We had a fantastic stay here, the site was lovely over looking the pool. The Level lounge is peaceful with attentive staff and a wide range of food and drink available during our stay.

We are here on holiday and this hotel is very nice. Very clean with many amenities. Breakfast choices are plentiful and we had a late dinner in the hotel lounge. Both offer excellent food. Highly recommend.

The hotel is about 25mins away from the city centre by Metro, though the nearest Metro station is about 10mins walk. The breakfast buffet is quite extensive, with both Spanish and Western options. Waiting staff were very attentive and we really felt looked after. Rooms were large and clean, and there's a minibar in the room. Bathrooms are also large and the bed is huge. It's a busy hotel, but wasn't noisy at all.

Big hotel (900 rooms, I believe), but very nicely (newly? ) decorated. Clean. Beds are on the soft side, and/but comfortable. Friendly staff. Small-ish, but well appointed gym and outdoor pool. 25min from hotel to city center with public transport.

Magnificent rooms, hearty breakfasts, free Wi-Fi, 800 meters from the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, 200 m from the Metro.

Worked on an event here. Hotel facilities were great, rooms are a large size, clean and comfortable. All staff were friendly in both the bars. The event space is easy to work in. The only downside was the attached restaurant, the menu seemed bland and the staff seem unwelcoming. But not a problem as a 5min walk gives you plenty of options. Would happily come back.

Good quality hotel but a little dated on the décor and furniture. Spring mattress in poor condition, wallpaper aging and you hear the neighbors when they are noisy. Food very good and welcoming staff nice and professional.

Excellent location. Good size room. Professional staff. Some plumbing seems as if it is not fitted properly. I would have given 5 stars if they have more vegetarian options for dining.

Decent rooms Although needs a renovation, floor carpeted, walls too. Bathtub with curtain… For the place and category of the hotel I think that would have to be improved. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. Very good service too, and also good location. In summary very well except because we would have to renovate already the hotel and rooms.

4 star Superior Hotel, very clean, spacious rooms well furnished and comfortable. A great breakfast buffet. Located on an avenue with many good restaurants and close to the metro station.

Excellent hotel with good bars. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Only downside is it's slightly far from the centre. I would recommend though.

The service is good and the room we are currently staying in is comfortable and clean. The is ample space with complimentary water provided daily. The hotel seems popular for air crew and conference attendees. The nearest metro station is only 10 mins walk. The only downside is the canteen feel of the restaurant when having breakfast. One other point is the poor sound isolation between the rooms. Would recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Madrid.

I touched an old room on the first floor. Magnificent views at 20 cm from the reception window. But it's a very nice hotel. Helpful staff. I didn't really enjoy it.

Excellent hotel! Has a 'businessy' atmosphere, elegant and expensive-looking like lobby. It's a Congress hotel, great for company events, presentation, team building. Rooms are very nice, comfy. There is an iron in the rooms for you to press your suit before getting into the meeting! I highly recommend it!

The value for money could not be better.
The service is super attentive and professional.
The breakfast is very good, very careful with the gluten.
The rooms are large and refurbished.
What I like is the location, next to the subway and next to the restaurant La Albufera, the Txistu, the Steakhouse… and you can have a drink at night across the street.
I haven't been to another hotel in Madrid for 3 years!

A hotwelazo in the heart of Madrid, attention on the part of all the very good staff, recently refurbished hotel, cosy rooms and one of the best buffets I have been to. It has a very affordable price. Recommended.

Hotel a bit old but it's pretty good. 5 stars. Good location. Two metro lines just a few minutes walk. Close to the Santiago Bernabeu stadium, a ham museum, Mercadona supermarket and several restaurants nearby.

Really pleased with hotel. Nice+helpful staff, good quality room. Nice menus with reasonable prices. Only down side for us was price of continental breakfast. Thought €24 pp p/day was steep.

Very comfortable, quiet. Clean and has all needed facilities for business travel. No complimentary water is a minus. Wifi works well and is free. All spanish TV channels.

The Hotel is very good. The shower and pillows are especially excellent. Breakfast is varied and with lots of healthy choice.

Had the opportunity to stay here during a number of work engagements. A wonderful stay everytime. Staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Didn't have a chance to dine at the restaurants because of the exceptional options in the area.

The hotel has at least 2 types of rooms, more modern and other more classic decorations. It is very clean, the service very nice and the buffet breakfast has everything, sweet, salty, fruits, sausages, eggs… Definitely recommended.

I didn't like the hotel from the outside. But Inen got me out of the stool. I recommend it for people who need a few days of rest.

Some rooms need a renovation because the maintenance is regular, although I think they were on it because I saw some areas with works.

We had an enjoyable 2 night stay while in Madrid. The staff we friendly & efficient. Room were clean, comfortable & good size. Location is about 10 minutes walk to Metro station & about 15 minutes ride to Gran Via. Breakfast was nice.

Excellent facilities of the place and treatment of the staff is very nice, always worrying about solving the problems in the best way. The breakfast is amazing in variety and quality.
The place is perfect for long stays. I frequently used the laundry service and never had any problems.

It is a well-located hotel, with gastronomic and leisure activities in the surroundings, so you don't need to take transport. The room is renovated, cared for, spacious, with a comfortable bed and a spacious shower. Breakfast is varied and quality. And friendly and diligent staff. To repeat.

Considering the price — poor quality hotel — 12th floor had run down carpets — literally as you entered the 12th floor the carpets felt overused and run down — no bottled drinking water in the room which is a usual courtesy on many lower quality hotels — when we checked in the bed had a bed sheet but no blanket / comforter — he had to request one at 1am? Strange — each day the room service made the bed without the comforter which was left folded on a sofa — it seems it was not part of their routine — hallway lights had movement censor but 10 seconds later would turn off and you would be walking down few rows of rooms in darkness — often reaching the door handle to fumble with your cell phone light to locate the correct way to inset the room key Bed had an odd slope on the side while sleeping almost midway you would feel like sliding downward and crinch back up — was here for a conference I would have rated it better but small issues here and there made me rate it 3/5 Breakfast was good — staff courteous — far from downtown Madrid — walking distance to metro & Santiago Bernabeu.

Good location and friendly staff. The prices are quite high but they are just in relation to the structure. I recommend it even though I have not been to sleep in the rooms.

Absolutely fantastic service, they bring the kids chocolate milk and cookies every night! Although construction is making the mornings a bit noisy. The pool is beautiful but absolutely frigid, do not expect to stay in long. The location is great, 5 minute walk to the closest metro.

The room was exceptionally clean and reasonably sized. Positive is also that they don't have carpets and that it's possible to open the windows. Unfortunately, Internet didn't work too well in the room. Outlook wasn't even able to send emails due to the slow connection. Breakfast has a rich selection and is definitely worth it. Overall, the hotel doesn't have any special surprises that would set it apart, but is very solid and definitely a good choice.

Historic Madrid Hotel Just a stone's throw from the stadium. Very clean and very operational staff.

Huge hotel used for conferences. The rooms are quite tired.

Decent hotel but nothing special. The lobby led me to expect more from my room. Pretty English friendly for the most part at the front desk checking in. Bed was squeaky, and felt old. Room service menu seems short, room is a bit cramp tho I am a taller person. Breakfast is pretty extensive which might be what I enjoy the most. It's usually 25 euros a day but if you agree to prepay all mornings at check in its 20 euros. I am staying for work so Wi-Fi is essential but I kept getting kicked off and couldn't join any telecommunications. Had to use the phone in the room which I'm sure I'll pay more for international call but I had to find a stable position to lean it so there wouldn't be crackle on the line. Tried to watch TV but not very English friendly. Got half used toiletries, iron is pretty lame with no steam and the cable attache to board which isn't very long to reach everywhere. No special views of the city in my opinion. It is pretty quiet at night to sleep. It's early into my stay and I hope I can come back and edit my review if needed.

If you're into tacky decor… this is your spot. Rooms are decent size but the ridiculous and over-the-top (70's Liberace) decor is a sadly disappointing. This hotel chain needs a serious make over!

This is a nice hotel, very close to the train station. On foot you can reach to meet all your other needs. The most useful or the train station, there are various living needs, to facilitate, for example, food, supermarket, and communications. With the Hilton hotel adjacent to them.

Nice hotel. However, please be aware on your personal belongings. Our friend bag got stolen during breakfast.

Really not worth the money I spend extra live in this apartment. In fact, the room I stayed was smallest room I've ever stayed at this hotel. Only benefit is that of arrival time is special for business-level services, rooms provide free drinks and snacks. But definitely not worth it. Honestly, I really liked staying at this hotel. It has been the best experience level stay at hotel which I have had to date (and I am staying in many hotels throughout the year). The hotel Meliá Castilla in Madrid is a hotel, clean, well decorated, with very attentive and polite. The rooms are majestic, very cosy and make that rather than a room looks like a camera of a Palace. Towels, bath, operation of facilities useful. Breakfast is in rooms very large meal of the day, tasty, and wide choice. There are even staff serving you coffee to taste, at the table! I have been pleasantly surprised by the excellence of Meliá Hotels. It was the first time that I was in one but certainly will not be the last. If I had to define it with one word, it would be great, worthy of a King.

The Hotel is very well, except for the fact that to reach the rooms there are quite walk along its corridors. The gastronomy is wrong, and free and leisure spaces are not well made.
It is always improving its facilities.

The deal is friendly and outstanding service. Which have conditioned a "Fitness Center" helps a lot, although she would be putting a universal exercise equipment or fixed bars.

Super hotel… rooms and bathroom very large… only to note that furniture had a little dust… but nothing more negative that… highlight the fantastic breakfast! The deal with Super staff… highly recommended.

Lousy hotel. Private dirt, the simplest service (each towel, slippers, etc. ) have to beg for food, disgusting by the standards of accommodation in evrome, dry, not tasty. Staff not friendly. In the room the bed was not comfortable, rasšatanaâ, mixer in the soul of America. On the shelves in the closet, especially dust spots. Stalû hotel the second asterisk only over Wi-Fi in the room and throughout the hotel.

Parking very convenient because it has an esdtrada of easy access, well signposted and both lanes and parking spaces are spacious, which does not always occur in the car parks of Madrid or whether parking belonging to hotels. It is perfect for use at any time, whether you go to eat at the restaurants in the area, or to have a few drinks there because it is 24 x 7. The very friendly service.
