It's the best! Absolute tranquility! No screaming kid! Adults from all walks of life and good food is great.

Stayed at the end of Oct 1 week, clean, tidy hotel, the welcome was very friendly, also during the whole stay the staff was always friendly and attentive, the spreisen selection, fresh, well stocked, buffet form, I think there was something for every taste, the rooms are also neatly equipped, if you need something extra it is located, the location was convenient for us, also the hotel is very quiet, the place is small and contemplative, for rest and peace just right, we had booked a rental car in advance — highly recommended! I can't say anything about the wellness offers, as we were on the island by car every day. The best thing is, however, we noticed at the airport that we had forgotten something in the room, the notebook was found and sent home for a small fee! From us there is a recommendation, we will definitely come back!

A good Choice for Relaxation but the Beach is not well maintained, no Sun Loungers or Parasols. Allegedly the Beach may no longer be used by the Hotel because claimed by the Military?! Tell Locals … Anyway, clearly a thick Minus point.
Otherwise soothing moderate Animation, beautiful Shows and everything you can expect All-In. But If you are on shopping and Life's Life, you are wrong here.

Sad geographical place to die. No animation. Very big difference between the allegations made on the advertising and the reality. 2nd rest does not exist. Bar closed at 11pm! Out black sand OK (lava) but Dirty beach. Some nice waitresses and bent to the friendly animation but without any way. Disco to forget. We go there and then go. Place to avoid.

Nice Staff, large Rooms with Minibar. Three Times a day Buffet. No Wish remains unfulfilled. Well, the House Wines are not always the Hit but the Selection at the Buffet changes daily. The Pools are very well maintained. The Hotel's own Cats are not fed and do not beg. Everyone likes to weed them. They don't come to the Hotel Complex, but stay in front of it. This is where you take care of them! They are also neutered so that there are no more Cats. German, Spanish, French and English are spoken here. Certainly even more. We are thrilled!

Very good week spent in this hotel. Quiet, nice beach, good service. Nice staff, always smiling. Super Animation team, thanks to Bent, Stéfano… Two swimming pools including one heated. Good restoration, the only negative point would be on desserts.

Very nice and quiet hotel with quality services. The Romantic suites are beautifully decorated and welcoming. I recommend the SPA to spend a real moment of relaxation. Only downside: The restaurant's dishes are little varied and not to the height of the rest of the resort. I do not advise the fruit juices and cocktails because very chemical taste. Ideal hotel to spend a relaxing and resting stay.

Very fresh and nice rooms. Friendly staff and okey facilities, with gym and spa. The hotel is in a very quiet area in an little village. It's It's perfect if you just want to spend time with your partner and don't have so much need for activities. The beach is just about 100m away from the hotel, but it isn't really "sun bath friendly" for my taste because of a lot of stones and not so much sand. Then again it didn't really matter because there is 3 pools (+one in the Spa) in the hotel. In a small beach, at the edge of the ocean, the hotel is very comfortable with quality materials. The staff are small care for all requests, very efficient and anxious to make the stay enjoyable.
However, access to the wellness area has become paid even if the hotel offers entrances, towels and bathrobes. The indoor pools are quickly stormed by guests who do not have a terrace. But as there are few people in the water, you can enjoy it.
For the restoration, many cold, hot, sweet and savoury buffets are richly garnished. But the flavors are lacking and it's not dietary… On the other hand, they know very well the unconsumed ones that are found the next day in new dishes.
In short, nice establishment and enjoy to eat Local in the restaurants of the island.

Excellent hotel. We went all inclusive, loads of food. The drink was not so good but I went the Spar and got some good Vodka, Dark rum and Bicardi. Good quality drinks had to be purchased in the hotel and were not included in the all inclusive, So it was not really all inclusive then. The Animation entertainment was great, the whole gang made our holiday.

Extremely chill out hotel. Although mainly German guests, which we found to be very polite. The facilities in our room we would describe as very minimalistic to the point of; no drawers, no mirrors, except the bathroom; one chair in the room and a large space that we feel should accommodate atleast a coffee table, I say this as on the website the pictures show a sofa & coffee table. Although we do not usually watch TV there are only 3 English speaking channels, if reception is clear, available to watch news & sport highlights. We were "upgraded" therefore our accommodation was separated from the main hotel and had to cross a very darkened area of road, through low lighting gardens to our room, I would not have entered this area on my own! We had an issue with the shower over the bath, there are no hand rails to assist you going in and out of the bath after showering. On day one we both slipped trying to straddle the bath after showering! We are both fit enough so no excuse! Our request for a walk in shower was rejected due to "The Hotel is Full". But call back tomorrow was the suggestion made by the recieption staff. Which we did! Still no exchange! We are here for a week so its a case of "mind our step" getting out of bath! If you are looking for an adults only hotel with a hot outdoor pool on this Island this being our first its a good but pricy choice.

I have to start with the food. The Buffet (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner) is simply outstanding. The rooms are nice and comfy and well equipped. The staff though is the star of the show. So nice and friendly. The room cleaning gets a Free 5 Stars as well!. If you just want to relax and do nothing — it's perfect. I have nothing more to add — we'll be back next year.

Recommended! Excellent spacious rooms! Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Hotel is nice, almost new, clean, no kids, mostly young and middle-aged couples. Very good food, good swimming outdoor pool. No bars, no shops in the vicinity. Not crowded. Nice beach, but small and could be cleaner. Town is quiet and calm. Car rental very expensive (I recommend renting from the internet). Disco a little too loud.

The beach is ademas. Cuenta with a super ride trankila.
