Well located if you want to be from the Warner Park… But away from everything. Necessary car.

A good experience in hotel with spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. The Buffet-style breakfast serves a wide variety and very rich everything.

Good hotel to stay, it has a modern touch in the décor and the rooms. Quiet Hotel and that has parking with direct access to the rooms I loved it. Good breakfast and I highly recommend this hotel which is located 15 minutes from Warner Park, we were very pleased.

The hotel is close to Getafe and half an hour's drive from the centre of Madrid and about 40 minutes from Barajas airport.
The rooms are a reasonable size and the cleanliness is very good.
The hotel restaurant is not good the menu is very limited and the portions quite scarce. The past cooking plates.
The other downside is that there is no place in the neighborhood to eat.
Breakfast is varied, with many options and for tastes of all kinds.

The rooms are good, but it does not have restaurant service to eat, close at 12:00 and open at 20:00, would not return the regular buffet and the waitress very unprofessional. It is definitely a one night hotel and running away.

Very cosy rooms. For me it is well located. You leave the hotel and there is a way out that takes you to the part of Madrid you want. It is inside a polygon, the free buffet is good and has free parking, the staff very nice.

Very good location and communication with all directions. Modern Hotel, comfortable, spacious rooms, bright and very neat. The hotel has numerous services for the client free of charge that do not have other hotels of its category. Special mention to its receptionist (Sandra and Celia), are friendly and attentive, it is good to deal with them.

The Estacia in the hotel has been perfect. The room is spacious, it was very clean and all the details very cared for. I wanted to highlight the friendliness of all the front desk staff, especially Sandra and Celia. I would like to highlight the comfort of the mattress and have free private parking. Would be delighted.

The hotel is fine. Well without more. Clean and well-sounded rooms. Few services I don't know who gave them the four stars. And the restaurant is a shame. Unfortunate. I could only have dinner one night. A real shame. Having next door a mall where you can dine and eat whatever you want. Nassica is called. That is if the waiters are very attentive and sympathetic but they cannot supply the lack of quality.

As a business hotel it is good, but very isolated, scenery is industrial. Staff are helpful and friendly, I found the food better than many hotels I have stayed in. One criticism is that facilities like bar and room service, are only available at limited times. Sometimes it is good to have a beer when you finish work, you can't until 8 pm, nor can you get a sandwich.

Was in this hotel for 3 weeks. The rooms are good and the breakfast is above average. However, the service and the customer experience is poor. My garage wasn't working (what you pay in your room rate). I need to find out myself by trying 2 days in row to get in. Then I was told it is not working. However, nobody will repair them. The receptionists are not customer satisfaction focused. When I try to get an answer why something wasn't working or good the easily don't care. Good hotel, cap service.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The service is great, everything is perfect. Highlight the quality of the buffet at breakfast.

Quite good. Sometimes it smells bad because of smokers, and there is some dust in the rooms. Very nice decor.

We had a Deluxe Room for 1 night, where you can park your car in a private garage underneath your apartment: Wonderful! Room: Big, Clean, spacious, Nice and looks good Bed is Hard! Bathroom: toilet, shower/bath, bidet good, Clean, fresh towls, soap/shampoo is there Breakfast: enough choice, taste good. they had No Tea! was pleasant to stay.

A nice, modern and cozy hotel, It has A/C, free parking for guests, vending machines, cafeteria service and room service from 7am to 11pm and conference rooms. Rooms are big and newly reformed and decorated. The service is really nice and polite and they would help you with anithing you'll need. The hotel is located at an industrial area in Pinto, twenty minutes by car from Madrid city center. It is complicated to get there by public transportation.

Personally this hotel impressed me because despite the area where are that it is a polygon as away from the hand of God. Is beautiful on the inside and super good care all the furniture.

After you have booked more than two weeks in advance and travel more than 300km to Madrid we find that the hotel does not meet the conditions of what we had contracted for (one night hotel plus tickets to the Warner park), we made the reservation by internet, in the section promotions, but it turns out that after you are only paying for the night in a hotel, the tickets you pay to party. What is worse is that they don't give you any solution if you want it well and if you do not want the lives of more than 300km of your home. Of course, we will not return.

Modern Hotel, spacious rooms, full baths, well located, nice staff, friendly and willing, clean, and buffet breakfast with large variety of food, it also has free parking, honestly I love it.

The restaurant with a lousy, 40minutos to serve a hamburger. Y15 minutes more to bring a little bit of kechup since, apart from having to ask for it the not brought more than bread and meat and a salad apart without dressing which I didn't care in order.

The staff very friendly. The hotel is new and good. The spacious rooms. But. The food sucks. The breakfast buffet without more. To be a 4-star hotel let q be desired. I was expecting something more. Rooms and staff very well care up to the last detail very clean and well located the bad thing of this hotel is the kitchen, not at the height of this hotel, the pastries at the breakfast was not fresh and the meat had a very strong oil flavor I think q is could improve by the other super well.
