Located in a shopping center, it is not the ideal location to enjoy a city like Santiago. Despite this, good service, clean and good sized rooms.

Located in a shopping mall that had its best times, this hotel despite everything is still a good option as it is outside the hustle and bustle of downtown. The hotel itself is very nice, it has everything you can ask for such an establishment. Nice rooms very comfortable and complete. I recommend it.

Hotel of very good category, of simple but elegant rooms and with all the comfort. It has a cafeteria only in the mornings and the service is impeccable.

Very cheap Hotel, very expensive breakfast but it is buffet. The problem is that it is something messy but once you go once it is great.

Nice hotel, a pity that the location is a shopping center.

Very clean. Very friendly receptionists. Nice rooms. Bus in front takes you to town for 1 euro. To the main square in town its a walk of 20/25 minutes. Offers paid parking in garage. Located in commercial building with all kinds of stores. Supermarket right beside entrance. There is a public swimming pool nearby. Breakfast is nice.

Clean, good reception. The young man was polite with my poor Spanish. Great breakfast buffet for €5.50. Quiet at night. No complaints. Whatsoever.

Trato completamente familiar.

Very quiet and very well located, you can go to the Centre a stroll, it has parking which is paid separately under the hotel.
It is located on a block of houses with a quiet commercial area where you can find everything.

The hotel is pretty well what I least like esque after the 23 in the area is fully closed.

Normal room, but the staff was excellent. They canceled our flight and we arrived at the hotel at 7 in the morning. All were facilities that may relax and enjoy breakfast. They were very flexible and kind.

The room had a rather strong smell of tobacco, could not change the room because the hotel was full. The only solution was to leave the window open for that ventilase, when I came back it was closed and the smell remained… I Understand that this is a problem with the cleaning service that when it detects that a room has this smell at least wash the curtains and bedspread to mitigate the smell, and try not to vacuum the hallway at nine in the morning on a Sunday… when a good part of the tenants, as was our case, we arrived late for a celebration.

Situated about 15 min. From the centre there are buses at the door q you closer to the Center. Room and bathroom very spacious clean and comfortable, my husband and I had q ask other 2 pillows because they are quite fine and then the hotel got them us. Very low noise to be a street in transit. Very good price-quality relationship.

Location in a shopping center something away from the Center, if you are going to visit the old town of Santiago have several options: taxi, bus or a walk of just over 1 km. Staff; exquisite treatment, Rooom. Perfect cleaning. Parking. To put a but the televisions with the TDT.

Restaurant La Piazzetta.

Good to be 3-star hotel. It has a small reception, but then the breakfast room is very comfortable. The service and the room are good. The location is not central but however Santiago these one step from everything and from the hotel in 15 minutes could take you to the Center. In addition the hotel is part of a shopping center that gives you much convenience to dine or make a purchase. In general all very well.
