A simple hotel to spend a couple of nights per Mitovo of work quite clean and refurbished with good views to the sea, the Maritime Avenue and the port. In the middle of capital. The area has easy parking depending on the time. Lack of pool or lack that makes him.

The hotel is a 3 star so Q being objective is good overall. There is usually noise outside when being on the port road with a lot of traffic but it is very well insulated from the noise with the window closed. Great views. It is comfortable to level beds, mattress a tad hard and perfect toilet, maybe small TV. The breakfast has abundant assortment of sweet and salty and they even have lactose free milk, soy and oats, had seen reviews complaining of the same… and variety and all very good, even natural juices. As it is more or less in the middle of the island, it is perfect base to move to the North and south (the island is extensive) and you have walk a lot of offer to eat/dine good and cheap. Well it is true Q for beach, take car and go to other areas of the island, but if you want to be in area not full of tourists and bars/shops Enfocadoa to them, Puerto del Rosario and this hotel is the best. In short, depending on what you are looking for and how demanding you are, so good and helpful you will find this hotel, but good and cheap is.

The staff was very friendly and the room was very good. As for the rest, the location is not bad as it is right in front of the Ferry dock and the cruise ships. The hotel is quite old and it shows it is. The hotel would win many integers with a good remodel.

The good thing is their cafeteria, where the staff is very affectionate and friendly and makes you wake up with a smile and good coffee. The best is the location because the views to the marina are great. But you cannot or should not be able to offer a hotel in the capital of Fuerteventura in such low conditions. We should not allow a hotel that is permanently full not in optimal condition. The cupboard is naked, not a shelf, or veneer of wood that covers the cement wall. Right in the intercity. Magnificent oceanview. A short (but steep) walk uphill to bars, restaurants and the main shopping street. Ferry to Gran Canaria very close by.

Free view out over the water. Near the ferry to the other Palmas and the shops, restaurants and bars of the inner city. Everything within walking distance.

the rooms are cozy, no big thing, was only a couple of days for work, but it seemed the best option in the area.

I only spent one night there and I can only comment on the room, because I arrived at night and I went in the morning. Small room and bathroom, basic, but very clean and correct. I didn't that the floor was carpeted. The bed comfortable, but small. The walls and windows let pass something of noise, but the area is quiet. Right to sleep if are in travel of work, but not for a journey of pleasure. Although it seems that have rooms more large and best…

In general I am happy with the choice. Rooms, wooden floors, are spacious and comfortable, with a bathroom also spacious. The rooms were clean. The best, the views over the Harbour and Avenue. I quite liked the cafeteria/restaurant. The food was good and the breakfast well served despite being small. I also liked that the crib for the baby was clean and well kept (something in which one always is set when you go with a baby) to improve:-windows are spacious but being slides let noise. However, I have to say that the area of the hotel is reasonably quiet. — Reception (amenities) products: there are only for a sink and SOAP for the shower (which is the same). At least one package of paper handkerchiefs is Miss. — No room service: the cafeteria/restaurant of the hotel is owned by another company and therefore the hotel facilities are not fully integrated. That Yes, the cafeteria staff is very friendly and they gave me all the facilities to bring me food to the room (traveling with one older person and a baby), also offering to take them.

It is not anything in the other world, but the views are well, our rooms and breakfast is competent.
