For the price everything was right, a little noisy when eating, and after 9 days it's already monotonous. Breakfast but very good for the price.
Rooms also older and it goes so with the cleanliness, facility but very nicely maintained, close to the beach.
The pool was a bit small, but then it got there. Animation (wanted for us only as a spectator, for the many Spanish children and families certainly very good.

I must admit I was a little worried beforehand after reading the reviews on TA however I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff are really friendly… just be respectful, say hola, por favor, gracious… Little things make all the difference… BBQ every day for lunch and if the food is slightly under cooked just take it back, they don't mind. The chambermaids are really efficient and the rooms are spotless afterwards. The Animation team are brilliant too, would love to be working with them doing the classes, activities and entertainment for the seassons. Well done to you all, a great little place within easy reach of the beach.

Very good place very nice everything. Very attentive all the staff with the customer good food. Good animation all day entertaining. Good location near the beach. And for the fabulous kids my daughters don't want another place.

Nice place with very friendly staff. Food is fine — sometimes it was really good and sometimes so-so. Drinks are good. Swimming pool is not great, rather OK. Rooms are clean and look fine.

It is quite cheap and one expects the Performance to be not satisfied, but the Food is fabulous, the Facility is very nicely designed and much more. The only thing that doesn't quite satisfy is the Fireworks on New Year's Eve. I've been here for Years and it's always beautiful.

Lovely place! The food was brilliant — new meals came every day but old favourites like chips were always served. The club was nice but a bit unhygienic. Friendly enough staff but they made some loud noises at night. However, everyone knew each other (including the hotel's dozens of cats) and was one big family. My family's best holiday yet!

Very good Hotel for all the great services you eat very well and especially for the location.

Great accommodation. It is the second year that we use this structure and we find it really comfortable. Convenient to the beautiful beach, excellent restaurant service buffet, kindness and cleanliness.

Was fine for the money. Large apartments with kitchenette. Nice view at sea view booking. Well maintained facility and great lighting in the evening. Little Alice in Wonderland — moderately. Food was a bit bland but adequately available. Recommended in winter as no air conditioning in the room. Is certainly hardly to be held in the summer on the top floors. For that it was pleasant in January and sun and bathing at 24 degrees was also in it, 3 minutes to the sea. Dream Beach. Entertainment facilities in the surrounding area. Supermarket etc all available. Of course the well-to-walk village of Morro Jable not to be forgotten. Gorgeous…

Now a fair review of a 3 (! ) Star hotels!
The location on the beautiful beach is very good. The pool area is relatively large and kept clean.
The staff (reception) speaks very good German so that you can ask any question easily and get a clear answer.
The food was versatile and delicious. Anyone who complains about "fries every day" can easily enrich themselves with a large selection.
The 3 animators are really bothering and the kids will be all (! ) Day.
The "Beer cellar" is cosy and entertaining.
The room has a large bathroom (bathtub) and bedroom. A small tidy kitchenette, a cosy terrace and a living room with a 1, 84inch diagonal flat screen TV. Hire safe in the built-in cupboard.
If I had to complain about bad things now maybe that the hotel room has come in the years. The double bed has 2 separate mattresses… sucks something while cuddling. But that's whining at a high level. After all, the holiday takes place outside from the room.
I cannot understand the negative ratings to 80-90%. Maybe measured at a 4 star hotel.
I can recommend the Sol Jandia Mar without worries.

The resort is fine, the décor somewhat outdated but the mattresses great, the cleanliness OK. The food at all inclusive is quite good, varied and abundant, quality adequate. The location is very good and the beach is very nice… value for money more than acceptable.

We (my partner and I) were in October 2017 at this hotel.
Unfortunately, we arrived late in the evening.
Nevertheless, we were greeted very cordially by receptionist and he even made sure that something of the evening buffet was lifted for us.
The facility is relatively large and winding, so we were able to find our room to get lost.
But at some point we managed to find our room.
The furnishings have been in the years, but we are not going on holiday to sit in the room.
Nice was that there was a small kitchenette so I could enjoy my first coffee in the morning on the terrace in front of the rooms. Even if it takes some practice to operate the stove, it all worked out.
We had a room on the ground floor which was quite scary for us in the two nights.
On the first night we left the window in the bedroom, as the room had been heated during the day.
And through the wide grids in front of the window we had no hesitation at first. Unfortunately, my girlfriend woke up at night and saw someone standing in front of the window and apparently holding an active camera.
Since we are two women who do not exactly have the body dimensions of Arnold Schwarzenegger, we simply behave as quietly as possible and when the light and the human being disappeared, the window closed.
Through the stones in front of the window one could hear that AISI is moving someone there.

Nice hotel. Breakfast good, lunch by the pool. Evening, canteen. For families with children, the stars are for the Spanish category.
The bathroom and the kitchen are very well taken. The furniture was sitting by but the beds are good.

Fantastic place with beautiful well maintained garden. Apartments a little bit dated but very clean, with friendly staff that almost immediately resolves any problem.

Super well maintained gardens. Clean Hotel. Nice people. In the restaurant they indicate allergens, variety of milks, gluten-free products, very good bread.

Nice hotel, clean, not too big with dynamic animators. Large comfortable rooms. Beautiful sandy beaches nearby, free and easy parking.
The less: small heated pool, good food but very redundant, no free service to the pool in all inclusive, so we always queue to have a drink, rental service of beach towels and not ready, very show room small and mediocre shows.

For a three star hotel really nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful and you are within a few minutes on the beach. The African market is right in front of the hotel and a small kiosk right next to the hotel is also open on Sundays.
Room service could come more regularly and the food is partly tepid warm to cold. Those who book a room with sea view have street noise included. Heating and air conditioning not available but after comment at the reception you get extra blankets in the room. The bathroom does not have ventilation, windows or hotter water. There is a small kitchen, however, the cooker is to be enjoyed with caution as the knobs are partially defective, another lamp (available but defective) or similar lights up which indicates that the cooker is in operation.

Very beautiful place. Cool activities and friendly staff. Some cocktails are too sweet tough. Food is very good here, very large selection, some desserts are way too sweet.

Location OK, but the apartments are dated and they would need a radical renovation. It looks like a German colony.

Good quality apartments and well located on the south coast of Fuerteventura. The staff is very friendly and their kitchen is worth it. The rooms serve their purpose. Recommended.

Lovely complex in the south of Fuertaventura. Apartments a little dated but kept spotlessly clean as is the whole resort. Not a great variety of food to choose from but always something to eat.

I've been at the end of January 2018, I emphasize that it is very average, actually a break legs, up and down, and if you have to climb one with outside spiral staircase or tell you. The third bed of the room at the same time sofa, are not suitable for the space, the pillows are strained by the back, faucets, kitchens, refrigerators outdated or something spoiled. Pretty careful on the outside, patios accesses. The food buffet, you can not order pears to the elm as some say, exchange less quantity for more quality… Notice to cooks, fish and meats are not passed, as they dry… the cakes lousy, then you have to limit yourself to ice cream, or some fruit, which are not to throw cuetes, the bad presentation, you have to remove the products dry or past… As for the free drink, God is worth me, bad not very bad not even the water is acceptable, the wine or tell you, and the other drinks served you, Pouf, the only passable beer, and drinks from the pool, bad not very bad, in order that if you charge you serve and if you charge, or increase a bit the price. If you don't have a palate this is the best place to summer. I do not repeat, as they say there are colors for all tastes, my stay was not successful.

So we have been very happy for years and are always happy to come here, very clean and beautiful facility and we always feel very comfortable here.
And once you've seen the beach, don't think of the Caribbean.
If there was anything to complain about, the bus ride from the airport to Jandia would take forever, next year we will take a taxi.

Recently refurbished but still a mid-low range accommodation compared to those around you. Very close to fabulous beaches. Normal food.

Food very bad. This hotel never again. Great food is available in the old home. Great Eatery. Good prices. Is located right next to the hotel about 30 m to the left.

I can't understand the negative reviews on here. It's all inclusive and the food, service, staff and choice of drinks are all excellent. Yes, there is no air con but the rooms are large with separate bedroom cleverly positioned out of the sun in true Mediterranean style so it's not needed. Very, very clean throughout and extremely helpful staff. Also, I can't understand what "catering mostly for Germans means" in one of the earlier reviews. Do they not eat, drink, swim and enjoy themselves? There are also ample sunbeds, so no "fighting" for those either. The pool area is clean with one heated and one not. The only thing I would earn the less able bodied about is despite the gardens and setting being beautiful, please ensure if you do have problems walking, to book pool view ground floor. If you do that, you will have no problems. Truly, this is a great hotel in the best and sunniest part of the Island with wonderful staff. Book it!

Wifi throughout the hotel and in the rooms is great. The rooms are clean. The food is very decent. Nearby is a shopping street. The beach is across the street and a little to the left. It's all convenient.

A great 3 star hotel, choice and variation of food was excellent, rooms were quite basic but were clean and have everything you need, loved the size of the bathroom and balcony. Staff were friendly and helpful however cleaning staff started work at 8am so don t expect a lie in as they were quite noisey. Fantastic location, within walking distance to all amenities. We would certainly recommend it.

Rooms Bad, outdated furniture in bad condition and badly maintained, even with broken and beaten parts (this is extrapolated to other areas of the hotel). There are ants. They are accessed by stairs. Not suitable for disabled, or people with reduced mobility. Clean well. We had a room facing the main road, with traffic noise all night long. The windows have a ventilation grille and they do not isolate anything from the noise. No Air conditioning.
BUFFET Justita quality and little variety. The presentation doesn't invite you to eat. Beverages included. It's a personal foul. If you ask someone for something it is often that the answer is "that takes my comrades", but without specifying. The things that end it takes a long time to be recalled (one day I spent 10 minutes waiting for the tomato to be put back). German timetable. Dinner is until 21:00h, but from the 20:45 do not return to replenish what is finished. It is frequent from that hour to see the waiters filling trays for dinner, even if there are customers in the dining room. If one day you decide to do a tour, you have to keep in mind that they do not prepare PICNIC, you will lose the food.
Pool Well, as in all hotel the deckchairs are usually booked without anyone doing anything about it, but we had no problems catching several (it was October). The Cats roam among the hammocks and there are cockroaches dead in the vicinity.
Located 15 mins from the village on foot and 5 mins from the beach.

I do not understand the bad reviews they make to these apartments we talked about a 3 star apartments not a 5 star hotel do not ask for pears to Elm. I liked the varied buffet I was in bad time full August there were so many people that we couldn't catch hammock but having those wonders of Little beach we went to the pool sure that from September it would be better. We did miss the air conditioning in the rooms. There is an elevator to get the suitcases ask the reception would be a sign indicative as many went up with the suitcases these stairs for lack of information. In general very well now if you are looking for tranquility do not go the summer months. Ideal for families not for couples at least in the months of high season. Solve the problem of hammocks sure to find solution. Professional staff all Simpatiquisimos especially a sevillian who attended the rooms we solved immediately anything we needed.

A good place to rest but needs to renovate the apartments. Clean and friendly service. Restaurant with varied food and good quality.

The service is fantastic and the rooms, pools and restaurants are very clean. There's such a lot of different food to choose from either in the restaurant or sitting beside the pool. You'll be spoilt for choice and every day is different selection. Great family hotel. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful place wonderful water immense beaches.

Good. The food and drink is good. The walk ways are well light up. The stairs to the apartment have no lights. The night shows are good. Nice quiet location. The pool is nice. Needs more sun beds and more rubbish bins. Over all very nice place. Family friendly and the staff are very nice.

Close to the town of Morro de Jable, two minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars close by. Ideal for a stress free self-catering holiday, no need to cook as plenty of restaurants on the door step.

Great location, good food, simple apartment, drinks included, only flaw uncomfortable mattresses.

Hotel was very clean just wish I had gone self catering rather than going All Inclusive. Food was average to us, but the drink/bar arrangements really let them down. Wine, beer and soft drinks were on free vend in restaurant during meal times although No coffee were available in the restaurant other than breakfast time. Drinks during the day were available at the poolside bar only outside restaurant times. The pool bar was left running on minimum staff ensuring that there was a queue at the majority of time. If spirits were ordered a till receipt was presented which we had to sign and enter our room number. All drinks including coffee would have to be served at the poolside bar all though only spirits had to be signed for. The poolside bar would close at 5.45 and the only other bar would open at 6. Beer and soft drinks were on free vend in the main bar. But if you wanted spirits, wine or coffee you would then again have to queue. As a general rule there would be one bar staff serving ensuring a good queue was maintained. And again a till receipt would be produced which needed signing and the room number added. Entertainment was poor and was clearly aimed at entertaining the children. It was not uncommon to see people queue for quite a while to get served. All drinks were free, so no idea what the receipt signing was about.

Dirty old rooms full of giant cockroaches to never again.

Thieves on the first floor semi open window while we slept in the bedroom they hopped on the balcony and entered the lounge stole my purse with €700 and all the documents threw away only the passport. Dinner awful, Breakfast ok, room old but clean, Sunbeds at the Pool are much too tight. In the Appendix, there are "basement disco" in the AI guests in the evening, your drinks will get, the Poorest. Location of the hotel is good, beach (5min) is very nice. All in all, for a week, but only Breakfast, endure, but not more.

Stayed here for 9 days and it was very relaxing. Kitchen a bit on the basic side but that was my only criticism.

Can you save yourself. The worst all inclusive. Only abzocke.

The hotel is spectacular, tuene of all and it is very bonitoo, what should mejirar is the variety of meals at lunch and dinner. But for the rest very well.

We spent a great 7-days holiday with our twin girls there. It is such a family friendly apartment hotel, provided great service and fantastic activities for kids — chrildren club, games in a pool, mini disco etc, also I really enjoyed the fitness class in the morning. I highly recommend.

We love. All mo family have been 3 years in a row and the truth is that we passed it great. The area in which this. Close to the beach. Do not hesitate to return love.

The food is mixed.
The plant itself is very comfortable with their due and the lush vegetation.
Cat haters should be warned however. There is a feeding station for cats and hedgehogs on the grounds. Very sweet but may be problematic for allergy sufferers.

Simply put, the hotel is very good.
It is well located 20 metres from the beach, the apartments are spacious, clean and functional. There is nothing to eat if you want.
Otherwise, there is the restaurant well enough, the food is quite varied, the servers are very friendly and are struggling to satisfy customers.
Animations are many and varied, for young and old, and the facilitators are dynamic and our kids were excited.
The pool is large enough and there still room on the sun loungers.
In short, a hotel we recommend widely for the price.

Apartments come in the year.

I was from 2 to 9 September and I loved everything, is very well situated and the service is excellent, I will surely repeat ;).

Access to the accommodation is only steps from the reception, there is no ramp or elevator, or a person in a wheelchair can not go to this site. The bathroom of the apartment smelled like urine, I had to buy bleach. The table on the terrace had 4 legs one of them 5 cent. Less than the other three. There are many ants tiny in the kitchen, the bathroom and even in the reception. The pool left much to be desired, the water cold and lack of paint. Pool schedule see it just right, it's from 9 in the morning to 6 o'clock (very early to close at that time). Apart from all this, that the staff is not very serious is great and the beach access a wonder. On the other hand we are grateful because the day that came had to leave the apartment at 12, but gave us one complimentary whenever we wanted, to clean us prior to shipment. Thanks a lot.

Good location. Old furniture. The worst thing is that they not cleaned daily. Not suitable for diminished physicists. Go to the pool becomes arduous task, so at 9 o'clock already are almost all them hammocks with towel without having anyone in the place. Fdz.

This well located (near the beach). Service okay, but the food is not worth nothing.

My one week stay was quite regrettable. Bad room. (ants) and others. The buffet quite pauperrimo.
At least the waiters were majete.

-Nothing else get tubimos that ask us to change room since we entered it and see you a towel tucked inside the refrigerator with the same open and a puddle in your environment. Once we complain we get into something akin to a hideout of the ETA with a motor in the back and a window giving towards any place (or what was the same ventilation zero without air conditioning and 40 °) after call and complain to our operator tourist we shift back room, to one in which good form physics was already indispensable to the promenade and the ascent to three feet flats as well as required. Now comes the more dibertido, the dining room: not to mention the quality of food, that I leave to the imagination of each, but to reach any bite had to go through a genuine pilgrimage worthy of a Muslim heading to Mecca or the unemployment queue, incredible. Finally if you can gastensen €100 more and go to something better, should not be so difficult.
Good clean, recommend National Geografic site if you are interested in filming a documentary about the wonderful world of cockroaches and the fascinating history of how mosquitoes feed.
