleaning, understood that the small garden area attached to the bungalow in conjunction with high temperatures generate presence of cockroaches, but it can be avoided with almost daily spraying. A place not to repeat.
